Morning AF, sounds a bit positive but as you stated we're all grasping at straws at this point. 5g would be a lot better than a honey, although I love honey it ain't going to get this to $ dollar land. A buck would be wonderful, I'll even settle for $.50 cents to get some off my money off the table. Let's hope after years they are lining up their ducks. I guess the first time we see activity / volume will be a good sign of something positive. Get the faith! Have a great rest-of-the-week!

My latest response from LINE has a significant difference. This is the 1st time the respondents indicated it was from TAISHO:

Now, before our Moderator chimes in with "lawyers and accountants...," this response doesn't appear to be from our typical LINE reps. I may be grasping for straws...; actually, I am looking for some hope. I would love to see this TuRDX swing up to $1.07 (based on 5G) so I could escape with my investment. Any time this summer would be nice. And yes, I just might buy another hand full today at $0.0345, which is close to 1% of what we were paying in 2019. Let that sink in for the newcomer who is scratching his head.

Hey AF, thanks for the update. I noticed I had a text to my Line but couldn't read it, maybe it was the patent info. Hope they get off their read ends this year and do something with TURDX. Thanks for the update AF, I've sent then a note on LINE last week yet no reply yet. I'm about ready to tell them I hope the PRC invades Taiwan so they'll have a sense of urgency about moving forward. In my opinion it would behoove the company to have closer ties to the US, after all we'll probably have to save there asses when China invades them. If I hear anything I'll post. GL

I asked LINE recently for information on the company they were merging with. They responded with:
“Merged with an Australian company”

I responded that we are aware of the deal with Touching, but there must be more they could share. No response.

I sent this to LINE this morning:

I see you have read my request. Surely there is someone in your company who can give us an answer. Please reach out to management and let us know something. Many of us have been holding shares in TRDX for years and we just want answers. Thank you.

They responded with:
It is in progress and will report to everyone when it is available

So, they have been instructed not to say anything beyond, we’re working on it. As a legacy shareholder; we’ve waited this long for an answer; there’s no need to drop out of the line now. I just hope it's worth the wait.

Hey AF, at this point I can't give them credit for much. Not sure if anyone at TURDX can make a decision on what they want to do when they "grow up". I say sh*t or get off the pot, at minimum let the legacy shareholders know the direction of the publicly traded entity. Maybe if China invades them it'll be a wake up call or Lee & company to get off their butts. smh.

I hope we're (TURDX) not selling cheap wine or teriyaki sauce although it would be more progress than what's happened with this company sitting on their rear ends. GL

“Not currently tradable” means they are restricted, probably for at least a year. In the meantime, any good news could make the lottery ticket pay us for holding on for so long.
If by chance it does explode, I’ll sell enough to to cash out and hold the rest while we watch the show. This is one TuRDX I want to see float. $

From what I can see they added them to the OS. OS went from 9 mil to 19mil. What is interesting is the shares are not currently tradable. DTC only show 2.5 mill free trading shares. Doesn't say they are restricted but I would assume they are in some fashion. Crazy low float at 2.5 mil

That doesn't sound like they are issuing "new" shares to me, but that is the closest thing we have had to news from Mr. Lee since 2019. I'm pretty sure he has told the "attorneys and accountants to discuss" prior to publishing the press release. Without looking at the available shares, I would assume there are sufficient shares there to make this deal.
