It would be nice to be able to complain about paying taxes on this. One year will be March 2007. I will be looking at volume in the weeks prior. My beef with this, is I was never informed of the restriction, nor could I find any PR indicating such. I would have dumped a lot sooner had I known. There was a time I could have sold TWOG for a nice gain. Lost some liquidity, here. Another SNAFU when we go live would not surprise me.

Yes I bought TWOG before & received 1 share of ILGY for every 10 shares of TWOG. The shares i received don't have a symbol , I emailed someone at ILGY about 6 months ago and told me the shares we are getting are ILGY. They are restricted shares (not sure whether it is one or 2 years). Once the restriction is lifted your symbol appears and you will have to pay taxes on thoses share the year the restriction is lifted by the issuer (in this case , someone from ILGY management).
Anyhow, ILGY was trading around 90 cents then, now it is around $0.007, not even a penny.
Suppose someone bought 100,000 shares of TWOG, he/she receives 10,000 ILGY shares. At today's price : 10,000 *0.007 = $70, compare that to the drop of price of TWOG, say, from about $0.02 to 0.0012 that's 94% drop, what's $70 compared to that drop if he/she still has TWOG? Nothing!!!!!!!!!!

Nothing is for sure in this game, but that is what other shareholders have told me and that is the standard rule of thumb. It is possible to restrict up to two years. I believe it should lift off restriction early March, 2007 - that would be one year.

I was a little upset when I found out. I would have bailed if I had known beforehand, but I had no indication. It was at around .50 a share when we got them - now look where it's at. But it is "free".

THEY ARE RESTRICTED SHARES. 1 TEAR MINIMUM FROM WHEN YOU GOT THEM. tHAT WAS MARCH 2006, I THINK. CAN'T REMEMBER, BUT I KNOW IT IS EARLY 2007 BEFORE YOU CAN SELL.

Many people think that since the record date was Saturday that it's over. I still maintain that Saturday's date means nothing and this will run during the second week of April.

Until either TWOG or ILGY put out a PR to clarify we will see it trading the way it is right now.

I just went back to look again at my transaction history. They charge me $20., several times a year when one of my holding merges, changes name, forward splits or reverse splits. They did it today again and show a code number that I yet to figure out......I am guessing they got the notice from TWOG/ILGY. They often do this in advance of the actual event.

.02 will get you .06-.08.......Amazing how many just don't get it!!!! Do a little DD and see for yourself. Am I missing something here????

When companies issue dividends the price of the stock goes up. This stock being only .02, and the parent company being .79; a 1 for 10 dividend will yield nice results. Even if the parent company goes down in price, there will still be people wanting to buy it over .20, which that is far away.


I have analyzed the charts using MACD, 32 MA, 50MA, and Candle pattern recognition software. This stock is a buy; mark my post and I'll mark where you can kiss my ass if you disagree because I don't care what someone says on a message board. My science works, its proven itself time and time again.

this is a scam there is nothing behind it. Do a little research on the two companies.. They are in bed together and they are selling shares.

Mark my post and check back in two months when your shares become worthless..

What you aren't getting is this is a scam....

1.Twog will now sell as many new shares into the market as they can because you believe this fantisy.

2.IGLY just did a reverse split of 1 for 1000. current trading price is .75 What do those shareholders benifit from all of this?

3. you will receive 1 share of ilgy for your 10 shares of Twog another form of a reverse split.

4. You will receive a new trading symbol for your shares of Twog.

5. the dividend should have all been done at the same time! That is both companies should have done the deal together. the way it was done allows TWOG to sell as many shares as posiible up till the converson because they will be consolidating. pretty trickey and down right dirty!

6. Once you recieve your one share for ILGY for your 10 shares of TWOG and begin trading it will be trading at .10 cents or lower.

Are you getting the picture yet?

Take your money and run for the hills before you lose another 90%

yes..but...ILGY is .60 by 1.10 with 100 shares traded?? We need to get this "new issue" moving to be sure our exchange is worth a lot more than TWOG. If the bid on ILGY drops to .20, right now it would be a " no gainer" instead of a " no brainer".....

I am long and holding and even added a little more at .022 since I think the promotion of ILGY has not begun yet and we all know how MMs love money.

What am I missing with this announcement of the buyout? If you are to get 1 share of ILGY (currently @ 1.10) for each 10 shares of TWOG (currently @ 0.02), what is the catch? Shouldn't TWOG be trading for around 1.10/10 = $0.11 per share?
