Ok, question for you experts out there....for this newbie. This announcement below, says that "All of the shares of common stock (and/or Pre-funded Warrants) are to be sold by the Company."

How many shares is that? Is it the difference between the Outstanding Shares of 6.59M minus the Float of 5.81M? Meaning they will be actively selling 780K shares?

If that's the case....that doesn't sound too bad and new sp lows about to strike will be short-lived and a nice bounce-back will happen. If it's more shares than that.....then I am not sure where this will bottom out???

Any insight is welcomed and appreciated.
