Scott Painter - Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Painter started his career after college in the insurance industry by taking over the general agency in Seattle, Washington for Sun Life of Canada (10th largest life insurance company in the world). At that time, the Seattle agency was ranked 52nd out of Sun Life's 55 worldwide agencies. Five years later, Mr. Painter had grown the agency to a ranking of fourth in their worldwide agency system.

He then launched his career as an independent entrepreneur by creating Painter Financial Group, Ltd., a retail broker/dealer, which he grew as CEO and sole shareholder from a start-up to 50 offices nationally, 485 brokers, and $80 million in sales at which time he sold the Company to UK's Bekhor International. Scott then co-founded and served as Managing Partner at Chanen Painter & Company, Ltd., a boutique investment bank located in Seattle, Washington. During Scott's tenure, Chanen Painter managed financings for a wide variety of technology enterprises and other businesses - a number of which today trade on the NASDAQ exchange.

As CEO of Bogart Golf, a retail indoor golf training firm, he led the Company in raising venture capital, building out a management team, opening 16 training centers in four states (Washington, Colorado, Texas, and Georgia), and managing the firm to profitability in 22 months.

Mr. Painter next joined two local Seattle people to help commercialize architecture for networking and voice over Internet. He became Chairman and CEO, helping this company create a business strategy, recruit management, and raise $5 million to build out its infrastructure and establish its sales/revenue stream.

Chuck Bennington - Chief Operating Officer

Has been with TransBioTec since December 2006 and a Director since April of 2005.  Currently the company's Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Bennington holds a Degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Miami, Ohio.

Doug Woodward - Chief Financial Officer

Doug, while at Microsoft, started their consulting business and saw it grow to over one billion dollars. Doug was also an executive at Oracle and a partner at Ernst and Young.

Web Barth - Chief Marketing Officer

Web has over 30 years of marketing and business planning experience in developing new products and companies and has served in a variety of line and board management, marketing management and brand management roles. He also has management experience with two east coast ad agencies and solid credentials in advertising, public relations, sales promotion and research disciplines and holds a BS in Marketing and two master's degrees (Marketing Management and an MBA).

His wide breadth of experience developing national distribution and markets for products and services includes Stihl Chainsaws, JVC Consumer Electronics, Pioneer Financial Services, Dunhill, Holly Farms Chicken, Eskimo Pie, Nestlé's Crunch ice cream, Hilton Head Plantation, Columbia Yachts. His new product/company experience includes; the introduction of the first Universal Life insurance product, the first suite-hotel, the first catalogue merchandiser chain, the first water jet cutting machine for the glass industry, first senior healthcare PPO network and the first portable, in flight entertainment device (DigEplayer) which was chosen the "Best In Flight Entertainment System for 2004" and selected "Entrepreneurial Company of the Year" by Frost & Sullivan Research. The company was sold in three years at 7X investment in the company.

Ron Williams - Chief Techonolgy Officer

Ron leads the company's product development and production efforts and patents. He is specifically responsible for the design and building the ompany's SOBR product.

Tom Reid Executive - Vice President of Government Markets

Tom has over 25 years experience in domestic and international program development, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, sales, marketing, franchising and licensing of consumer products and service industries. Some of Tom's notable accomplishments include Seattle's Best Coffee (8 years) where Tom developed the SBC Franchise Program and managed the execution of Franchise Sales in multiple cities throughout the United States. Tom moved on to Starbucks Coffee (7+ years) where he first became Director of License Store Development for Starbucks Coffee in Canada and managed Starbucks License store development throughout the country. He then went on to author Starbucks Government Sales Business Plan and upon Board approval he executed the sales plan growing the division from zero sales to over $23 million in annual sales in 4 years with over 1,600 points of sale on Military Bases, Ships, Hospitals, Commissaries, Veterans Hospitals, US Embassies, throughout the world. Tom also founded Military Marketing Services a manufacturer's rep. company selling products into the military and government resale systems where he represented companies such as Caribou Coffee, Nathan's Famous Hot Dogs, Paula Dean Foods, Emergen-C and other national brands.

Tom graduated from Washington State University then spent four years in the Air Force working for the National Security Agency (Top Secret Security Clearance) and he has maintained relationships in the Department of Defense and other federal agencies of interest to TransBioTec. Tom also has very relevant national franchise experience serving as Director of Franchise Sales for Speedy Auto Glass and VP Franchise Sales for National 60 Minute Tune.

Joshua Painter - Vice President of Sales and Development

Joshua brings several years of sales experience in the auto and truck industry. His core competency is in technology sales as well as significant experience with several new, early stage companies where he participated in and/or developed the sales process from scratch, which necessitated creating programs to cultivate and manage clients, developing programs to generate customer solutions as well as a quotation and provisioning processes, which led to successful sales and growth.

In addition to significant experience in developing new sales programs he has a proven record of making sales happen whether stepping into an existing traditional sales system and personally producing in the top 5%-10% or building and/or managing sales systems. His clients have included Drugstore.com, Univar, Clearwire, Tommy Bahama and other nationally distributed brands.
