This level has been strong support since the beginning of the run. A break and close below this level will confirm the reversal in the trend.... In that case the bounce radar will be set ~ .0015....

With your knowledge and background in FROZ, you should consider compiling a case study on the entire r/m!process. Taking into account what you recall of sentiment, news/delays, and reactions in the charts. What a resource that would be!

Also a great learning experience in understanding the R/M process and cycles, if one has never experienced it first hand. Granted each R/M is different with it's own circumstances - nevertheless, a great experience to absorb knowledge.

$GLGT: Bullish Close Today over MA(20) off retested support....

Volume still appears to be weak and IMO unable to sustain current PPS without more MOMO... Despite the intraday running wild since about 11AM notice the PPS did not break the .0034 resistance level....

This resistance level has proven it's strength acting as support around the 14th and resistance since the 24th...

I'd be looking for this to retest the .0024 & .0019 if the MA(20) fails to hold as support.... Keep an eye on the MA(50) as it could be a nice loading zone going into next week if this pattern continues....

Hey all, I hope you are paying attention to FROZ. From a learning perspective this may be an excellent example of a FROZ entering an expedited strong technical position. Without the big panic sell today it is likely we would have seen a slow movement towards this pps anyway.

Long story short, the dip and strong upwards reaction combined with today's massive volume suggests shares have shifted into strong bullish hands ahead of schedule.

Tomorrow should be an exciting day

$FROZ: A lot to digest today!

Today an S-4 filing was executed and right off the bat the board was flooded with FEAR.... Surely many have had the "rescue crew" pop-up and sound alarms to "sell" and "timber", etc. This created mass chaos as some folks solid in panic, some where confused, others bought, etc. Long Story short the PPS took a major nose dive, until it found support and bounced nicely into a hammer today!

The fear shouting was that the S4 meant FROZ issued 5-Billion more shares.... Well Hold on a Minute! Why would APT issue more shares than they personally own and loose ownership.... LMAO that is the most obvious right off the bat. Not sure if anyone took that into consideration....

Well the S4 was being presented incorrectly. Jonathan F. Irwin only returned back his stocks to APT. If you review the 8-K filing dated 3/21, FROZ was required to return all shares deemed NOT outstanding at that present time (~ 900M) floating and everything else had to be returned back to APT except for Matthew Schissler's 500,000 preferred B... Well the S4 covered this today - it wasn't that he was selling shares at all into the market.

In consideration of the Share Exchange Agreement, the management of FROZ shall return to treasury and shall cancel 20,000,000 shares of Series B Preferred Stock, which as of today’s filing represents approximately 90% of the total capitalization of FROZ in combined preferred and common stock. The remaining 500,000 Series B Preferred Shares will be retained by FROZ stockholder Matthew Schissler.

If you look at Matthew's S4 from 4/10, he had to return 9,750,000 preferred B, because between him and Irwin, they held a total of 20 million preferred B, which converted into common stocks (times 500) is 10.25 billion shares. Form 4 are used to sell stocks but also dispose back to the treasury. They have to fill in the converted derivative of the preferred stock based on the conversion, in this case, multiply by 500. so on 4/10, Matthew returned his portion less the 500,000 that is can keep per the 3/21 8K, and today Irwin finally returned his back to APT, he is not entitled to keep any per the share exchange agreement terms. All they did was return these preferred B stocks back to APT.

Hint: this is a very good news because it means that all things are completed with this R/M, Irwin has to wait until all is done to return his shares, otherwise he would be shit out of luck in the event something falls apart in this merger. I now expect the real big news to hit, and its going to be good.

On May 1, 2014, Jonathan Irwin, the former Chief Executive Officer of Frozen Food Gift Group, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Form 4. It has come to the attention of the Company that the Form 4 may have confused certain shareholders. Pursuant to the Share Exchange Agreement signed on March 27, 2014, Jonathan Irwin agreed to retire 10,250,000 shares of Preferred B stock by returning these shares to the Company. At a 500:1 conversion ratio, this represents the return of 5,125,000,000 Common Shares to the Company. Today’s Form 4 filing evidenced the return of Mr. Irwin’s shares to the Company.

Folks are are reading the form 4 incorrectly. Irwin only returned back his stocks to APT. In the 3/21 8K, FROZ had to return all shares not outstanding at that time, (only 900 million) was floating and everything else had to be returned back to APT except for Matthew's 500,000 preferred B. This is what the form 4 is, its not what the board is thinking that Irwin is selling these shares into the market.
