you are uninformed unfortunately...it WAS a shell, correct.

it is now undergoing major changes behind the scenes and there are no truly public press releases (yet)

you may not know this, but the secretary of state has a lot to do with any public company, even aapl. nvnx happens to be hosted in nevada. many penny stocks are in florida as well.

the nevada secretary of state status for nvnx changed to "active" on 4/7/17. it had to be either dissolved, or inactive prior to 4/7. that status rendered it a shell as you say, but it is now listed as ACTIVE. changing to active is what a 'reinstatement' is. on this day, a registered agent was also assigned.

Two weeks after reinstatement, the NVNX secretary of state page posted a new 'amendment'

this amendment changed the name from nuvonyx to "tracker financial group"

the thinking is that nvnx will be merged into an existing company, along with the existing company's ceo, directors, employees. also, the new company's financial would eventually be rolled into nvnx. in theory, the symbol will change to tracker financial related say TRKR for fun...

this is all in theory, but the stage is set. there truly are changes occuring for nvnx. we shall know exactly what very soon. until then, i will probably be collecting

A negative comment won't drive the price down here if the float is so small.
There would be no cheaper shares available with a comment now & then.

First it was reinstated on NV SOS, then new officer and last week name change. Now this is done we have to wait for filings (8k, financials) and name change on OTCM. When this will happen is unknown, but it will happen sooner or later.
