City of West Covina Selects
Developer for Resort Hotel Project
West Covina, May 1, 2019 – The City of West Covina is pleased to announce the selection of Singpoli Group, LLC of Arcadia, California as the master developer of a resort hotel and park space project. At their April 30, 2019 Meeting, the City Council selected the proposal submitted by Singpoli Group, LLC, and directed interim City Manager David Carmany to prepare and execute a Letter of Intent and to open escrow for the purchase and license of the site. In addition, Singpoli is seeking purchase of the former Redevelopment parcel as part of their development for the site.
The Singpoli proposal for development of the 218-acre site on Azusa Avenue includes a public park with amphitheater, horse & hiking trails, a glamping campsite, habitat preservation, a solar and green house program, a virtual reality park, an aerial adventure zipline park, and a 400-room resort hotel. “We look forward to working with the City of West Covina team” said William Chu.
The City received a total of four proposals. Proposals were submitted by Justus Enterprises, LLC, PVNavigator, LLC, Great Ecology, and Singpoli Group, LLC.

I guess there is no assurrance that TCNT is in their plan to use on this project but I thought that made sense and had great possibilities and is why I got in a few years ago. For those that have stuck with it you are likely to do quite well here if that is the marriage in the plans.

Yes puzzled why there is absolutely no buzz on this one ever since they started filing again and we saw the short lived big move back then. Since then quiet. With this float this should be screaming in anticipation of something big coming.
This was a very quiet, unheralded (outside of this message board), going current event.
Already current now, there isn't another Q to go since the next one is a 10k and they have a few more weeks for that. Let's see the fireworks now.

Another Q filed. One more to go and then they will be current for now. I hope they don't let us down once they are current, just imagine how many filings they had to do and there are also costs involved, just has to bring in something here IMO.

I just always have to think about all the hassle they had to get back to current. I mean geez that was a lot of work to do. Must have some rather good plan to do this I would imagine.

There has been no increase or added shares to the TCNT outstanding number in years.
Singpoli execs have had control of TCNT since 2017, and no shares have been added.
Still think this is going to be great here.

I don't know for 100% certainty if anything Sinpoli is planning, will be associated with the BDK acquisition of TCNT. It just seems to me like all of these projects are corresponding in timeline to the use of the TCNT shell. Remember all of the Singpoli officers are the new TCNT officers.

Looks like he and William Chu made another presentation to West Covina city council and residents.
Here is the Water Villas he mentioned on his Social Media. Kinda looks like thoses Villas at Bora Bora.
