Did you own this stock before the split? Or when the company went by Kids Germ or whatever ridiculous name they had at that time? LOTS of people lost tons of money on this pick. Heck I think my position on the 1000 shares I have left is over .035. I expect TOPZ to fall under .001 but one day they might really turn profit. Still, since I've owned them I've seen nothing but suspect dealings so I inform you to be careful with your money.
Personally I think if you buy Topz your gambling a lot with your money in the hope of striking oil. If you're seriously looking for a long shot money bagger than I advise you to buy MMTE at .0005-.0008 or rdwd at .0002
But if you really are eager to get a shale play and don't have the money to invest in Chesapeake or one of the other big boys than look at efrdf. It's similar to topz and the stock that led me to Topz. I think its in position to be a success at .4 and finally drilling. It's also near or at its bottom and ahead of topz in all facets. Do some DD and look around. Personally I'd hold off on your bid and try to get in cheaper.
Getting in at .000001 would be too high. Save your money man, I wish someone would have told me to do the same
'The compilation, dissemination and review of the information required to be presented in the Form 10Q for the relevant quarterly period has imposed time constraints that have rendered timely filing of the Form 10Q impracticable without undue hardship and expense to the registrant. The registrant undertakes the responsibility to file such quarterly report no later than five days after its original due date'
Surprise surprise....
It works, comes up with a small delay though.
I am not able to view the website is anyone else having this problem? http://www.topazresourcesinc.com/
from your mouth to god's ears...cause at this point I think a prayer is all we have with this thing
Lol thanks for the offer but im looking for panicers ,Hold them because they be worth much more over .10 cents
Sure, I have 265,000 for sale at .10
Sellers are pretty rare! I've got 2 mil myself, i will try to keep it for the long run.
My goal Is to accumulate 5million shares any1 want to sell them to me
They said that they will be into an agressive exploitation this year. Soon, they shall be an early stage exploration company. If they find oil/gas as they should, price might reach .10 by next year.
So in others words buy and hold this puppy radical ?
Within 3-5 years, it will be commercialized
Topas is a development-stage company, that is why our shares are in the sub-penny level. As gradually they will prove facts & incomes, definitively stock/$ will raise to. This is settled on the balance. Right now we are working only with predictions/expectations = high risks. We pay low prices because of that risk situation. Actually, we cannot rely on anything else than promises. When gas/oil will be in production, we shouldn't see those low levels anymore.
If you look into Cohen report on their web site, you will find their expectations, profits'predictions, number of wells/profitability for each year to come, specs, etc. Very interesting . It gives a good idea on their going concern. Topaz has giving great updates in december. It looks promissing.
yes, but you need to have oil & gas to sell to make any money
Oil/gas industry is big money business. It won't be hard for them to reach their target.
oh man, if thats ur defense ur in for a shock
If you look at the chart, last year in april this stock was about .65 (3.90) it has been split recently 6/1. In couple years from now, this price should meet at least what they have been rated at the beginning. If it was at that price it should returns there when facts will meat their business objective. Topaz'team is smart and has experience, i do not see why they wouldn't succeed. I'v got faith.
Melodie, Since you seem to know something that the rest of us don't, what would be your price outlook?
these guys are going nowhere fast
Good boy! Patience is the key for money success $ ? $
pretty sure I can hold on to this for 20 yrs and i'll still be looking at pennies. I will hold now because it makes no sense to sell at my loss...keep my fingers crossed but won't hold my breath
Ya good point. ;)
It looks like this stock attracts more investors than traders.
I guess they are very professionnal... Less words, big facts.
Why is it that we haven't heard anything from them in a while an yet we still receive some volume and trades daily
I'v been following this company since last year. Different reports have been submitted regarding Topaz, and they are all positive. If you look to their web site, you will learn a lot from them. They have an extraordinary team with huge expertise/experience. I bought while it was on pennyland. I'm absolutely not worried about my shares. This stock is a great opportunity for the long play.
Melodie I like your positiveness=) but what do u base this off of. ?
Net profits should start this year ...In five years, we are talking about hundred millions of dollars of revenues. At subpenny land today, it's a real bargain!
They will generate profits very soon; of course, it will be years before that, but the maximum rentability should be in 2016 as they reported.
Five years ? R u serious lol
That's for sure. Many wells will be commercialized by then.
Hold on to it for five years and you will see the difference
It's looking really dark And quite down here need to shed some sunlight on this guy
It absolutely is....have you seen the stock price lately?

Topaz Resources, Inc. (OTCBB: TOPZ) is an independent oil and gas company focusing on production, acquisitions and developmental drilling opportunities within proven producing areas of north, central and west Texas.
Our objectives are to increase shareholder value, to enhance cash flows and to grow our proven reserve values by building on our strengths and by pursuing a balanced strategy of:
We believe our experienced management team represents a strength and advantage necessary to execute our strategy. Having successfully done so in the past, our team understands what it takes to build a resource company from the ground up.
Our immediate capital program includes aggressively drilling on our Barnett Shale acreage and the consolidation, acquisition and enhancement of targeted properties.
Topaz Area of Operation
Topaz has access to an extensive portfolio of producing and to-be-developed natural gas properties/projects throughout north-central-west Texas. Primary productive formations include the Strawn Sand at 5,000 ft, the Caddo Limestone at 6,000 ft., the Conglomerate at 6,500 ft ("Conglomerate"). Fractured sections of the Marble Falls at 7,000 ft and the Forestburg Limestone at 7,600 ft. can also be highly productive. For decades until the 1980's, the drilling and production focus had been for these prolific, profitable but shallower reservoirs that occur throughout Topaz's area of interest. Each well has potentially 15 to 20 productive pay zones which can provide significant behind pipe reserves thereby increasing the life span and profitability of each well. In recent years technological advances have shifted the focus to the Barnett Shale at 8,500 ft. ("Barnett").
