Finally he has bought back 250000 shares this last week with only 1.6m out free floating he has a plan and he’s buying them back cheap so he doesn’t have to pay fair value to everybody only the ones with shares left in there accounts and the shorts will get screwed

Hunting them back at 1$ a share post split can’t wait to see it hit the 15 dollars it should be that will push stock to 100$

Plenty of corrupt companies in a corrupt market overseen by corrupt regulators controlled by corrupt politicians in a corrupt government in a world full of evil, so there's not much hope of justice being served any time soon, unfortunately.

Looks like plans to wipe out all shareholders at no cost to them, leaving the ownership to the family trust in the protected preferred shares. Sounds like a violation of fiduciary duty to shareholders and should prompt a class actin suit and a complaint and investigation by the SEC.

With 3 1/2 million shares at the float and company worth 15 million something messed up. They should pay themselves dividends with 2/3 there shares that’s what should be done just stupid

No different than most stocks in that regard... voting process is just a pretense for shareholders while the executives simply do whatever they want to. Ridiculous. It's just uncommon to propose a R/S at such a high PPS, right?

Yes they need to say we are going to start paying dividends. They are showing no trust for others but they own 66 percent don’t worry about the vote we have no say so

Why would the company do yet another R/S at the current PPS, which as of yesterday was $6.45?

There only 3 1/2 Million shares out and 1.2 million not pistolis family. He has screwed shareholders for years now has r/s almost everyone out. I had half million got 60k now. Better that none he will have to buy out the millions left but even if he spends 60million stock goes up to 50$ his 2 million he owns so he buys company out for 60 million has 400 million in boats. Maybe buyout is 90 million has to be some what fair but he still owns majority votes.
