There only 3 1/2 Million shares out and 1.2 million not pistolis family. He has screwed shareholders for years now has r/s almost everyone out. I had half million got 60k now. Better that none he will have to buy out the millions left but even if he spends 60million stock goes up to 50$ his 2 million he owns so he buys company out for 60 million has 400 million in boats. Maybe buyout is 90 million has to be some what fair but he still owns majority votes.

Before split was supposed to be 1 for 16 shares they split 1 for 12 so pretty close then pistolis take shares of E and converted to common to have over 2 million you tell me if it makes sense his next move gives him more shares of a new company was supported to be 5 to 9 at open before split so he will get 50 to 90 dollars a share of new company. That’s me reading the tea leaves only.
