First GMP-certified cannapill to market ? It`s possible - next month it will reach Australia, coming in fram Canada. Then they have to be approved by the FDA-of-Australia.
Strategy; establish a strong "first mover advantage" in Australia, then aim for the gigantic Asian market next door.
Hot; turned down a take-over-bid last week.
Take a look at Mrs Feldman track-record; built up a fortune selling tiny mining business to Kinross, DeBeers (worlds largest diamond comp.) and others. Her brother (on the board) diamond-magnate.
Hot; Revenue start coming from there hemp products brand. Australias largest with "monopoly" on certain hemp products; they have the only state-of-the-art machines and supply there competion with the product = control of the source, control of the market.

4 States That Could Legalize Recreational MJ Next

This is a powerful article because it was written as an opinion piece by two high profile lawyers who know the playing field and the players as well. That's important.
This part is key
There is also a budget preclusion known as the Rohrabacher-Farr Amendment now being litigated as a shield against federal prosecution of strictly compliant cannabis businesses.
This is profound as it gives protection for almost the next year against federal interference that many may be concerned about with Sessions in the AG seat. And once that year expires, even if this amendment is not voted in again, the country will only be that much further along in the expansion of these cannabis laws to make reversing the marijuana juggernaut all the more difficult politically. Taken from this article:
Cannabis may be playing a states-rights siren song of the sort that Trump's base loves to hear. The cannabis infrastructure is too far along in many states to be eradicated.
And while the federal government tore up the alcohol infrastructure during Prohibition, the nation learned, the hard way, a valuable lesson that makes dismantling unlikely to be repeated.
Also as this article clearly explains, there are too many more pressing concerns that the DoJ must face to be focusing on cannabis as a place to be directing its scant federal budget.
Finally, given high-priority concerns such as terrorism, major financial fraud, child pornography, cartel conspiracies involving hard drugs, gang racketeering and firearms trafficking, the US attorneys in major recreational cannabis jurisdictions such as California, Colorado, Washington, Oregon and Nevada are unlikely to view cannabis as a serious public threat.
So although many trading this sector were initially fearful of Sessions as choice for AG, the past few trading "sessions" indicate that the typical knee-jerk reaction to a nomination as ridiculous as Sessions in the first place, was just that. Folks have now had some time to process just how much of a threat he is to the developing cannabis infrastructure, and I believe that degree of threat is much less scary than we first may have assumed. Further, I have heard/read that Sessions was ultimately chosen for his stance on immigration, and his thoughts on cannabis are not at all a factor.
Keep in mind Peter Thiel manages a cannabis hedge fund, and is now a part of Trump's elite top 16. And from what I have gathered, he was chosen by Trump for his knowledge of the cannabis sector (obviously that cannot be confirmed). In truth, Trump is a businessman first and foremost, and why wouldn't he want a major stake in the biggest investment opportunity that this country has ever seen since the alcohol industry immediately preceding the repeal of prohibition?!
Clearly, no one can know for certain which way this new administration will ultimately go on the cannabis question, but my $$ is on a Trump thumbs up for continued proliferation of the overall sector. The final comment by these authors says it all:
But he will face strong winds of change, and ultimately is unlikely to have decision-making authority in the Trump administration over cannabis policy.
Best of luck to all,
Neo

$ACAN AmeriCann To Benefit from Positive Cannabis Election Results
Company Plans to Accelerate the Development of its Approved 1,000,000 Square Foot Cultivation Project in Massachusetts; Regulation in Additional States Provides New Opportunities for Expansion
DENVER, CO / ACCESSWIRE / November 14, 2016 / AmeriCann, Inc. (OTCQX: ACAN), a company that plans to develop sustainable, state-of-the-art medical cannabis cultivation properties, intends to accelerate the development schedule for its Massachusetts Medical Cannabis Center project and expansion plans for new markets in response to recent election results.
Massachusetts voters approved a ballot measure that will make it the first state in the eastern U.S. to legalize the recreational use of marijuana. The Commonwealth has had a medical marijuana program that was approved in 2012. According to industry experts, the combined market for both the medical and new adult program could exceed $1.8 billion annually.
Company CEO Tim Keogh stated, "The legalization of cannabis for all adults in Massachusetts significantly expands the need for the infrastructure to serve both patients and consumers. With nearly 1,000,000 square feet approved for development, AmeriCann can provide the type of sustainable, energy efficient cultivation facilities that is essential to serve the citizens of Massachusetts."
AmeriCann recently completed the acquisition of a 53 acre Massachusetts property from Boston Beer Company (SAM-NYSE) for $4,475,000 cash. The Company plans to develop the property as the Massachusetts Medical Cannabis Center (the "MMCC"), which is expected to be one of the largest and most technologically advanced cannabis cultivation facilities in the nation.
The MMCC is approved for nearly 1,000,000 square feet of medical cannabis cultivation and processing in Freetown, Massachusetts. The state-of-the-art, sustainable, greenhouse project will consist of multiple planned phases for tenants in the Massachusetts medical marijuana market. AmeriCann's engineering team is in the process of finalizing documents for construction. The Company expects to break ground in the first quarter of 2017 and have cannabis in production by fall of 2017.
AmeriCann recently completed a $2 million all equity financing that will be utilized in part for the Company's Massachusetts Medical Cannabis Center development and to pursue new opportunities in California, Pennsylvania, Florida and other states.
With three national surveys this year showing 60 percent or greater support for cannabis legalization, many experts believe that public attitudes have reached a tipping point. This belief was reinforced with overwhelming voter support for legalization in elections last week.
Massachusetts, California, Maine, and Nevada voted to legalize recreational marijuana while Arkansas and North Dakota approved medical cannabis initiatives. Florida voters approved medical marijuana in a landslide with over 71% of the vote. With these election results, medical cannabis is now legal in a majority of the country with 28 states sanctioning the production and sale of cannabis.
The respected Wall Street firm of Cowen & Co recently released a research report projecting dramatic growth for the regulated cannabis industry from the current $7 billion nationally to over $50 billion in ten years.

In a non related stock, for something outside of marijuana look to ticker symbol MOJO. It sells Chiquita Tropicals juice drinks and I personally verified it is in Albertsons. More on this posted on the MOJO board on here.
CBGI PMRS and MCIG were each up today by 20% or more, with PMRS up by a whopping 56%. I expect a good chance for CWIR to join these ranks in the coming days and or weeks.
Official board play stocks MCIG CBGI and PMRS along with AERO have big days. Hoping for more of the same tomorrow.
CBGI announced further plans for acquiring a security company, which will be key in operations.
MCIG announced a single day sales record of about $28,000 and announced today that 7 hours into the day, it beat that as well. Making big sales with limited costs, we have to love it.
PMRS announced via Twitter that it will have three products for sale within 5 business days, with a press release coming on Friday with details.
Exciting stuff, this is the place to be for the top pot stocks.

$FITX -- Marijuana Gets Muscle Boost: Makers of Aminoplex Acquire Hemp Company
NEW YORK (MainStreet) — Creative Edge Nutrition (FITX), company that makes of work-out supplement Aminoplex, acquired Hemp Technologies for $15 million shares and a $4 million cash commitment over two years.
"Once we complete restructuring of Hemp Technologies we will apply for a license to grow hemp," said Bill Chaaban, president of Creative Edge Nutrition. "The seeds are going to be an issue, because the U.S. doesn't have a seed bank. There are seed banks in Canada and the Netherlands, but we have to import the seeds and pick the ones that will grow in the climate and soil that make up the U.S."
Creative Edge Nutrition's acquisition of Hemp Technologies includes five-year employment contracts for Gregory Flavall and Anndrea Hermann, who is a licensed THC inspector.
"Anndrea is one of the world's foremost experts on hemp and cannabis," Chaaban said. "She will assist us with seeding and many other issues."
Hermann was appointed not only president of Hemp Technologies but also chief scientific officer of Creative Edge Nutrition.
"We intend to utilize hemp for the extraction of CBDs where allowed by law," Chaaban explained.
Known as cannabidiols, CBDs are one of at least sixty active cannabinoids in the marijuana plant that includes tetrahydrocannabinol (THC).
"The cannabis industry is just starting too boom so it makes sense that small players are merging in an attempt to capture the lion's share of this upcoming sector," said Timothy Sykes, entrepreneur and penny stock expert. "Who will actually succeed is anyone's guess but the companies with the most cash and innovative approaches have better odds of success."
CEN Biotech, a subsidiary of Creative Edge Nutrition, is involved in launching a super grow facility in Canada where the law does not allow hemp to grow near cannabis.
"The cross pollination of the male hemp plants will ruin the female cannabis plant," said Chaaban. "So, we've acquired land around the super grow facility in Canada to farm hemp." If everything unfolds as planned, Chabaan won't have to grow hemp in Canada at all because it takes less than 30 days to get a license in the U.S. now that President Obama signed into law a $500 billion farm bill, which prevents federal officials from prosecuting farmers and researchers who grow hemp.
"Hemp has a black eye, because of its relation to cannabis," Chaaban told Mainstreet.
Industrial hemp cultivation is permitted in Colorado, Oregon, California, Kentucky, Vermont, Montana, West Virginia, North Dakota and Maine.
"Despite its positive uses, law enforcement doesn't differentiate between cannabis and hemp because they come from the same family even though the plants don't look alike," Chaaban said.
As clothing material, hemp is rugged, durable and made of natural fiber.
"Anything made with hemp is superior, because it's natural but it's also more expensive than man made material such as polyester," said Chaaban.
In other words, you won't find hemp clothing in Walmart stores.
"They're for people who live a natural lifestyle and want to stay away from synthetic materials because the chemicals can leach into your skin," Chaaban said.

CWIR $CWIR we are all hoping that great news is imminent. All indications point to this happening. I am getting excited.

MCIG delivers first quarterly profit and that makes it a rarity among pot stocks. A CNBC interview is pending to be aired this week, and it should be spinning off Vitacig on a 1:1 basis to existing shareholders around April 15th. This stock is a screaming buy IMO.
I am long here and feel would could see $1 per share very soon, followed by a whole lot more as the company inches closer to qualifying for the NASDAQ market.
ENTI is poised to turn some heads.....
Encounter Technologies Inc., according to news posted on OTC markets is soon to complete its restructuring whereby it will be renamed National Properties Trust and will hold the real estate for CWIR and HFBG for pot growing and manufacturing a THC infused beverages.
CBGI CannaBusiness Group also leases land for Marijuana growers in Colorado and after their name change from Muscle Warfare, Inc., along with this news the stock went ballistic. I think CBGI is a great pick as well and IMO we can have the same kind of surge with ENTI, enhanced by the fact that it will be affiliated companies that it leases to.
CWIR AND SPLI- BOTH HUGE M.J. STOCKS. looking for CWIR to go over .01 this week.
ERBB to debut Zazz machine.....
Positioning itself to implement its pot dispensing machine as it has a nice first mover advantage in this industry, furthermore also in the pot dispensing machines.
Steve Nash is a shareholder and leader of subsidiary Onbode along with former NBA player Rex Chapman being involved.
HFBG also at one time had Larry Johnson involved with the company and it is unclear whether that is the case now.
IMO having NBA players involved is a huge advantage and these are the only two pot stocks where this enters the equation that I know of.
PMRS has a long way to run IMO....
The company is changing its name to Alter Naturals and is in the process of changing its ticker symbol. This is one the top up and coming pot stocks IMO. The company's headquarters, as luck would have it, is conveniently located in Michigan next to a company already entrenched in the medical marijuana market.
The company board for PMRS on here is filled with great due diligence that is largely unknown by mainstream investors, as the company so far has only one press release listed on Yahoo! Finance. IMO the fun has yet to start with this stock, and big plans seem to be in the works.
CWIR $CWIR is a top pot stock in my opinion. It plans on growing marijuana among other things with its network of affiliates including ENTI and HFBG including real estate and THC infused drinks. Name changes on two of them are pending and there is great due diligence on them on their boards. IMO these can be home runs and are largely undiscovered.
AERO $AERO is a great and safe play in the cannabis sector in my opinion. For one, it already has millions in sales and an established business model. Pot growers routinely post online about utilizing the Aerogarden for growing weed, though the machine is not specifically designed to do so. I believe that the future potential of this company could be unlocked by designing a unit that would specifically be geared toward this segment. In my opinion, the stock is highly undervalued here. I am long on it and holding on, despite recent worries of insider selling. Last I checked, a large holder still owns a sizeable position.
Furthermore, I view Scott's Miracle Gro's option to purchase a larger stake in the company as a positive, due to the fact that it would push the company to the brink of an complete takeover. I would view this situation as one, though way down the road, as an event that would cause the board to only accept a significant premium relative to share price. With the company's presence in large retail outlets such as Home Depot and Costco, sales this year could push to record levels which should push the stock to record highs IMO.
This stock is a very low risk play in the sector IMO, due to the fact that it has a standalone presence outside of the marijuana sector which has the potential of high growth in itself.
