How can you be so positive to say anyone who owns is in the hole? I am not in the hole and I know others who are not as well. What proof do you have of this statement. Making such a statement is quite irresponsible. Please provide some proof so all that visit this board will not be mislead . . . lol. Do me a favor, go plug in your charts on TBCO and tell me what threshold it would need to break before you would see it on your radar? (Not joking, serious here . . . what would it take for you to consider a buy solely based on charting)
Do tell, who is in the money?
Yes, I will continue to look at my charts which has nothing to do with the current conversation or TBCO.
As I have said several times, I do not dispute that TBCO could wave a magic wand and produce a price spike. It is your relentless pumping with innuendo and unsubstantiated contacts that I take exception with.
You are entitled to an opinion, as we all are. My disagreement with you does not make me a basher. In fact, TBCO hasn't reported anything so how could anyone have a valid opinion? You have confused the terms. Throwing the dice is not a valid opinion but rather just a big gamble and your promotions speak volumes about what you are about.
Calc,
Many of us here are in the "GREEN"
More will be so, after next week.
Tobacco is about to blow past NITE, and their never ending attempt to hold this stock down..
"YOU WILL SOON SEE"
Don't forget to "WATCH YOUR CHARTS" lol
God Bless
Anyone who has some "skin" in this stock is in the hole. LOL Doesn't change what you said.
Sure calc . . . sure! Now for all who have some skin in this stocks, Nice finish for Friday!
The only thing glaring is that you are trying to backstroke out of what you said.
You said "great earnings" which implies profits.
Sorry, but you said "GREAT earnings. I think the average person would assume you meant profits. I'm sure I don't have to explain to you that revenue and earnings are two different things and neither equates to profits.
You have posted on several sites that this company has had GREAT earnings. You ought to get your terms straight before you go all over town pumping a stock that has not EVER reported or even filed a form D meanwhile Pinksheets.com has labeled it caveat emptor ever since it took on the name of Tobacco One.
Give it up. You blew it with that remark. You know what great earnings means and what you expected everyone to believe.
TBCO may turn a profit someday. That is not my dispute. Currently there is no way to know and it is certainly irresponsible to suggest that any of the Mom and Pop deals they have contracted will produce profits. You don't know what concessions they made within the contracts they have. Saying the word "Wal-Mart" means nothing until you know the bargains made. And let's not forget that the deal is with Mexico's Wal-Mart, NOT the U.S. version. Hell, we don't even know if it is working yet. TBCO only tells us one side of the story.
If you want to do some real DD, why don't you contact Wal-Mart and ask them how TBCO products are doing, relative to others.
TBCO: Volume Spike; 41% > 20-adsv, Stock -5.56%
THURSDAY , AUGUST 14, 2008 01:35 PM
This is the 3rd VOLUME alert for TBCO in the past 7 calendar days.
Trading for Tobacco One, Inc. (OTC: TBCO) has been heavier than usual in today's session. By 13:35 ET, the stock had already traded 99,168 shares via 27 trades. The cumulative volume is 41.00% above its 20-day average of 70,331. Normally the stock experiences around 10 individual trades per session.
So far, today's volume surge has caused a net decline in TBCO's stock price. At the time of this alert, the stock was trading at $0.170, down $-0.010 (-5.56%).
One year ago, the Company's shares closed at $1.350. The price has declined more than 87 percent since then.
Over the last 10 trading session TBCO has traded in a range between $0.080 and $0.200 and is currently trading 83.58% below its 52-week high of $1.035 set on November 09,2007 and 466.67% above its 52-week low of $0.030 from July 21,2008.
In the previous 3 sessions, TBCO trading has displayed a mixed trend. Closing results have been as follows:
August 13, 2008 --- closed at $0.180 up $0.055 (+44.00%) on 102,100 shares
August 12, 2008 --- closed at $0.125 even for the day on 385,200 shares
August 11, 2008 --- closed at $0.125 up $0.015 (+13.64%) on 301,600 shares
Calc, for the record (and based on your postings)you yourself expose one glaring weakness in your arguement. I said earnings or revenue (whichever - same difference) . . . not at all did I say profits. I am obvioulsy willing to bet that revenue figures quated based on the players involved will produce a profit. After-all, at this point my bet is on less than a quarter per share.
COME ON already. You know I don't lie. You and Cm have tried to catch me in a lie, on several ocasions and will never do it, because I don't lie.
The smoking thing was intended to be a joke, but you took forever to respond to it and by the time you did, I actually found that Mexico is doing things similar to the US by banning smoking in various public places, albeit with less success than us. Honestly, that doesn't mean a hill of beans to smokers, who will still smoke as much as they always do unless smokes get too expensive.
Obviously you are not a business owner otherwise you would know that revenue does not translate into profits. TBCO's acquisitions may well have revenue, but do they make a PROFIT? Adding Mexico Wal-mart may add revenue, but again, HOW MUCH PROFIT, and will it offset their current liabilities in the near term OR WHAT??
TBCO has FAILED to report anything, so how can you be so excited.
Nice try.
yes - good earnings - yes good earnings - all based on PR's about the rojo aquisition and it's current business plus the signing of walmart and Zippy . . . you seem to be getting pretty "technical" on this but are quick to jump on with a post that Mexico was outlawing smoking . . . and then claim it was just a joke. So my info was based on PR'd info, yours was based on??????
Give us a break. You said "good earnings". You are not a newbie. You know the difference between pumping and facts.
Their PR's are only forward looking, no more, no less. You are entitled to the opinion that they have a future, but passing out false information is pumping, especially when you take your opinion to several sites at the same time.
Calc - what is your problem here. I said great earnings? OK perhaps I did. Based on the PR's they have put out, I like their current revenue prospects as well as revenue projections with WalMart and Zippys (de la rosa). You are trying to contradict something that is fact and alreayd PR'd . . .
Arturo Escalante, Director of Operations for Tobacco One's Latin American projects, and Director General for Tobacco One's appointed marketing firm, Integra MDC, stated, "The de la Rosa project could generate nearly 20 million units annually. This contract could translate into nearly $24 million in annual revenue for Tobacco One, Inc."
You said "They do have good news and great earnings".
"Great earnings". Where did that come from??????
They haven't reported even a form D and as such, are still considered caveat emptor by Pinksheets.com which is "buyer beware".
You said great earnings. Where did you get that from? Was that a typo? I doubt it. You are promoting. How many other sites did you and Cm3i go to to promote this?
You didn't come down in yesterday's rain and neither did I.
http://pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=tbco#getQuote
Hardley promoting, just sharing info from PR's detailing the aquisition of Rojo, signing of Wal Mart Deal, signing of other deal they implemented in Mexico as well. All of these together (on top of the current Rojo revenue) has the potential to be 50 - 100 mil based on the revenue detailed in the PR's. IMO this has the ability to be a real winner based on the business they ALREADY signed versus hope to sign. Plus the PPS has started to show some support for this potential as well. IMO, we clear the .25 resistance mark, we will start to run.
When you promoted on another board, you said they had good earnings. Where did you get that information.
once again - don't like the spam but love the news and the news is real . . . and pps starting to reflect it . . . .

im not touchingggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg
Makes me wonder if NITE is "paying" someone at .15 prior to a push? Most of volume had to be MM's as the spam took the buys down off main boards. Is there MM accumulation happening for a run?
NITE screwed with this stock all day. ??? ??? ???
Out of 241,580 shares.....All but 10100 shares were at the ask all day.
Nite would take control of the ask and drop it, even with the ask being hit at its present level.
Some how the company needs to contact NITE and see what is going on.
The ask was as high as 0.25 before NITE took control of the stock. Then, every time we hit 0.185 they would drive it back to 0.15
What a good and bad day. Depends on how you look at it.

I am not here to post negative posts or bash. I received illegal and unsolicited spam on this company and every time I receive illegal and unsolicited spam I go to the board in question and post a warning. You might want to take a look at my posting history and you will clearly see this is a policy that I have practiced for a long time. I did not single out this company...I do it to any company that sends out illegal and unsolicited spam
good luck
Again, not a fan of spam, but this company does have some great stuff happening and IMO is very cheap right now. I am sure that some people will sell as the pps increases, but the facts support that real earnings are in play and continually emerging here. The stock is only sitting where it is because people are no aware of it. I guess someone is trying to change that.
Bashers? Explain to me what a basher is? Imo a basher is one who posts about a company things that are untrue in order to get price down to get in on the bottom. Nothing I posted or any others who just posted about this spam are bashers they are reporting facts.

When I see several new posters hit at once, I respond.
That is usually a sign of bashers hitting before a momentum move.
The ten day moving average here has been on the rise after three good press releases.
Not an attack on you personally, just warning others of new posters posting negatively, after new excitement from the company.
cm3i@comcast.net is my email address.
I would appreciate those emails.

It is amazing that no one has visited this board for months, and all of a sudden when things are starting to get interesting....here come the negative posts.
WOW! Give me your email and I will forward you the three spam emails so a bit of REALITY can come into your life.
If you think negative posts about spam that is a FACT it has happened means things are going to happen for a company you really need to be very careful with your money.
Spam means someone is trying to off load some shares.
It is not a good sign for this or any company.
I did not come here to destroy your investment.
I came here to warn others and that the longs should jump on the phone and tell the ceo he needs to pull his head out doing deals with otc scumbags who will spam the company name.
When ever I see lots of negate posts from people who have not posted in months, the mm's are getting ressless.
You need to do your DD. I have never posted here.
If you think MM's are getting restless cause someone is going to off load shares you really need to learn the OTC game.
A company will do well based on performance.
Making time lines. Money management. Etc.
If you think negative posts dealing with FACTS is hurting you I hope you do some more thinking.
Send me your email I'll forward you the spam since.
Any company that sends me spam I go to their board to report the spam.
I know nothing about this company nor do I care to.
I'm only here to report the spam. But when I see a post like this full of pumper mentality you can bet your last dollar I will respond.
I hope everyone here makes huge $$$$$$$$$$$$$$!!!
But don't fly a bunch of crap out there after my post that was about FACTS because I will call you on it.
I'll be waiting for your email to post or pm me.
Then you can enjoy getting three emails you didn't ask for!
mkkanman, you may be selling yourself short at the .50, this has much greater potential than that IMO based on "just" the 2 deals they have already signed. Who knows what else they have coming, but between Wal-mart and the other channel, they could do 75 - 100 mil annually in the coming year or two.
Yesterday morning. Haven't recieved any more.
Out of curiosity, when did these emails go out?
I have gotten no spam either . . . and while i do not like spam, the message on this company is dead-on accurate. They have good stuff happening and REAL money results in place. It is a strong buy IMO.
It is amazing that no one has visited this board for months, and all of a sudden when things are starting to get interesting....here come the negative posts.
Maybe we are getting ready to rumble soon.
When ever I see lots of negate posts from people who have not posted in months, the mm's are getting ressless.
Hope the next couple of weeks prove me correct.
Welcome to all.
I am a shareholder, and I have not received any of these so called spammed emails.

I have a funny feeling that next week should be a good week for the PPS. I'm going to buy on Monday while it's still under .20 then sit back and enjoy the ride up to .50.
Those who trade stocks on a regular basis look for stocks with a volume of more than a 16000 per day. TBCO doesn't come up on anyone's radar because of the volume.
It doesn't have volume because of the caveat emptor (buyer beware) and because TBCO refuses to report ANYTHING. It's fundamentals don't warrant awareness and the PPS and volume reflect the mood of potential investors.
IMO anyone promoting a stock of this stature is stepping outside of reality and is possibly part of a Pump routine, or just plain dumb.
No serious investor would even find this stock, with all the scan engines out there. Their scans would invariably look for at least 500K of volume per day. Once in a while I will bend the rules and go as low as 300K per day, but other things would have to be in place to justify the venture.
The low float is just a way for the pumpers to cause spikes and then Dump.
This has had some really positive news . . . I guess not too many people are aware of it.
Industry
I have said nothing.
Just posted news as they came out. That is one of my duties as a assistant moderator.
I will not put my opinion on the board until we pass the fifty cent mark.

Tobacco One, Inc. Signs Major Distribution Agreement for Newly Acquired Mexican Cigarette Brand Rojo's

TBCO 0.20 0.00%
As of 12:00 AM ET 8/1/08Tobacco One, Inc. (Pink Sheets: TBCO) today announced the signing of a major tobacco distribution contract with Comercializadora de la Rosa of Mexico City.
Comercializadora de la Rosa is one of the region's leading consumer products distributors with direct access to over 80,000 retail accounts and 120-plus sales professionals throughout the country. In addition, Comercializadora de la Rosa owns and operates the convenience store chain "Zippy's".
Over the past month the Zippy's chain has participated in a test market for Tobacco One's newly acquired cigarette brand Rojo's. During the test market, the Rojo's brand averaged over 400 units sold per month per location. The impressive test results prompted Comercializadora de la Rosa to allocate permanent shelf space to the Rojo's brand throughout the Zippy's chain, as well as spearheaded the decision to offer and promote the Rojo's brand nationwide through their vast distribution network.
"If we penetrated only 5% of their potential customer base and they were able to duplicate the successes experienced with Zippy's chain test, we would realize sales volume of approximately 1.6 million units monthly," stated Shane Ludington, Vice President of Business Development, Tobacco One. "This market test further convinces us that our recent acquisition of the Rojo's cigarette brand could be a key factor in garnering future corporate earnings and increasing shareholder value."
Comercializadora de la Rosa initially purchased 30,000 units. Tobacco One anticipates weekly orders to commence after the first purchase order is delivered.
"This is the first of several distribution agreements that are currently being negotiated by Tobacco One in Mexico," stated Shawn Ulizio, Tobacco One's president. "Tobacco One is moving forward by seeking synergetic alliances with Mexico's premier distributors and retailers who share our excitement for the Rojo's cigarette brand."
About Tobacco One, Inc.
