From what I am reading, yes, the hotel will make revenue, at the expense of the hotel guest. Thus as a guest of a hotel with Lodgenet installed, you will be nickle and dimed to death.

At least we are still selling shares. Tivus still has a pulse, and still has a chance.

Also, the "coming soons" are happening now in case no has noticed. SP announced that there are contracts for Asia (we were all waiting for contracts), he announced that he would be naming a BOD and he is now naming the BOD. We are also still installed and generating revenue in the Philly Marriott.

Things don't happen overnight in a start-up business, there are setbacks and bumps in the road that have to be overcome. I expect great things from this BOD though, and I think it was a huge leap for Tivus to make, to get these guys. I am looking forward to seeing what the future holds for Tivus and for all of us.

Rubbing your nose, and leaning back in your chair like you controlled the world. I am definitely confused? ??? According to Mr. Prakash at the 8/21/2012 Conference Call, Tivus has executed a ten hotel contract in India, for which installation is underway. Philly Marriott was 60 days away from signing on the dotted line for final acceptance for the two years and several million dollars of work we had put in there. Everything was positive and forward looking. The financials are very very very vague, but by SP clarification TIVUS was most certainly earning revenues, and his self proclamation was " have you ever seen a start-up accomplish so much, so fast? "

Just what is it that we are trying to turn around? Why is Mr. Bickle's skills necessary for a critical turn around? Are we trying to steer tivus away from success, and back into desolation? Or is this an admission that SP has not been forthcoming on the actual state of TIVUS in his meetings with shareholders?

I would really like this question answered. What exactly is it that we are trying to turn around, if, as Mr. Prakash has stated, Tivus is so close to accomplishing the necessary milestones it has established?

Every time we lay over the edge
of our favorite dumpster, we are filled with hope, hope that there will be something good to eat or something we may trade for a smoke or something of value and we find it hard to walk by one of the units without at least looking. The way I see it, that is why many of us are here. We looked for a bottom and we found one and it should be no surprise to us as to the nature of what we have found, aged, used up, divested of all reasonable value. But here we are along with the suffering BAG HOLDERS whom have ridden this sled all the way down into the quagmire swimming in the goo at the very bottom. TIVU can only go up from here as it is as good as dumpster drainage today. Looks to me like we are having a little diving competition now, what with these new thoroughbreds entering the fray. I agree with you 100%. Appears to be just another alternative energy company trying to capitalize on the "10 Billion dollar industry." "We believe we can make a difference." How many of these companies are on OTC/PS alone right now? Alternative Energy companies that never leave R&D are everywhere. I don't see any evidence that this particular venture for him is going anywhere at all.

Far be it from me to say these guys are not good business people, but I could have sworn that I heard a few months back that this BOD was being assembled with basically knock-your-socks-off heavy hitters. I have yet to see evidence of this.

If this looks familiar it is because it is the bio of John Bickel both straight off the Aetodyne webpage, of which Mr. Bickel is the CEO, and word for word copied in the latest PR.

Aetodyne appears to be a privately held green energy company that has recently partnered with a Canadian company in this field.

I will be interested to see what develops. Mr Bickel appears to be based out of Texas and appears to have his own startup company to manage at the same time.

What does all this mean? I do not know. I would not want to unfairly characterize any business venture but green energy seems to be a field rife with Tivus style promises of great potential with limited results.

The odd performance on the Youtube video in conjunction with the cut and paste press release leave me a little apprehensive. I continue to hope for followthrough and results.

Mr. Bickel certainly seems to have a good resume although there are no specific references anywhere to a known Fortune 500 company or company turnaround story by name anywhere that I could find.
