Sorry if I'm not a impatient person like the rest of you. I believe IMHO 2013 will be a GREAT year for us. Expecting a lot of pr and marketing in place. The 4th and 5th is in progress and it will take time to mature. The new team members on board is hard at work and they will attract businesses with their marketing and innovation skills.

Bad market sector to be in.

Look how these middle men companies are getting hammered on their revenues. Probably will not be a sector for these companies in the future.

As the giant in this sector looses rooms, no company such as TIVUS is picking them up. The hotels are going with a "dumb" TV setup. All the while Shivus is hawking "Smart" TV's. LOL

S&P says the use of portable devices (BYOD), high spped cellular networks, high speed pipes into hotels, and viewers choosing to receive content online is putting the hurt on LNET !

11 mainstream hotel brands I have visited in the last 4 months have all 100% had their own entertainment package thus avoiding the middle men such as TIVUS, LNET and others.

These systems will always exist (somehow) in the hospitality world. I had a recent visit with a few top execs and their development team for a major hotel chain -- they still envision the television (and the television systems) as an integral part for their room designs (5 year plan) for all areas of the world they serve.

However, they are very frustrated at the lack of innovation in the hospitality television industry -- so much so that they are looking into developing their own product to fit their vision (which is pretty impressive but technically doable!).

Even though TIVU offers a unique advertising component to its system (and appeals to some in the hospitality world, etc), it is not the game changer that everyone thinks it can be. It is clear to me that they are looking for something much more in terms of brand standards that integrates todays technology and "home" lifestyle -- with this, they can raise the rack rate and make money that way.

Now if only someone could invent a wifi system that would give strong signal with excellent bandwidth in hotels, then we would have something.....not the kind that you have on 2 or 3 rooms that have good, and the rest are shitty.

Of course they're not the only provider but they're here in Hawaii marketing they're product by one of the representative. I don't know if they'll disclose that info which they don't have to(pink sheet). But I do know this, they're doing exactly the task to market their product along with the new members aboard. One of those members is a retired arm force which he will not allow any manipulation or fraud within the company because he knows punishment and consequences by law within the federal services. This was third phase approach and now were in the 4th and 5th in progress. This is where your patience is being tested. Unfortunately, none on this message nor others included are too stubborn. Only a few are fortunate to obtain virtue in life. Which explain the 90/10 rule in this world. 10% wealth the rest poor....

Unfortunatley Tivus isnt the only IPTV company out there. There are much larger ones with the money and technology to spare. This is dead, and since there has been no word from good old Shiva, you can bet he is in India trying to save face. IMHO, Enjoy!

Ya'll right about no-bid @ .0001 and have the right to vent your frustration but wrong about everything else, myself included. Before I bought into Tivu.inc I've analyse the charts, O/S, Ask, and find how easily this can blow with a nice pr along with a paid promotion that will manipulate the pps . Yes, I was depending on a P&D. Well, not gonna happen after a surprisingly discovery lasting. I was wrong about it and foolish of me not going deeper into this.

My wife is no investor nor does she care for stocks that I invest but after lastnight she shock me asking about Iptv. Not the fact that she cared, the fact that she mentioned it without any knowledge of it. Now there was no way she would've known my pw into my brokerage account. So I ask how she found out about it. She reply, The company and few of her co-workers have recently install Iptv that have been advertise by one of tivus marketing members about a month ago. They're reviews on the product were good saying every business and household should have one because its convenient, easy to use and a cool tech to have I guess. Heck my wife been googling iptv all night and said she wants one. Which tells me this is a pretty dam good product and the 4th and 5th phase is in progress. They're not only targeting businesses but also consumers of the masses. Well I'm glad its here in Hawaii and that's a good start. The market here for tech is booming along with real estate.

LNET product is not all that great but they run a better system than TIVUS. Which is they're marketing and the people who runs it. Positive Stock has a unique software that can help TIVUS to better its marketing that can attract new investors and businesses. They're are a few errors on the Tivus.inc website that needs to be corrected properly and bad influence needs to be erased when googling tivus. Positive stocks can change that with a little fee to pay compare to others. Unfortunately, after that lame interview by the man himself. He did not call Phil back who interviewed him. Yes Phil the CEO of positive stocks who was trying to help Shivus because he believes there's a lot of potential within this industry and I agree...

Google just bought ICOA? (penny stock, better get over there and take a look) ICOA does hotel wifi! If this is true or not it does indicate that the trend is removing the middle men Shivus, LNET and others from the hotels. The big guys will be moving in on SHIVUS, LNET and others.

Just a very small piece of DD here....Marriott's VP of IT Strategy, Neil Schubert (spelling?) was "friends" with Shiva on facebook for a while (probably over a year,) at least as recently still as this summer. They are no longer facebook "friends"... I thought I would share, for what it's worth.

For very well over a year now I have pretty much felt like this was a lottery ticket's chance at best.... I've said the whole time that there was a time I thought this was the golden ticket. Given everything that I've seen now since i've been here, like 2 or 3 years (seems like longer,) but well before a Philly install was even announced.... I don't think it's even lottery ticket odds now that this is legit... maybe the odds of the mega-millions, what's that like 1 in 147 million or something? In my opinion, the only hope the bag-holders here have now is getting out in a pump.

The truly impressive, yet sad part about this is Shiva's ability to string so many people along, from current and former employees and partners, to shareholders.... it's uncanny, to say the least. I would bet that there isn't even an ounce of remorse on his part. I've seen a lot of people on here lose a lot of money, some of them unfortunately didn't even really have the money to lose. That is disappointing to see, all-the-while Shiva gets mad about people calling him out supposedly. I've won some and lost some, clearly here I lost some. It's all a part of the game, and Shiva has gone through this rinse and repeat process many times before. I just hope there are enough people soured by this to keep him from doing it again. He is truly talented at it, I will give him that.

Shiva can and will ask for more. No news, No proof of contracts, and no proof of profit. There is proof of debt, incompetence, and lies. Even the hotel where it is claimed the technology is established is gone and they are looking for something better. This POS will never see anything other than a R/S or bankruptcy, and since the bills are coming due every month, it will come quickly. Enjoy!
