Who in their right mind could possibly still be supporting this guy and his inconsistencies and disingenuous behavior? Aside from totally lying and stealing from every one of us he is about the most incompetent CEO I have ever seen.
It is a shame there are people here still putting the blame on the investors. Smoke screens do not cover up the facts they just make those few look completely ignorant and quite uneducated. Please people be honest with yourselves; if not the total strangers on this board you have conversed with for all of this time. I recommend you all demand answers and burden this guy with your right of knowing where your hard earned money went and why he was so dishonest on countless accounts. Oh, the trade for trade thing. That was discussed here quite a bit when it first came out. I don't know what you mean by "majority of brokers". Could you provide a list of brokers that you know are not allowing Tivus stock to be traded? I know myself and many others here, using a variety of different brokers, have both bought and sold shares since September of 2011. Maybe we wish we wouldn't have bought, but that's another story...

Shivus suspension from DTC

Chill was placed on TIVUS on Sept. 2 2011, majority of brokers will no longer accept trades for tivus. To fully understand how bad a suspension of services can be to a stock just look at some of the other companies that were suspended on sept. 2 along with tivus, also go over to the DTCC page here on investorshub and ask some questions as to what a chill can do to a company, it is not a pretty picture.

You are absolutely correct
in that name calling, challenging, suggesting that investors look at the charts, has improved our investment positions here. But it has somewhat put a stop to that sucking sound one may hear aimed at drawing in new stupid money. I think that any investor buying TIVU shares based on their "DD" rather than the anonymous voices of reason is a good thing. Just notice the charts and what has been posted with the OTC and press releases as public information for a publicly traded company and make a decision. Just stop the BS! That's my take on it and if something good comes of TiVus and Shiva Prakash it will be noticed, not buried in amongst a bunch of shrouded fantasy. It's that latter that really lit me off. I just don't like seeing inexperienced investors ripped off as that ruins these markets for all of us.

Well, let's see what facts come up over the next six months. Could be some good stuff. Could be!

I hear what you are saying but I have no proof of anything either way.

There is no doubt a long string of promises that do not appear to be completed. It is for that reason that I stopped buying any more shares at any price.

That being said there is no proof of any injustice being done here. Mismanagement, incompetence or poor communication do not equate to injustice.

Time may show that we were lied to about all this. It may also show that we were the victims of unforseen events. It may even show us to be wise investors with patience.

I don't know but I know this namecalling has not materially improved my life or the direction of this company.

But you know those politicians, they say lots of things and most often guide their constituents with a moral compass much like the wind vanes we see on the tops of cupolas. Nevertheless, they find a good word or two, a quote or some new contrivance aimed at giving people hope and direction. This is what we lack here with TiVUS as it appears that nothing told to us thus far has been substantiated by any documented facts. Perhaps other than the doubling of the A/S with that additional 3,000,000,000 shares that we may see being offloaded on a daily basis during this dark time of NO BID. We need some hope and direction from our illustrious CEO.

I remember doing my first buy into TIVU several days prior to the call so as to get a possible bump off the results of that "NONDISCLOSURE" top secret conference. How about a real break here with some realistic grasp of the facts and then some idea as to any profitability anyone may hang their hats on. Dare you! Double dog dare you! I know, gonna be hard to find, but there must be some evidence out there in the big world that there is in fact a company working hard for its success and of course the success of its shareholders, or not. I am frustrated as anyone but I do not understand why anyone would continue to waste so much time finding nonrelevant news items and posting angry rants.

This company is not competing to provide internet services. We are supposed to be working with Host. The hotel we are waiting on just happens to be a Marriot.

The negativity is just as foolish as the rosey optimism that has flourished at times here as well.

Since we have a no bid stock and our money is either already lost or waiting on real news I suggest we also have a no post board until we have something to say that is actually an improvement over silence.

There is no current DTC chill regarding Tivus. I believe it is a reference to the skull & crossbones environment we were in earlier this year relating to slow financial filings. We are out of that now.

Just caught up on todays posts. Its sorta like peyton place around here, just never know what kind of mud slinging will go on.
Makes me Laugh.
For me I dont think tivus is dead,Yet. Its more like on life support.
There are obvious Sharks in the water whom dont want tivus around as a competitor.
The Philly marriotts is no small deal, its I FEEL... they are I.M.O. being swarmed by tivus's competition.
Look at it this way.
if tivus get Host, Marriotts or any other big name,that means whoever is there now will be replaced. So that aloan is a good reason for them to want tivus to go under.
You can bet other Competitors are trying to get their own contract with Marriotts as well, So while marriotts drags their feet all the while waiting for a better and sweeter deal has also done it toll in the PPS here.
the life support I refered to is the india contracts. I really dont know much about them but I wonder where the money come from for that. Sometimes I think Shiva is paying for it from his one year advanced salary? That in itself is a new can of worms,because his salary came from us right? But advanced means its his money now right? so if he owns that outfit doing the installs in india, then that is his free and clear and we would never see a dime of it?
This was just a thought and a wild guess on my part. But what if I am right?
This is one reason I will wait to put any cash back on this one.

I mean canoes, and love all the good sport, particularly the learning of it. Corruption is huge in these markets, all the markets to one degree or another. The money changers work their magic and have no morality but to take and take and take. Now 99.99% of investor money invested in the pretty plans of Shiva Prakash have been taken. It's gone, all gone, and wanting to tell folks that there is hope with no evidence of such hope is just quite simply wrong. That's it, bottom line. Like yourself, I'm waiting with great anticipation in hopes of finding that my sentiments may change as the result of better information, which of course will be reflected in the PPS. I am so waiting.................

I am not the problem Lucky friend, posters whom have touted great things over the past two years, which also gave me reason to believe that tin the eleventh hour TiVUS would come through as a great bottom play, have all been full of divisiveness and miss information, none of which has resulted in any positive results from the TiVus CEO or company performance. Hey Johnny-come-lately who showed up on this board not very long ago magically knowing everything from the first day you arrived, it just could be some of us think Tivus can still make it in spite of the poor performance by SP and the constant negative posting by those here who have done their best to drive investors away. I don't know which competitor you work for but its obvious your intention is to drive Tivus into the ground.

I'm not your problem, not the Johnny come lately as you may surmise. You know little except perhaps for the results on your portfolio. I on the other hand wrote off the small bag I bought the day I exercised my order as I clearly had done my homework and knew that most likely I would lose my investment here. But I like a gamble from time to time as it only takes one to make up for all the others.

Cast your wild aspersions as you may, But the bottom line is that I would encourage new investors to look at the facts in regards to TIVU in lieu of flying off half cocked looking for bull and ending up with bear. Here again, iHub and the comments on these boards do not make or break the trading world. This is a place for discussion and I have discussed and even though I was going to cease I can readily see that there may be those whom would rather suck in amateur traders in lieu of showing factual information supporting the potential value in the investment. Give me something to find hope in here, anything! I know, if you could you would and the PPS would reflect that. LMAO

I still have my shares and will check in now and then for a legitimate corporate development. I don't want to cash in my chips because a bigger sucker walked into the door most likely escorted by the Canouse Clan.
