I suspect we will never see another PR or financials again. Keep in mind, Shivus announced a fresh batch of contracts in India over 3 months ago, but of course no details. I did file an official complaint to the SEC for misleading PRs over an over again, however never received a response from the SEC. I wonder if anyone has communicated with Shivus himself in the last couple of months. Omaha...Philly Marriott...India Contracts...LOL!

I don't remember what his miracle 5 steps were, but it looks like he never got past step one. It looks like step 1 was dilution, step 2 is a reverse split, and step 3 will be rinse and repeat. Enjoy!
