I agree with most of what you said, especially the communication part! Shiva has turned out to be at best; a rotten CEO and businessman. He has no leadership skills that are worth speaking of. However, that makes it difficult to even know if he is still at work, or merely working on his next con. I guess time will tell. I will be around to warn the next group though if it be the latter. You can count on that!

Which indicates to me that Truckenmiller should know of the PR which stated he had been named EVP. Which means that he is complicit in this terribly-managed company/screwing of shareholders/scam, whatever you want to call it. My point being, I thought Truckenmiller's reputation in the industry would have put him above being involved with someone like Shiva, someone who screws honest shareholders out of tens of thousands of dollars and then goes completely silent (and apparently starts a completely different company in the meantime). I would love to hear Truckenmiller's account of his involvement with Tivus, and how he feels about being associated with someone who treats his shareholders this way.

As stock investing goes, I am an amateur by any definition. What strikes me is that I did do a fair bit of DD on my own. Much of what I had learned so far came from more seasoned investors here. It is not too hard to tell who knows what they're talking about from those who don't. Even those who have been around the block a few times really ended up on the short end of the stick here.

So as I look back on this entire experience, I wonder, what should have really influenced my investment decisions here, but didn't.

The biggest thing is the total unwillingness of the CEO to communicate. For quite a time I defended this posture-especially as big names started signed on. But when the August phone-in really did not pan out even close to what had been disclosed, I was slow to respond and slower to learn.

At this point, I"d have to say if all of this is a ploy to convince all that Tivus is now a non-entity, it has worked. There are good reasons for using such a strategy, but now, too many people have been financially damaged by disinformation or no information and being forced to act solely on conclusions which, though logical, were erroneous, or at least, not helpful.

Even if Tivus popped up out of the dust and became a viable penny stock later this afternoon, I would NOT buy into any further ventures which involved Mr. Prakash. He has destroyed his own credibility with me here. He may be a good man to some, but he really seems to feel and act as though he is better than other people and that he , therefore, allowed to treat others badly.

Well linkedin and another source or two states that the usual suspects; Francis, Sue, Truckenmiller are still affiliated and or employed at Tivus. So surprisingly I guess the lights are still on.

I can tell you for a fact that Truckenmiller never joined because when I spoke to Shivus way back, he said that he was "soon" going to join and that was after the announcement. I believe it had something to do with finalizing the Philly contract and I think we both know what happened to that contract. Think about it for a second...3 billion shares at 0.0001 (and probably less than 0.0001 bc Shivus was selling them at a discount) is at best $300,000. What kind of business can you run with $300k? Pay Truckenmiller and all the others including the idiot himself, pay for the tvs and installations??? This company needed to be capitalized with at least $5mm to have a chance at succeeding. Shivus managed to suck out about $5mm over 3 years. The question is, where did that $5mm go? If you're wondering where I got the $5mm from...I got it from the latest balance sheet (accumulated losses and paid in capital).
Think about this...everytime one of you asked about the status of Philly, Shivus said it was in their hands. What kind of answer is that? He paid for the installation and never got paid for it???

Hmm. The 4/5/12 PR flat-out stated that he had been named the executive VP. If I'm Truckenmiller, and I have a reputation in the industry that I'd like to preserve, I'm not letting a lie like that perpetuate. Unless, of course, he didn't know. I would just assume he would have had legal grounds to have the PR retracted, or have Shiva issue a new one retracting the old one, something like that.

I have an idea that your assessment is at least somewhat correct. This was the conundrum tempting bottom plays well after the bottom had been played out. Sometimes even good game plans can't buck the odds and that is why as traders we hope for the best and plan for the worst. There is always just too much that we do not know.

On top of the collapsing PPS and weakening stories surrounding the man and the legend, the very poor orchestration of the swan song NDA conference call and then those who touted its credibility was a desperate sucking sound followed by the 3,000,000,000 A/S most likely set up as an escape fund pumped by that last nose picked and scratching Shiva in his last video. Clearly it was done! As investors we were done. The video was funny as he evidently had to get up early for the recording, before noon or something. I love that video as it further proves how silly I was to get sucked into the clowns caper. Well, he no doubt is still living the privileged life as guys like him normally always have a back up plan of substance.

Truckenmiller was never involved with Tivus. Shivus announcing Truckenmiller as a new arrival was a blatant lie. I remember confronting Shivus about this and he told me that Truckemiller would "soon" join Tivus.

I think it's safe to say that this thing was a scam from day 1. All PRs were all about promisses that were coming "soon". Omaha, Philly...and of course the latest India contracts.
The thing that has me scratching my head is that a few people on this message board said they visited the Philly Marriott and saw the system. I personally didn't go see it, but spoke to the hotel manager who confirmed the system was installed. So my question is, if Tivus actually installed a product, is it possible that this wasn't a scam, but simply an idiot 1 man show CEO that did free installs with the hope of getting the recognition and eventually get some kind of big partner?

I also pointed out that Shiva was a crook and got banned for about a month. As soon as I spoke to that guy (Shivus)for 5 min.he phone, I knew he was full of BS, but kept my lottery ticket nonetheless. I guess I could only blame myself. I did put in a formal complaint with the SEC a couple of months ago. I will get alot of pleasure if Shivus gets investigated.

Looks as though you have been calling it right for some time. I see this from Tuesday, April 24, 2012 3:43:18 PM. Is it fair to say that some credibility has been established! I know, that and a dollar will get a fella a cheap cup of coffee somewhere, but with a board mark it is better than a sharp stick in the eye.

I've been saying Shiva is a criminal for a while now. It was not too popular, though my posts I cannot find anymore. Must have been an honest glitch, I'm sure.

How did you know so early on that Shiva Prakash was nothing but a criminal? What fully convinced you? I admit that I just didn't believe you. I was wrong and extend my apologies.

Someone must know where this con ASK is hiding out. Sure like to know the real story with Tivus and Shiva's take on the long con! It would be an interesting financial reporting interview if anyone could sniff him out for a story. Heck, he might take a couple hundred bucks to spill his guts. Cinch he didn't get all those three billion added A/S marketed as no one could have been dumb enough to buy those. Oh, that's right, his family probably pays his way and he and his family are most likely back in India already blended into the crowd. Well, shouldn't be that hard to find him for a good investigative reporter.

Anyone know such a person? And what about Randall Francis and Steven Truckenmiller? Where are they now and how much money did they manage to bleed off of TIVU investors before disappearing in search of their next target enterprise? Lucky, be careful the 700 dollar fees

are not assessed by your broker they are passed thru and sometimes 3 weeks later.

Some are under the impression that their broker (all brokers) will not charge a fee. It is out of the brokers hands, the fees do not come from your broker they are passed thru to you the shareholder.

No,I am not in contact with Shiva. I got out of Zecco a couple of years ago when they began threatening to apply extra charges on non-DTC eligible stocks. When I would call on the matter one guy at Zecco would say one thing and the next guy would say something else about the possibility of penalty charges, but as I continued trading they never hit me with any. I finally got tired of their posted warnings nonsense and transferred all my stocks to Fidelity and a lot of other people did likewise.
I don't know how Tivus will come out but things obviously don't look great right now. I was just going to sell some shares of Tivus to make sure trading continues. It certainly appears to be continuing, at least when using self clearing brokerages. In order to sell someone has to buy and NITE probably has a 100 million for sale at .0001 so it may take some time to get to my few shares.

Nobody will be showing up here.

They will have to find a new shell to reverse merge into.

The DTC chill was in effect for for a year or so on TIVU. Managment had plenty of time to answer the questions that DTC was demanding.

Now the DTC has placed a freeze "global lock" on TIVU.
I do not believe TIVU will start giving up the info now.

The freeze "global Lock" designation will follow TIVU if they try to reverse merge a new company into TIVU.

This is DTC's way of geting rid of the trash.
Keep your eyes open as there are many more stocks that are going to be chilled and frozen by the DTC.

Connecting dots... How about the Bickel/Prakash connection for starters. Here our legendary CEO, having done the bad thing, is now off to dabble in "fertilizer". So what? you may ask. Bickel is neck deep in the stuff "fertilizer" is a code word for: "alternative fuel" or "alternative energy". Soon enough, the Tivus website will be offline... I predict (when the account becomes so past due for service and SP won't settle the account) I do not expect any further PRs. The stock is now worthless and untradeable. ANy DTC-clearinghouse won't touch it.

I am just trying to figure out if there are any dots to connect.

Our last Director announcement was for John Bickel whose company was working in the field of alternative energy generation. Now we have no news, a dead untradable stock and filings for a new fertilizer venture with Shiva. I believe there are alternative energy strategies that use ammonia fertilizer as an energy source.

I wonder if the last appointment to our BOD was just a cover story to drain the last of any money out of Tivus for this new venture and I wonder if Mr. Bickel was a willing partner in this?

Why would someone with his resume allow his name to be used like this? His website lists a credible BOD. Why would he ever let his name be associated with a farce like Tivus?
