You are absolutely correct
in that name calling, challenging, suggesting that investors look at the charts, has improved our investment positions here. But it has somewhat put a stop to that sucking sound one may hear aimed at drawing in new stupid money. I think that any investor buying TIVU shares based on their "DD" rather than the anonymous voices of reason is a good thing. Just notice the charts and what has been posted with the OTC and press releases as public information for a publicly traded company and make a decision. Just stop the BS! That's my take on it and if something good comes of TiVus and Shiva Prakash it will be noticed, not buried in amongst a bunch of shrouded fantasy. It's that latter that really lit me off. I just don't like seeing inexperienced investors ripped off as that ruins these markets for all of us.
Well, let's see what facts come up over the next six months. Could be some good stuff. Could be!

For example, I believe that
he also stated that; "When a man is silent about the injustices to others he is also as guilty as those whom perpetrate the crimes." But you know those politicians, they say lots of things and most often guide their constituents with a moral compass much like the wind vanes we see on the tops of cupolas. Nevertheless, they find a good word or two, a quote or some new contrivance aimed at giving people hope and direction. This is what we lack here with TiVUS as it appears that nothing told to us thus far has been substantiated by any documented facts. Perhaps other than the doubling of the A/S with that additional 3,000,000,000 shares that we may see being offloaded on a daily basis during this dark time of NO BID. We need some hope and direction from our illustrious CEO.

Now that turned out well for everyone! LOL
I remember doing my first buy into TIVU several days prior to the call so as to get a possible bump off the results of that "NONDISCLOSURE" top secret conference. How about a real break here with some realistic grasp of the facts and then some idea as to any profitability anyone may hang their hats on. Dare you! Double dog dare you! I know, gonna be hard to find, but there must be some evidence out there in the big world that there is in fact a company working hard for its success and of course the success of its shareholders, or not. Don't ya think!
Again, you must have neglected to show up for the CC, or are simply pretending to not know the answers. Or its possible your DD is worse than SP's CEO performance. Play your games with someone else because I don't waste my time on phonies.

But somehow I don't think that Shiva Prakash is going to make that possible for me or for you. Remember, an RS will most likely be the next step on his finely tuned business platform just as soon as he off loads those additional 3,000,000,000 new A/S shares. I'd so much like to believe that I hadn't fallen into the old outhouse here, but it is what it is and I'm down to the Sears & Roebuck glossy pages now. Something only an older guy would probably know about. Tough deal. The glossy pages that is! LOL

I've sailed oceans and paddled canouse,
I mean canoes, and love all the good sport, particularly the learning of it. Corruption is huge in these markets, all the markets to one degree or another. The money changers work their magic and have no morality but to take and take and take. Now 99.99% of investor money invested in the pretty plans of Shiva Prakash have been taken. It's gone, all gone, and wanting to tell folks that there is hope with no evidence of such hope is just quite simply wrong. That's it, bottom line. Like yourself, I'm waiting with great anticipation in hopes of finding that my sentiments may change as the result of better information, which of course will be reflected in the PPS. I am so waiting.................

Or maybe you just chose not too. This divisiveness does not cover up the facts, facts that you clearly chose to ignore. I am not the problem Lucky friend, posters whom have touted great things over the past two years, which also gave me reason to believe that tin the eleventh hour TiVUS would come through as a great bottom play, have all been full of divisiveness and miss information, none of which has resulted in any positive results from the TiVus CEO or company performance. I don't have any cotton in my ears or my mind! Honest!
Hey Johnny-come-lately who showed up on this board not very long ago magically knowing everything from the first day you arrived, it just could be some of us think Tivus can still make it in spite of the poor performance by SP and the constant negative posting by those here who have done their best to drive investors away. I don't know which competitor you work for but its obvious your intention is to drive Tivus into the ground.

ONE QUESTION LUCKY FRIEND,
WHY WOULD ANYONE WISH TO ENCOURAGE NEW INVESTORS
INTO TIVU UNLESS THEY PLANNED ON VICTIMIZING
THOSE FOLKS SO AS TO RECOVER THEIR OWN LOSES?
This is exactly why we have public discussion boards to share sentiments and more importantly the facts surrounding a trade. The facts are quite clear and personally I care about the stocks I am interested in and if I see that a con ASK paper hanging scam is in play, I do not feel guilty about raising awareness to my sentiments in hope of encouraging others to do their own due diligence rather than listening to a bunch of anonymous posters whom may or may not give any concern to the success of other traders in the markets we trade in. Every time an investor gets ripped off it is a theft of not only that investor's money but it is a theft of the over all security in the subpenny trading some of us chose to engage in. Investors become further discouraged and leave the markets, some to the higher listings and some never to come back. That is a fact and it won't make any of us bank, I can assure you. Theft and deception only appears to work for the thieves and deceivers. I will not stand idly by and hope that the PPS gets driven up by posters with little or no moral compass and I don't think that I stand alone in that sentiment.
I ask you or anyone else to provide one piece of evidence, which anyone interested in TIVU may find any confidence in. Just one piece! And if you ever find that, I'll ask for another and another and if those are also found, we just may see trading resume here, something more than Shiva Prakash dumping his worthless A/S on hapless bag holders at any price. Show me, show any of us that the man has any business integrity. I've looked and I just can't find it anywhere. Help me out here. Please!
I wasn't going to bother posting anymore, but in seeing the same kinds of BS emerging that existed all the way, all the time, during the 99.99% decline in the PPS and the further comedic conference call and subsequent Shiva interview video and the 3,000,000,000 increase in the A/S just tick me off no end. It's not just about our individual loses, it's about the larger picture of our SEC and investors allowing this kind of investor theft. That's a period................

I'm invested in TIVU!
That's my fault and I take responsibility for it. If I eat some bad food and throw up all over, I don't rush around to other people suggesting that they try it right away, that the experience was fun! It never ceases to amaze me how subpenny investors are drawn to a falling knife, a failing enterprise. But I admit to loving a great bottom play and I pay my own way.
So here we are, throwing blame around and casting out wild aspersions and what is really really funny about this entire set of circumstances is that some folks actually think that the posts of a couple people may sink or float a great company regardless of its performance. Come on, give us a break here. Look at the facts for a change, at least once in the course of your life. Hold the chart upright, read some press releases, look at finances posted on the OTC and you tell me, is Shiva Prakash doing a great or even good job of developing a potentially profitable company from which investors may prosper, or isn't he?
