Good and reasonable points Homebrew!
Its very common to see companies coming out of nowhere at the end of a bubble. It happened ~10years ago during the dot com bubble and it's happening again with 3D bubbe hype!
Fishy Financials:
1st Quarter 2014:
$7,400 Wages ($29,000 a year in wages ?!?! Is that 1 part-time employee ?!?!)
R&D $7,500 ..... How can you create 3D printers with only $7,500 in R&D for the quarter
$27,000 Advertising & Promotion..... How about making a product first ??? Who got this money ?
Only $36,000 in inventory
$64,000 cash
$92,000 revenue
$8,000 net income
Market cap $13.5 million .... Why ?? hmmmmmmm
I have confidence in these guys, but ya it could take time. They're the only 3D printer maker in Canada and they are pushing to get their printers in schools which is pretty awesome. Among other thighs as well.
This is going to take some time.
Let's hope the wait is worth it.
Better than TKSTF appears to be doing.
Hello :) How is everyone?
I'm still trying to find flaws with this company. There's gotta be a catch, right?
I'll keep up the DD, but so far I'm coming up empty ;)
I don't mind them dipping a little more, I'm a small guy trying to wiggle his way in a little at a time
Agree this has potential. Not even on the radar as it seems in the US. This seriously did not have more then 1 MM on the bid and ask until about 2 weeks ago. Plus, it is a real breathing working company in an industry that is the future IMHO. Only thing I am suprised by is the recent dip. Not sure why that is since it seems like it is slowly gaining more exposure.
A well-kept secret.
Keeping my eye on this company. They have some pros on board and look to have real potential.
Yeah, they are producing printers. They currently have 3 models to choose from on their current line
Are they actually producing any printers yet?
Bought some of this today. Seems very well priced based on others in the industry with lots of potential. Looked over the website and looks like a legit company with alot of new growth opportunites with their recently released(May) new 3d printing system. Look forward to them being a big player in the emerging Canadian and maybe US market also in retail and consumer 3d market as it grows. They just have to take what they have now and grow it from the ground floor up.
I spoke with investor relations today 06-11-14 and they said they have 52 million outstanding shares and 41 million shares in the float.
