I’m gunna bring up gaps again lol. 99.9% of all gaps fill…unless on the very rare occasion there’s a ‘runaway’ or ‘breakaway’ gap. Long story short, the price gapped down above .03. So with that being said, that gap will fill imo. If they tweet an update, or finally put out official news, this will reverse fast imo, and fill that gap. If it’s merger news, it will fly way past .03

Right on. Last time when the delay was announced, the ticker went down to .018 to .016 cents range. We're already trading in that range now, I think the delay is priced in. If there would be delay, it will be for a good reason.....to support the real estate transfer. Last time there was no such a reason. imo

I like the fact that they used the phrase “We are keen to keep some details under wraps to maintain the element of surprise”. Meaning they have more details but can’t disclose them yet

haha, maybe something like that 4/30 was not exactly a strict deadline. It was a date they were going to "work toward" but they warned us they may need another 30 days for the real estate. Frustrating no matter how we view it, but too much potential upside for me to give up ..

When merger is completed, for example, if PPS goes to .15 cents, the MC (mkt cap) will = revenues only (MC = PPS X OS = .15 PPS X 80M OS = $12M revenues). At .15 cents, no PE or X (multiplier) applied on revenues (normally there is a X factor, imo).

Just a reminder, the preferred D to be converted into commons at .20 cents.

This is going past .05 IF they complete the merger.
