I see where the Capitol Structure did not change. Thats good news and perhaps you are right and this volume will push the price up eventually. Let's hope its soon before the volume and excitement wear off.
Hey ocstocks,
I know that NHYB is a flamingo, but I do not know if they are transparent or not. If they are, you might want to consider filling out the application for the TF Draft.

So, what the heck happened to Northamerican Energy (NNYG) yesterday?
~~> NNYG .018 x 72,638,335 = 1,307,490 nano
~~> NNYG .023 x o/s 72,638,335 = 1,670,682 nano (DEc 26, 2006)
Great news, and yet we lost $363,191 off our cap, or 22%.
What gives? Did the company "dump" into the PR? Nope. The capital structure did not change.
As of December 27, 2006
A/S: 450 mil
Issued & outstanding shares: 72,638,335
restricted shares: 17,233,587

Then what happened? Well, my guess is that stock is perhaps now oversold after seeing the spam that was released over the weekend.

This is usually a red flag, and means the company is about to dump shares. Since it was not the case, NNYG just may be on sale.
I agree the O/S is small but it did appear that someone was waiting for this news. The stock hasn't seen volume like this in awhile. News and ithe PPS going down on some volume indicates to me selling and its usually by the company or shares the company has issued. Don't get me wrong, I still like NNYG but today raised a Flag for me and I will be watching it a little more closely
Good to see you puppman.
I don't think that Jon has ever done a 504. There has been some shares added over the last year, but seems like the o/s is still very small, and the dilution has been to add value to the company.
Great news. Thanks JC. Only prob is it looks like there might be a little dilution maybe from prev. 504s

Northamerican Energy Announces Acquisition Update
Dec 26, 2006 06:00:17 (ET)
HOUSTON, Dec 26, 2006 (PrimeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Northamerican Energy Group Corporation (Pink Sheets:NNYG) announced today that it has completed a portion of the necessary due diligence, and thus has begun accepting, and acquiring, a portion of the 17 leases announced in its November 8th press release. The due diligence on the balance of the leases is continuing and Northamerican hopes to complete the acquisition process on the entire package of leases within 90 - 120 days.
"In addition to working over, and putting these wells back on production, the logs and drilling records on some of these wells show one, or more, promising gas and oil production zones that were passed over, and not produced, when the wells were originally drilled. These additional production zones in these wells can be perforated, treated, and put on production at minimal cost, and are encouraging signs that these leases may even be more productive than originally contemplated, without the need and expenses of drilling new wells, which will add to the existing production contemplated on these leases," commented Jon Ginder, Northamerican Energy Group's CEO.
As previously announced, these leases contain a number of inactive gas and oil wells in shallow (1500' - 4300') oil and gas fields located on non-contiguous acreage and leases in Pecos County, Texas, in mature, existing fields, close to, and in some cases adjoining Northamerican Energy's current operations in the Permian Basin.
"These leases, and their wells, are the type of low cost, low risk, primary production properties that fit perfectly into Northamerican's strategy of acquiring economically viable leases that will return investment, and workover costs quickly, resulting in positive cash flow for the company within months," continued Jon Ginder.
Northamerican Energy Group has developed a proven growth strategy of identification, acquisition, and development of domestic hydrocarbon reserves. The Company will concentrate on acquiring prospects, which are, and have, proven oil and gas production that has been operating for many, many years. By acquiring working interests in proven low-risk fields the Company minimizes the risk by not "wildcatting or drilling dry-holes" and incurring any expense of building major infrastructure to get the product to market. Finally, the Company's low-cost operations and low overhead structure allows the Company to maximize the income and revenue from each production lease.

Hey, that's no problem. But sounds like your stock may be a great fit for the NCFC #board-7229 . Drop the o/s and market cap on the thread, and then whatever PR's and DD that you like. You may get a few questions, but if you like your pick it should be no problem at t'all.
Very good to see, and Merry Christmas.
Sorry for not following protocol. LDTI is a BB stock, so may not be appropriate for your board. It's still an interesting play: low float, low OS, announcing acquisitions, etc.
Very good to see you guys here. I really want to encourage you to come to the NC Fight Club as well. The purpose of the thread is to have a place to post nano and micro cap stocks that have the best DD going for them. On the NCFC we are going to call it like it is, and we do not like moronic bashers, or moronic pumpers. We are at war with both.
In the castle we will protect each other.

This thread is about to taking off the kid gloves, and being prepared to defend one's pick.

futuretech,
very nice to see you on the TF. I would also like to learn more about your stock, but first things first. Before your stock can be on the TF, it has to be on the TF Draft. Here is the link~~> #board-5776 . Please read the ibox, and you can see the application right there. Just cut and paste your answers.
Have a Merry Christmas, and please stay tuned in 2007.
I use to watch a TV like that when I was a kid. oops, dating myself. lol
The days of vacuum tubes are all but gone with the exception of guitar amplifiers, etc. and digital tech is rapidly gaining the ability to reproduce tube characteristics. In fact they are just about all the way there now.
What will they think of next. lol
Great vision those guys had at that time. lol
Hi futuretech, newbie here. I recently learned about this board from Money 101 and will try to make it here in the future for some more learning ops.
I dig that picture of the old computer at the bottum of your post page. Kinda looks like the Jolly Green Giants first lap-top. lol

LDTI summary...
LDTI Company Structure, Shares, Background
1. Capital Structure and Low Float (10.8M OS and 1M - 1.5M float)
2. Acquiring companies that are accretive. Acquisitions purchased at private company valuations that are discounted to public market valuations
3. Obtained LOI of a $10.5M revenue and 1.26M EBITDA private company with more in the pipeline. Purchase price is well under 1x revenue and under 5x EBITDA.
4. First acquisition equates to about $1/share in revenue and $0.12/share in earnings.
5. CEO comments to Minimal Dilution and Transparency.
If they would become transparent, at the same time the diltion stops, I would think they would do very, very well. I still think that someone needs to call the CEO and make these suggestions to him.
My dream is you will add ETIM in January because it will fit all the criteria. That would make me happy. If I suggested this on the ETIM board, they would laugh me off it, but since I have no other choice, I will remain the one, lone voice of confidence that behind the scenes, things are moving in that direction no matter how much the pps says it is not.
And then there were two.
Sometimes you have to move backward before you can move forward.

Check out the TF2s Draft Picks. New picks fighting to see if they have what it takes to make the Transparent Flamingo list!... #board-5776
Sounds great. And no more birds flying solo. No guru, no roosting.
Agreed. At the close of market tom. they will officially be off the list. Time to bring on some new, great TFs
Looks like the TF has decided to part ways with XLPI, and AMGJ. How about after the close on December 18, 2006 we pluck them both?
Thanks Creede! I 've been watching TRGD - nice!
Hey rrufff, could you please read the last few posts from here, and then give us your vote.

Well, we usually give 1 week before making changes, but I see the strain in the situation. Let me send rrufff a note to see if he wants to try to establish communications with either company.
Yes on both. Immediately
Well, I just dropped TRGD here because it's the frontrunner on the TF Draft to make this list. The best source for your questions would actually be Bobwins on the TRGD thread.

...And what's the going price for an ounce of silver? Also - did they say anywhere what the refining/recovery cost per ton is?

Paramount Gold Extends Zone 800 Meters with 213 g/t Silver across 13.8 Meters and 133.4 g/t Silver across 44.85 Meters at Their San Miguel Project, Mexico
Thursday December 14, 7:00 am ET
CHIHUAHUA, Mexico--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Paramount Gold Mining Corp. (OTC:PGDP - News; Frankfurt:P6G - News; WKN:A0HGKQ), is pleased to release the most recently reported assays from its ongoing drill program at the San Miguel Project near Temoris, Chihuahua, Mexico. The following results are the first nine drill holes completed in the San Antonio area that is just north of the San Luis zone. The nine drill holes at San Antonio are step outs to the north and extend the drill tested zone approximately 800 meters in that direction.
These are the first drill holes north of the San Luis zone where discovery hole (SL-02, 4.0 meters of 35.5 g/t gold and 17.0 g/t silver) was reported August 2nd 2006 and represent an important discovery of a northerly continuation of the silver/gold zone identified on surface.
Drill hole SA-01 hit three separate intersects of high grade silver, 1.15 meters (28.60 to 29.75) of 346.0 g/t silver and 0.44% zinc, 0.90 meters (36.50 to 37.40) of 643.0 g/t silver and 25.8 meters (47.65 to 73.45) of 194 g/t silver. The three intersects averaged 133.4 g/t silver across 44.85 meters (28.60 to 73.45). SA-05 intersected 13.8 meters (19.8 to 33.6) of 213 g/t silver. Drill hole SA-08 and SA-09 are the furthest step outs to the north thus far, approximately 800 meters north of SL-07 (5.2M of 38.7 g/t silver) and SL-06 (9.0M of 161.4 g/t silver), the two most northerly drill holes in the San Luis area. The best intersect reported at drill hole SA-07 was 2.3 meters of 123 g/t silver with 0.33% lead and 0.48% zinc. SA-08 had 3 significant intersects, the best was 2.5 meters of 212 g/t silver, 0.34% lead and 0.44% zinc.
Bill Reed, Manager of Exploration for Mexico, said, "Six of the nine drill holes at San Antonio have good intersects where we have continued drilling four additional holes and are stepping out farther to the north. More importantly, this has extended the total strike length about 800 meters to the north. Our drill and trench results at La Union, San Jose, San Luis and San Antonio, have now identified a continuous mineralized zone over a considerable length of approximately 3.2 kilometers (3,200 meters) and it remains open in all directions."

Quality Control Person
Paramount takes detail photos of the entire core before it is cut to half core which is assayed at ALS Chemex's Vancouver laboratory. As part of quality assurance, quality control (QAQC), a blank (sterile) sample is submitted every 20th sample. Later, pulps from a number of intervals will be renumbered and pulps from known standards will be inserted between them in numerical order. These will then be submitted for reanalysis. The results will then be compared to the original values reported, and the known values of the inserted standards. Half-core samples have been retained on site for verification and reference purposes.
C.W. (Bill) Reed, B. Sc. Mineralogy, is acting as qualified person and has prepared the detail and review with respect to this news release.

Yes, it has! I noticed yesterday it was stirring once again....
Wow. Wow. Might be time for some house cleaning. I would rather the list be empty, than to have stocks that are not shareholder friendly on board. I think that AMGJ should go as well. They have not had quotes on pinksheets for a very long time, and I cannot get management to call me back. I did reach a guy in the sales department of gospel city, but he said they are not even releasing PR's on the wire anymore because they did not care about the pps. I told him that was no way to treat those that have helped keep the company alive. He said thay he would get someone to call me back....never happened.
1. Motion to remove XLPI.
2. Motion to remove AMGJ.
My vote is yes on both.
How do you vote puppman?
We need to take Xcelplus(XLPI) of the list immediately. I am looking into bringing a legal suit and the SEC in on this one. Its one thing to lose money on a poor choice of an investment but when there are lies and Good Old Boys networks involved and just stealing money from regular old Joes its another.
Our TRGD has done very well in the short time it has been on the NC Fight Club ( #board-7229 ). Matter of fact, it has gone from nano to micro. Here's the NCFC record.

(cut)
Market cap 81,774,703 x .555 = 45,384,960
So, a nano....barely. I'm not the guru on it, but it has a very unique set-up for financing using OPM.
Now as of December 16, 2006.
Market cap 81,774,703 x 1.07 = 87,498,932
Solid micro now.
Great job TRGD.
What PR is going to spark the move?

No harm no foul. :)
Hey, I just stopped by to chat with Creede and saw this post:
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=15354065
I responded to it, thinking Creede wrote it. I agreed with the first sentence, and all hell broke lose!
I'm not asking you to list it. You're right it looks like people buy before news and sell on news. Share Structure has been pretty tight over the last year.
All I know is, about 6 times I put it up on the site when it had bullish nesw - and each time it went down A LOT. In terms of the overall chart - I dunno. The news plays are just for a day or so. It looks to me like they are selling into news.
Like I said, I'm not listing it again until I see a change in this behavior. We're talking about credibility here....I can't recommend a stock that always goes down when people buy into news...
Serf- Surely you have the wrong stock. You must be think of XLPI with all the dilution and pump PRs. Look at LBWRs chart over the last year. Doesn't look like a diluted chart to me. Just a little less traded than other pinkies.
Nibble, nibble.

You too Creede!
That's alright, except this is not correct.
both of those corps have only diluted into the press.
If that was accurate, I would agree with you that they are a POS. As it stands, the float is only 16 mil, and has not changed in 9 months.
I would agree that to date they are boring, but POS are they none.
Have a good one.
LOL, I see I have offended you - I assure you, no offense was meant. All I know is I sit here every morning and post the bullish news on my website...since March, both of those corps have only diluted into the press. Yes, they are on my S-list..but I suppose they could turn around.
That was to another poster.
POS ?!? You gotta be kidding. Just because it hasn't run yet it is a POS? It's that a little extreme?
"please do not buy any LBWR anytime soon." Isn't that what you just said lol? Did I miss the sarcasm? BTW - another on my POS list is MMIO.
