Court documents at sentencing showed she moved SBCO money through a couple different companies:

A big chunk to SOCIETY FOR ENTREPRENEURIAL PURSUITS, LTD, (Karen Person) used some from that account to pay her NV real estate taxes then moved some to Karen Person d/b/a International Corporate Councellors then paid out another chuck to someone.

It's over and done with. So, now what happens to SBCO? Who's in control? filings? Plans?

She is a big Fraud. How many people did she scam money out of. Did SBCO have insurance in the event of Lawsuits. There are still 2 Board Members that need to resolve this. Alot of unhappy people

She based lots of her deals on letters of intent so I imagine she had a letter of intent showing SBCO would own a % of Astrajet if she delivered some financing. The moon movie I was under the impression she had a stake in as the producer. Probably the only asset she could claim. Knowing her she probably did lease it to SBCO so she could have a stream of income directly to her. She was foolish not selling the movie and did the stockholders an injustice. I know someone that wanted to do the EB5 financing for the ASTRAJET project and then she left them "holding" the bag. They could get the financing but she did no follow-up.

The space movie? I would be concerned its not actually owned by SBCO in any manner.

It appears SBCO has no Astrajet ownership and questionable AJet/Ryan Air holdings.

Looks like lots of additional fraud beyond what she is doing time for?

I have a confirmation of the 30 months sentence. I don't know who owns the assets. I wonder if she owns some assets personally and some who leased them to SBCO. The movie would have some value if ownership as well as its location could be verified.

I heard the sentence was 30 months in prison, never hold a board position anywhere again.

I believe her sentencing was postponed due to another government agency looking into some other issues.

The information I have received is that "she's going away for a long time". Karen is history, hopefully the board will put a person competent enough to run the company!

So is Karen Person still scheduled to be sentenced July 31st? The FAA did confirm that they formally notifed AJet Holdings 2 weeks ago by certified mail that they are taking steps to revoke Ryan Int'l Airlines AOC (Air Carrier Operating Certificate) and stated the process will take about 2 months for hearing and revocation.

i would think many shareholders would be happy to see Karen leave or whatever may happen to her. The company has a strong board and i would hope one of them picks up the company and moves it in the right direction. thats what im betting on and why im taking the RISK in buying some more.

Left a message a few days back, but no reply. The situation here for SBCO is a mess as I see it. Hope they do something for shareholders soon to update them as to what the heck is going on.

With the company being non reporting, no one has any idea how many shares may be lurking thru convertible debt, and with Karen being sentenced at the end of this month, we may see a mass exodus. Which IMO will not be a pretty thing to watch.

Sorry I checked out the link sounds like the same BS Karen has been spewing for the past two years, the only thing she was able to complete was her pleading guilty to fraud charges.

July moon was supposes to bring in all this revenue, it opened in some library in the middle of dessert, the guy selling corn dogs made more than the movie.

What about the N2 which was supposed to be completed 1 1/2 years ago? Same with the audits to become current, that has taken two years and it is everyone else fault but the CEO's as to why it has not been completed. I wonder what her legal fees where in this two year federal case, and how much of that bill was paid by this company.

Where are the BOD members , and why are they not saying anything about who replaces her, I would think as a convicted felon, she ( Karen) will not be allowed to part of a public company. Where is Astra Jet guy Edwards, or the tennis pro Farrandale?

It is a joke , that press said they would be using social media to update share holders, someone should explain to them how that works!!

I must have missed a PR of where the company made any mention of the information that you have stated.

I'm not sure who is hoping they fail, but for those of us with an investment in the company we would like some truthful answers to what is really going on. An update on Astrajet, the auditing and other portfolio companies would be nice.

AstraJet was flying to Brazil using Ryan, when Ryan stopped flying and froze over 1M of AstraJets' money in an account belonging to Ryan. The creditors finally returned the money.
It's amazing that there are so many people waiting for them to fail!!
They managed to acquire the license, hire employees and get a DOT attorney. Along the way, so called purchasers wanting to get something for nothing surfaced everywhere .
Yes, they are struggling but I hear that good things are happening.
Only time will tell.
