Also, ISCR recieved a BUY rating From Wasserman Morris in Latest Research Report. Wasserman Morris gave ISCR a $1.50 target and found ISCR to be grossly undervalued at these prices. Here is the link to that.....

ISCR also is in talks with the Mexican Government to focus on a proposed agreement to provide the company's MD@Hand Wi-Fi PDA-based e-health products to the fast growing Mexican physician base that services the 11 million eligible patients covered by the services of ISSSTE. The parties also plan a near term joint strategic endeavor with the workers guild IMSS to open a closed door pharmacy to offer prescription drugs and our current diabetic testing products to IMSS members. Now here is the key part...."Currently these members account for 10 million prescriptions per month." Doing my calculations and taking these numbers on a conservative level that would equate to $10 million dollars per month on this agreement alone!!! This is HUGE!!! ISCR should be filing their Q2 results report on August 15th. Their Q1 report came out much better then expected and their Q2 results should have revenue increases of over 100% over last year. Which would give ISCR a new price target of $2.00+

Do some Due dilligence for yourselves but I'm confident you will be impressed and see the HUGE potentail I see. I feel ISCR will trade at a $3.00 price per share by years end and management has stressed numerous times that they want to make a move to the AMEX or NASD by years end. SEC charges stock-tip Web site operator with fraud

WASHINGTON (MarketWatch) -- Securities regulators charged a California man with fraud on Tuesday, alleging he made more than $2.7 million in illegal profits by secretly selling stocks he recommended on his Web site. The SEC said Nicholas Czuczko of Beverly Hills, Calif., touted penny stocks on www.thestockster.com even as he planned to sell them. He didn't disclose his sales on the site after visitors to the site drove up the price of the shares, the SEC said. Regulators are seeking a return of ill-gotten gains and civil monetary penalties.
