Well with this filling it shows us they are still active and in business mode. Their website has been updated with some new info in late 2010. Now it is time for the company to do a PR or something letting us shareholders know what is going on.
Thank you for posting this....but what does it mean? What are they now active for?
Well I have not seen a post regarding this company in quite some time. I have noticed that they have updated their website with some new info. I have been a long time shareholder and have wondered if my investment will ever pan out. I believe in the humanitarian aspect of this technology/company. Landmines are a scourge on our planet and the tech that these guys have can really make a difference in the efficient and safe detection and removal of landmines and IEDs.
Miyagi posted a few things from the website that show a little about what the company is doing. One piece of info he did not point out was that in 2009 their technology won a prestigious R & D 100 award. Taecorp had been working with the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory on their Landmine Locator and the end result wound up winning one of these R&D 100 awards. Here is a link to a news release on the LLNL website:
https://www.llnl.gov/news/newsreleases/2009/NR-09-07-03.html
I had hoped that after that achievement, the company would finally get out in the field and start to put their technology to work. They definitely do not release much info, but it looks like they are trying to market themselves. The info on their website about "Soil Cleansing" and "Land Use Opportunity" as well as their entering into an agreement with "Global 7 Investment Group" show that they are still trying to make it happen.
I know that they have not filed anything in years, so they do have some issues to clear up with the appropriate governing agencies...but if they ever do get some contracts and put their technology to work...this could be a huge winner!!!
I still patiently wait...... anyone with any other info...please share...
Thanks!
AETR Services:
Mine Removal:
The number of landmines in former war zones is estimated at 100 million. At a current cost to remove a single landmine ranging between $1,000 and $1,500, this translates into an overall financial cost to society of $100-$150 billion dollars. This Corporate Overview has been prepared to highlight the future economic returns available to the shareholders of TAE for developing a cost effective solution to this tragic problem. With a conservative estimate of penetrating 3-5% of this market over the next 4-5 years, TAE’s revenues could reach $3-7 billion. In addition to providing these services, TAE will be playing a key role towards freeing those citizens, countries and industries held hostage by these deadly and destructive anti-personnel devices, thereby facilitating economic and social re-development of these contaminated areas currently sitting idle.
There are many de-mining contractors in 83 countries using a variety of methods that are life-threatening, time consuming, and costly. These contractors do not have the equipment or technology equivalent to the LML system. We view these contractors not as competitors, but as ideal candidates to be our Alliance Partners. They are already established as de-miner contractors doing the best they can.

A NEW DEVELOPMENT TO REMEDY THE LANDMINE DILEMMA "SOIL CLEANSING" AND "LAND USE OPPORTUNITY"
The Company is pleased to announce that it has added Soil Remediation as a specialty service giving a new dimension to its program of Landmine Removal by now offering our clients a complete Soil Remediation and Landmine Removal Service.
The Company realized a great need to clean up the toxins left behind in the soil after the landmine cleanup has finished. These toxins that have leaked from old unexploded ordnances into the soil can have a profound effect on the agricultural products and water drainage systems in the area.
The cleanup of these toxins from the land also includes rejuvenating the land by infusing minerals and nutrients back into the soil which will cleanse and improve the growth of agriculture products.
The total Soil Remediation, Soil Rejuvenation and Landmine eradication is performed by a unique Aerial System which is safe, environmentally friendly, fast, precise and economical.
The Company also provides a "best use of the land" program to utilize the remediated land into a solar power, electricity producing farm to supply the community with needed electricity.
STRATEGIC PARTNER DEVELOPMENT
The Company is pleased to announce it has entered into an Agreement with another Strategic Partner, Global 7 Investment Group, on November 27, 2010.
Global 7 Group has offices and operations located in several countries including; Europe, the Middle East, Africa and South America. Their core business is import and export of commodities such as coal, oil products, cement, scrap metal and specialized poultry feed.
The Global 7 Group plan is to include the Soil Remediation and Landmine Eradication program into their operations in order to provide the owner of the property an ideal opportunity to convert this idle land into productive land for viable developments. These developments will all be environmentally enriching, humanitarian, and will include solar power electric producing farms as one of many options available.

Alliance Enterprise Corp
Overview:
The Alliance Enterprise Corporation (TAE) is a development stage company with a mission to become the worldwide provider of an aerial detection system for emerging markets that include: landmine detection and mapping, homeland security, security patrol of nuclear power plants, hydro dams, sensitive government installations, border patrol and harbor patrol.
The biggest dilemma facing the landmine problem today is determining which areas are clear of landmines and which are not. Inhabitants of these lands are using dogs and de-miners crawling on their stomachs, probing the earth’s surface with a prod to qualify areas.
These inhabitants need idle land to be productive and safe again. The Company’s objective and priority is to fulfill this need in its development of an airborne system that is designed to serve this purpose 100 times faster than existing methods used today.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Investment Highlights
Many experts believe that under current conditions it would take more than 1,100 years to clear the entire world of mines provided that no additional mines are planted. Meanwhile, The Alliance Enterprise Corporation announced on October 23rd, 2007, the integration of a second airborne vehicle that is designed to rapidly identify land areas embedded with landmines 100 times faster than today’s methods.
At a current cost to remove a single landmine ranging between $1,000 and $1,500, this translates into an overall financial cost to society of $100-$150 billion dollars. With a conservative estimate of penetrating 3-5% of this market over the next 4-5 years, TAE’s revenues could reach $3-7 billion.
The Hystar LML (Landmine Locator) is capable of flying a few centimeters above open terrain; it can fly extremely slow and hover extensively; it can rotate 360 degrees while hovering or in a directional flight, and the Hystar remains perfectly stable (horizontal) during all its flight maneuvers.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Technology
HighSky
The HighSky is a high level altitude sensor array designed to rapidly scan suspected landmine areas at higher altitudes from one to thirty meters. The purpose of the HighSky Sensor is to identify areas that are free of landmines which can become immediately productive for agriculture, mining, oil and water drilling, as well as identifying land for infrastructure development.
The principles of the company's sensor imaging technology is the first real breakthrough in engineering for landmine discovery. The company uses detectors to receive different classes of information from the scene under consideration. The output from those detectors comprise a value proportional to the received information. This array of sensors can then be used to produce an image. By using an array solution the company generates a more robust image that leads to explicit predictability. This is necessary as landmine removal requires both accuracy and confidence in scanning.
LowSky
The LowSky is a close proximity sensor array designed to detect and map (within 2 to 3cms) all types of landmines, including non-metallic mines that are on or buried under the surface.
The LowSky and other sensors are mounted on the sensor bar of the Hystar LML. As the Hystar LML flies slowly over the area, the sensor bar rotates 360 degrees while it is lowered and raised in close proximity to the surface of the ground. The rotation of the sensor bar and the Hystar overlapping its directional flight insures multiple sensor detection on each landmine.
UAV
An aerial system used to detect, locate, and destroy metal and plastic landmines. The LML is a revolutionary hybrid aircraft capable of unique flight maneuvers that will carry landmine detection sensors. The aerial platform, known as the Hystar LML (Landmine Locator), is a one-of-a-kind airborne platform with flight capabilities unmatched by any other aircraft. The Hystar LML is capable of flying a few centimeters above open terrain; it can fly extremely slow and hover extensively; it can rotate 360 degrees while hovering or in a directional flight, and the Hystar remains perfectly stable (horizontal) during all its flight maneuvers.
This aircraft is the perfect, stable aerial platform to carry an array of landmine sensors. The sensors are mounted on a sensor bar which rotates 360 degrees and moves up and down within a few centimeters of the surface. The sensor bar is equipped with a one-of-a-kind altimeter which measures altitude as low as 2cm above the surface.

TAE is the first company to provide a reliable, time-saving service with an Aerial Platform equipped with multi sensors that are capable of detecting and mapping the precise location of all types of landmines in one-tenth the time of conventional methods used today.
Our services include:
The Alliance Enterprise Corporation is set to be the key service provider for the landmine clearance contractors operating in 83 countries that are contaminated with over 100 million landmines.
The most difficult task in landmine clearing today is primarily to detect and pinpoint the location of the landmine. Today's methods are extremely time consuming, costly, and result in a high percentage of injury, loss of limbs, and death. Our service is a system designed to assist these contractors to detect, locate, and map the location of each landmine in one-tenth of the time it present methods require.
Our system is the culmination of leading-edge technologies including state of the art, next generation landmine sensors (LMS) carried and operated from a one-of-a-kind aircraft, The LML (Landmarc Mine Locator).
Our LML system is an effective process using remote sensor technology to quickly identify all target areas that may be contaminated with landmines. The LML sensor system is invaluable in locating non-contaminated target areas that can immediately become productive for crops, water, gas and oil drilling. This service is designed to detect, locate, and map the landmines’ location only in proven landmine contaminated areas.
The LML services involves an Aerial Platform equipped with multi-sensors that are capable of detecting and mapping the location of all types of landmines, including plastic, ceramic, metal and all other types of casing.
The mission of The Alliance Enterprise Corporation (TAE) is to be the worldwide provider of an aerial detection system for emerging markets that include: landmine detection and mapping, homeland security, security patrol of nuclear power plants, hydro dams, sensitive government installations, border patrol and harbor patrol. TAE is a United States-based public company trading on the US OTC Exchange as AETR.PK, incorporated in Nevada, USA with its head office in Mill Valley, California, and its international office in Vancouver, B.C. Canada.
TAE is a company that is delivering on the promise of what is known as the triple bottom line. An investment in our company can make a significant impact on “people, planet and profits.” Anti-personnel mines are priced at $3 to $30 each. The cost to the international community of neutralizing them ranges from $1,000 to $1,500 each. The cost of removing all 100 million active mines, using today’s methods, is estimated at over $100 billion.
Many experts believe that under current conditions it would take more than 1,100 years to clear the entire world of mines provided that no additional mines are planted. Through our breakthrough technologies we can remove landmines in 1/10th the time and we can provide this service with a significant return to our investors.
TAE provides the promise and the reality of giving back the land to communities around the world and in our backyard. You will personally win, the people in the communities we serve win, and the world wins.
