At low $$$ the Accumulation/Distribution stats from StockCharts.com show significant accumulation as seen in chart posted. For all the 'techies' out there, cheers for 2015.Only 6.8 M shares outstanding?

Cheers
More acquisitions easier to come by now perhaps?
Proponents of the efficient markets hypothesis should evaluate the case study of the microcosm of Texcom. What drives the stock price? Fundamentals...or the whims of one small-time trader looking to trade $500 for a quick ~$100 profit. I believe Bob May's (shady) acquisition pay was at ~$2.40, so maybe he does something.
They got talent.
Wow, 4k shares at 10 cents and 2500 shares at 25 cents. Unreal. Just imagine if you would have gotten the 10 cents shares. That would be a gain of 2800 bucks now at 80 cents just within a few hours without doing anything. Nice.
Dang, I wish I could've snagged those $0.10 shares today. That's just ridiculous.
Why does the company put out Press in the evening?
TEXC hope some dump more below .70 as in Jan will move better on any PR furthering prospects.
Definitely a low price here but I'm not a fan of the company anymore since they had all these recent actions.
TRADEFAN TEXC looks like a no brainer under .90 as they have low rev and loss only because they have much cash to buy fallen Co's. who just went cheaper as industry on defense!
I didn't see this until today. Something at least

Just something from management with an update on operations would be nice. Instead all we get is silence for the last month and a half.
There's a bit of detail in note 2 on page 10 of the Q, but yeah, not as much as we would like. It seems like it has the potential to be the start of a turnaround, but we need execution. I think it would be great if they issued preliminary 2015 guidance to clear the air on some of these issues, but that's probably a foolish proposition to hope for.
No explanation or justification and not a word about the revenues or profitability of the Arkansas sites.
I have no idea. All I know is that this has become a real big POS after they had so much potential a year ago or so. Maybe it will get better in the future.
Hit to revs...how has this story gone so wrong?
So I guess another acquisition and RS is in the cards in order to uplist?
Well done Bob May and cronies.
Ole Bobbie still holding at least one more disposal well picked up on the cheap...
Q is out now. Looks like a 100k profit from operations and an overall small loss for the quarter.

haha, someone trades $400 and moves the stock 25%...only in the world of micro-caps. There are clearly no willing buyers/increasers left.
LMAO...now at $0.067 equivalent before the split. Unreal.
I sure hope nothing nefarious is going on, but there's not a lot of comfort as of yet.
Apparently earnings are to be announced later today or tomorrow.
One MM on the bid side...not a good sign, IMO. Is this slipping into grey market territory?
Conspiracy theory...
May and his cronies get their company "acquired" by TEXC then May gets a divi payment for his preferred shares. Everyone skips town. Is it too far off? Has it all been a scam?
Just going off past release dates, I thought they'd release results at the end of last week. If they don't announce this week, I will definitely be concerned. I had Bob May's contact information at one point, but I apparently deleted it because I can't find it.
Nothing released...anyone else concerned here?
This week. Depreciation will probably be high due to the acquisition. Texcom is actively working on more acquisitions which should be accretive to EPS.
Does anyone know the date of TEXC's earnings release? It should be coming up within a week or so I would think.
I don't believe I see any differences when I pull up the website. I wish I did (in the form of more transparency and a good business plan). Whenever I tried using the contact form a month or two ago, it didn't work for me then either.
Has TEXC skipped town? Their website has advertisements on it and when I try to submit something from the contact form it doesn't work. WTF?!
It would be nice if TEXC provided more transparency. Just keeps tanking because nobody knows what the frick is going on or what Bob May will do next.
hebercreeper - nice find! good to see there will be demand for TEXC services for years to come
Some interesting nuggets about the Fayetteville Shale in this recent article.

KiK,
I don't believe you can use last Q as barometer of future results. There were too many one time costs associated with the acquisition. It is my hunch that they probably threw in the kitchen sink to the expenses of last Q and it will probably result in cleaner than normal SG&A for the next few Q's.
What you can see last Q that is a bit troubling is a downtick in the Eagle Ford revenues from $3M to $2M. Part of that may be a decrease in oil prices and part may be a seasonal fluctuation.
In a "perfect" world Eagle Ford is going to put out EBIDTA of $950K and Arkansas is going to put out EBITDA of $600k and together they will put out EBITDA of $1.55M a Q * 0.65 post tax earnings = $1M a Q / 11M shares $0.088 EPS a Q.
Now if we see Eagle Ford have a bad Q and just break even we might only get the Arkansas post taxed earnings of $400K or $0.04. Even a bad Q should net $0.04 a share. The Arkansas revenue stream should fluctuate very little. It is a long term contract with a very big oil company.
So what will Eagle Ford do?
Not saying you're wrong, clever, but how do you square your EPS estimates with the dreadful quarter TEXC reported on 8/14?
I've been buying here in the $1.50's. I thought the $2.30 valuation was a little rich given the larger footprint of the company post-acquisition and the wipeout of all the NOL tax credits.
I think the company can do $0.25 to $0.30 EPS a year fully taxed and I'm comfortable picking up shares here in the 5-6 PE range with Bob continuing to execute on his business plan - though I might not agree on it at times - at least he is executing it.
Bob May executes again getting rid of the preferreds! His relentless efforts to clean up the balance sheet are indicative of something. I don't know if he is preparing the company for a buyout or an uplisting - but getting rid of these preferreds was a lot of effort and I'm sure there is a reason.
.15's with a couple prints recently near .10. Yes, I'm ignoring the R/S.
Some job done by mgmt in squelching that breakout on the cusp at .30+.
Bob May and his cronies making out like bandits on the Arkansas properties at .24.
Stock is down about 50% from the highs...gotta love it. Would love to hear more from management.
Had to scale my position way back on this one. From what I've gathered from the company the AR revenue stream will be very dependable. The Eagle Ford revenue stream will be more volatile. I wasn't a fan of the incestuous merger but was blessed to be able to downsize my position at a slight profit. I would rather not be in competition with a private company owned by the CEO. As I see it if a good opportunity for TEXC comes along there is no reason Bob May and his rich cronies can't snatch it up for themselves, wait until it is fully developed, and then sell it off to TEXC. I don't feel like Bob is dishonest in any way - but I see it as a potential conflict of interest.
I remain hopeful they can post something like $0.06 - $0.08 EPS per Q, but as leveraged as they are I wonder if the "growth potential" is now capped by the debt of this latest acquisition.
combined financials with the Arkansas operations better return Texc to profitability or stock market won't be pleased. Neither will shareholders.
Let's hope the transition doesn't take more than a qtr and the company is showing good cashflow. If the combined operations aren't profitable, then naysayers will have been right. UNLESS they are working on additional purchases, that wouldn't have been possible under the old restrictions.
Guess we'll find out in a few more months. C'mon Texcom. Surprise us in a good way!
R/S working out well so far LOL! Gonna have to sell more shares to get a market cap for uplisting.
What the hell happened with SG&A expenses??? Would love to see a breakdown of how that money was spent.
Guess there was a reason for all this selling in the last few days.
Great job Bob May...you pos

Do you have a link to the Q2 earnings? I cannot find them anywhere.
TEXC
Not that I own it but TEXC looks like it has a horrific earnings report out. If you ignore the gain. Maybe there are charges but quarter looks very disappointing on the surface. FWIW. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
