TMRC’s project partners include Penn State, Jeddo Coal Company and McCarl’s. The Texas Mineral Resources consortium objective is to ultimately install a self-contained, modular and portable pilot plant at a Jeddo Coal Pennsylvania site, capable of producing 1-3 metric tons of rare earth oxides derived from coal waste material from Pennsylvania anthracite coal. The project commenced October 1, 2020 and resulted in the TMRC consortium successfully concluding a three-month conceptual design phase. The full solicitation -- DOE Solicitation 89243320RFE000032: “Production of Mixed Rare Earth Oxides (REOs) or Rare Earth Salts (RESs) from Coal-Based Resources” – can be accessed at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect/default.aspx?
What does the spot gold price have to do with TMRC?
can easily reverse buying opportunity
Hard to be optimistic with the price action of TMRC!
Repost:
Well...I just had a fairly long and "very comprehensive" phone conversation with Dan Gorski and he got my email to Tony and they both seemed very interested in my comments. I want to say "upfront" he could not give me any "specific" information, (and did not). What I say here is my impression and I was greatly encouraged. My "bullish snort" is much stronger as a result. "Everything is progressing well at Round Top, the New Mexico Silver Mining, Pennsylvania REE operations and the idea of a possible future "franchising" of REE sites. TMRC is much more than just the Round Top operation. They have "plenty" of funding now. He couldn't say much about the SPAC/IPO except that this Administration is painful to work with. I got the feeling that they are close but can't know when it's going to happen.
I got the feeling that more is going to be out in PR's and attracting larger investors soon. Stand By !
I may be more in touch now by email. Sending Dan another after this... something I wrote in 2009.
I think it is "Buying Time again!!! Go "BULLS" !!!
A positive that native Americans are participating imo.. TMRC$...
with investment comes representation:
on tmrc board of directors
Peter Denetclaw is the Vice Chair of the Navajo Transitional Energy Company Management Committee
NTEC-Navaho Transitional Energy Co... for reference.
Is it The National Tribal Environmental Council?
Is NTEC the Inter Pharma Ltd. company?
TMRC$.. TESLA moving up the street for one.. gl...
tmrc needs to give an update on the $50 million worth of progress.
Teslas Nickel supply is in short supply and when tesla's production demand is at peak, All sources will be tapped and under strain. Its wise for Tesla to TAP USARare-TMRC Roundtop in Texas now! Rather than wait!
Tesla to build lithium hydroxide refinery. Lithium mine to battery line! Nickel minerals needed for quality high-range EV batteries.
The high level pure nickel is more rare and will have to rely on wide range of sources to meet high level of quality demands! Roundtop is the ideal site for Tesla.
Cathodes with a high nickel or manganese content will be used too. Since demand for nickel is rising. Tesla Gigafactory is in texas, Roundtop is close 540 miles away, TMRC, USARare could be a prime supplier and cheaper and faster than China could deliver ( usually 45-50 days ship time).
China may have difficulty finding high quality nickel and processing it on-time. Makes more sense to go to our next door neighbor Roundtop for help.
Tesla could joint partner with USARare too! A processing plant could go up anywhere between Roundtop and Tesla Gigafactory. trucks can transport fast!
from 2019 preliminary economic estimate.

Pre-Tax Project NPV 10% 1.56 billion

projections indicate couple hundred million.
Have the same question and thought!
The question is what does that leave for TMRC shareholders? How much of the pie?
These efforts are critical because, as the COVID-19 pandemic and resulting economic crisis have shown, structural weaknesses in both domestic and international supply chains threaten America’s economic and national security.
At the same time, the reviews find that the United States is well-positioned to maintain and strengthen our innovative leadership and rebuild our productive capacity in key sectors and value-chains. Our unparalleled university and research systems, skilled and diverse workforce, ecosystem of entrepreneurs and small businesses, and position as a global leader with strong relationships with allies and partners are the building blocks to revitalizing domestic competitiveness and strengthening supply chains.
interesting mention of tribal nations in their ree discussion.
virtue signal or something more?
milestones on the near term horizon: USA Rare Earth has now completed a funding round of $50 million and is now funded through the completion of the Definitive Feasibility Study (DFS), which includes the Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), the pilot plant and a demonstration plant to be built at the Round Top site later this year which will include test heap leach pads and continuous ion exchange (CIX) processing.
While the Company has been focused on all the progress mentioned heretofore, the public market options
for USA Rare Earth remain strong. Much has been reported lately, good and bad, about the SPAC market.
From our perspective, it is all good news. Over 200 SPACs have been raised in 2021, which means they will
all want to find a target company within the next 24 months rather than returning money to investors. And
in this frothy market, the SEC has begun to change the rules regarding SPAC sponsors’ economics to better
align the sponsor, target company, and retail investors. USARE continues to be an incredibly attractive
target from both an industry sector and geopolitical perspective. With so much money looking for deals,
and sponsor economics under scrutiny, target companies like ours stand to benefit through less dilutive
deal terms.
With many value accretive milestones on the near-term horizon (PFS completion, potential commercial
offtake agreement, magnet plant recommissioning), and the need for SPACs to approve deals, our
investment bankers believe there is upside to delaying the SPAC negotiations until after our PFS is complete.
While we wait, the Company is driving towards the key performance indicators and institutional
governance structure that will support a successful public debut
http://www.searchminerals.ca/ usa rare earth own a big slice ..with TMRC in the mix
maybe the biden admin has taken a page from us rep swall-o-well and have chino-centric advisors assisting with their research. when tmrc ore becomes available let's see if our own leaders reject it with preference to foreign suppliers. foolish imo but seems to be a whole lot of foolish going around the entire world currently.
Wyoming announced yesterday, it will be mining for Uranium and building a mini-nuclear power plant with DOE's blessing! How is REE any different?

Watching both TMRC and REEMF which I own. Their ratio to one another seems to vary a great deal, Why? Both USA located.
i was once in another "american" play that went absolutely bust(uree) due to politics- but that was many years ago before china threatened war with us......so i'm HOPING politics (yesterday news from admin) won't derail this one, too.---------I'll hold. I hope smarter more sober thinking prevails in govt soon.
typical wishy washy policy. the words may have some effect but the speaker will be talking out the other side of his mouth before long. tmrc is still developing so until we see some concrete progress toward positive financial production we shareholders will be subject to these whims of media. the situation with usa rare earths and tmrc continue to move forward from what has been presented and discussed here.
China presents a threat to our supply chain.
Government is not going to stop U.S companies from pursuing its own U.S. homegrown minerals if it can help our own industry-EV's.
Would it be prudent to own some Canadian mines for REEs, lithium and cobalt?
comments PLEASE about biden admin plan to buy OUT OF COUNTRY this morning------rare earth ect.....south amewrica? Should we longs worry? Please advise. I am long here.
