Texas Mineral Resources (OTCQX: TMRC), a publicly traded company, operates two divisions: American Mineral Reclamation LLC is in the business of strategic mineral reclamation (cobalt, scandium and REEs) from waste streams such as coal waste, industrial wastewater, acid-mine drainage and scrap metals while the Mining Division is developing the Round Top project, a world-class heavy rare earth deposit near El Paso. Our activities are a vital step in liberating the United States from dependence on conflict minerals as well as the Chinese dominance of the strategic minerals market.

Yes, I agree.
Piedmont issue is good for Sayona I assume :)
How far is this from production? Looks like its good potential w rare earth material ownership as well. LYSC#F a rare earth play did very well.
Thought on potential SP?
Tesla is almost done with the spodumene conversion plant in Texas.
Piedmont permits are being delayed.
A nightmare for Piedmont could be the dream scenario for TMRC.
Nothing wrong with dreaming.

Must be hard rock, column leach results?
AB RESULTS SUGGEST POTENTIAL EXTRA REVENUE STREAMS FROM ROUND TOP PROJECT
SIERRA BLANCA, Texas November 20, 2013 (MARKETWIRE) -- Texas Rare Earth Resources Corp. (TRER), a heavy rare earths exploration company, is pleased to announce results from column leach tests conducted by Resource Development Inc. (RDI) of Wheat Ridge, Colorado, an independent laboratory testing company which provides technical and consulting services to the international mining industry.
In addition to the rare earth element recoveries from the column leach results reported in TRER's Sept. 30 press release, Round Top Rhyolite crushed to 1/2 inch rhyolite leached at room temperature in 75 g/l sulfuric acid strength columns for 60 days yielded potentially economically significant amounts of lithium (Li) and beryllium (Be) metal. Test results are summarized below:
Li Be
Ore Grade, ppm 400 19
Extraction, % 58.5% 9.7%
At these recoveries, and assuming a 20,000 tpd (tonnes per day) operation as envisioned in the upcoming revised Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), recoveries of as much as 9,000 tons of lithium carbonate per year and approximately 36 tons of beryllium oxide per year are suggested. TRER’s upcoming revised PEA will be based only on the rare earth elements but the presence of these other elements in the leach solution holds the possibility of significant by-product revenue. It is important to note that the upcoming revised PEA will not incorporate either LI or Be economics as neither mineral was included in the NI 43-101 resource estimate published in June 2012 and actual recoveries of Li and Be in any future mining operations may differ from those indicated by the independently run column leach results.

Is the Lithium Hard rock or Brine.

19.5 TECH METALS
A significant amount of several high unit value metals, other than rare earth elements, have been
shown to report to the pregnant leach solution in Round Top test work. Pricing assumptions are
derived from Alibaba bulk spot pricing FOB China, from Asian Metal Pages spot prices, and
from industry communications, with no adjustment. In this analysis these are designated “tech
metals”; they are projected to account for approximately 51% of the anticipated revenue stream.
19.5.1 Lithium
Lithium is the most important of these, comprising approximately 32% of Round Top’s
anticipated revenue stream. The most important use of lithium is in rechargeable batteries for
mobile phones, laptops, digital cameras and electric vehicles. Lithium is also used in some non rechargeable batteries for products such as heart pacemakers, toys and clocks.
Lithium metal is made into alloys with aluminum and magnesium, improving their strength and
making them lighter. A magnesium-lithium alloy is used for armor plating. Aluminum-lithium
alloys are used in aircraft, bicycle frames and high-speed trains.
Lithium oxide is used in special glasses and glass ceramics. Lithium chloride is one of the most
hygroscopic materials known and is used in air conditioning and industrial drying systems (as is
lithium bromide). Lithium stearate is used as an all-purpose and high-temperature lubricant.
Lithium carbonate is used in drugs to treat manic depression, although its action on the brain is
still not fully understood. Lithium hydride is used as a means of storing hydrogen for use as a
fuel. (Source: Royal Society of Chemistry, USGS)

Hi, Pisd
I am doing DD on another company and Texas Mineral Resources Corp. (TMRC) came across my sites.
So, I am going to mess up your board with old post.
I hope you do not mind.
Stay away if you think China is your friend..TMRC$...
TMRC$..
For a mine with so much potential we sure don't see many PR's
No doubt. Nice bump. Still need physical mining data and in process reality to sustain a solid stock in a solid company. Show the ree.
no news but what a nice bump. maybe news is near.
Is our stock sleeping or what? Need some update news!
Goldman Sachs leading the SPAC deal. Nothing to sneeze at!
"At some point the two shall meet, you figure that out" he just basically said USARE and TMRC are merging in some capacity...
we need a progress report of some sort.
Let's get back to $4.00+..China not our friends.. TMRC$...
gorski owns 7,066,632 shares after the sale of .01%.
sneaky bugger old gorski. pushing 80 yrs old, what is he up to?
if he was up to something, i would think he would have made a move at $4.00+ back when?
daniel gorski sold as follows
OCT 6th 9031 sold
OCT 15th 7173 sold
OCT 21st 8748 sold
Nov 1st 6847 sold
if you were referring to the 09/15 sale, it was pre-scheduled for estate planning purposes, so nothing alarming to me.
Explanation of Responses:
1. Sold pursuant to an SEC rule 10b5-1 sales plan established on February 10, 2021 for estate planning purposes.
It makes no sense that the CEO is selling shares ???
@CoalDuster I have shares in each of the publicly traded companies mentioned in the article you posted and am following the companies that aren't publicly traded using Google Alerts. Meanwhile, we continue to wait to see how USA Rare Earth plans to go public. I continue to believe a marriage with TMRC makes sense. After all, they are clearly in bed together. We'll see...
They secured 51,000,000.00 in funding. They are meeting all the necessary requirements.
I smelling dilution it smells likec51 million dead bodies phew
Dilutioooooooon Polllllllllllllution
How does that affect TMRC?
USA Rare Earth has raised $51,000,000.00 in new funding.
What could we the investors do to help this project along?
