I am still here, although I do more posting on stockhouse site. Still think this is very undervalued. I also started accumulating AXMIN, axmif on pinks. They get a stream from Teranga which makes them profitable each quarter. Should be getting their mine in Central Africa Republic. Once they do, should get rerated to a buck or so. JR posts tons of articles at stockhouse, plus I think he has some here under AXM. The POG is not helping but these two companies plus Gran Columbia are profitable at these prices so I keep buying. Axmif had a breakout today. Hang in there.

BWMG introduces Nemo Dive System,sub$500 product for diving that is not much bigger than a football that you can dive down to 10 feet all day with a pocket full of std lithium batteries.

This unit is so small it is mind boggling. And it takes std supermarket lithium flashlight batteries, the ones a little bigger than AA. So with a pocket full of batteries you can dive all day long as opposed to 5? tank refills at $50 with SCUBA. Just recharge and you are ready for the next day.

IMHO a game changer. So for surface supplied air, BWMG (Brownies stock) will have all bases covered. Nemo to 10 feet, Nomad to 35 feet, Sea Lion to 65+ feet.

At 10 feet the danger level from holding your breath (never do that) and surfacing has been shown in studies to be minimal. So this means the training required before use is proportionally less. Resorts would be comfortable with renting them without an instructor.

There is a major undervaluation in the resource estimate from the Gora deposit in Senegal. Teranga Gold(TGZ) has said on their website and in previous MD&A reports that only 140,000 ounces of Gold exist. However, Axmin clearly states on their website that Gora has just under 400,000 ounces of Gold. Now if we break this down, Gora has much more life ahead of it and here are the numbers to prove it.


Note – Gora did not start production until Q4 2015.

So that has already exceeded TGZ’s estimate by 60,000 ounces. However, that is only over half of what Axmin has stated. As well, keep in mind that TGZ mined the most gold out of Gora in the most recent quarter, how is that possible if the resource is ending? Someone must of made a huge mistake on the Teranga side. On top of this, there are three other adjacent claims that could very well go into production soon (Honey, Jam, Cinnamon) as these are 1-2km’s away from Gora and results were similar or better from the 70,000m of drilling, bulk sampling and other tests performed.

The Gora deposit, located on the Sounkounkou licence, has a proven and probable reserve, based on a US$1,500 gold price, of 2.1 Mt grading 4.22 g/t Au containing 285,000 ounces. The Measured and Indicated Resource at Gora has increased to 374,000 ounces of gold at 5.0 g/t Au and an Inferred resource of 20,000 ounces grading 3.4 g/t Au.



Note - This was last updated in 2012, so the resource could easily have increased since then with more exploration.

Another one is GTT.V, they found very rich gold veins in BC 9 months ago, it 5 bagged, now all the way back to start, yet they have found more rich veins since.

Teranga Enters into Joint Venture on Afema Land Package in Cote d’Ivoire
1,400 km2 land package includes historical gold resource on gold belts hosting world-class discoveries

TORONTO, Dec. 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Teranga Gold Corporation(TGCDF) ("Teranga" or the "Company") has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Sodim Limited (“Sodim”), a private investment company, to establish a joint venture for the exploration and development of the Afema land package in Côte d’Ivoire (the “Afema JV”).


The Afema JV land package is located in southeast Côte d’Ivoire and covers more than 1,400 km2, consisting of the Afema mining license (“Afema ML”) and three exploration permits – Ayame, Mafere and Aboisso (collectively, the “Afema Permits”). The Afema ML has a historical near-surface oxide and sulphide resource within an area hosting several gold mineralized structures on extensions from prolific Ghanaian gold belts.

Under the terms of the memorandum of understanding, Teranga can earn a 70% interest in the Afema JV through the completion of a three-year $11 million exploration and community relations work program on the Afema ML and Afema Permits and the delivery of a positive feasibility study pursuant to the Afema JV. Teranga will sole fund and manage the exploration programs and feasibility studies under the Afema JV. Upon Teranga’s delivery of a positive feasibility study, Sodim can elect to maintain its 30% participating interest or convert its holdings to a 3% net smelter royalty. Sodim will receive $2.5 million upon signing of the memorandum of understanding, with progressive payments of up to $7.5 million with the delivery of a positive feasibility study.

Teranga’s first priority will be to conduct a detailed review and update of the previous drill results and technical studies for the Afema ML project completed by Taurus Gold Limited (BVI) (“TGL”), the previous owner of the Afema land package, in order to deliver an optimized project that maximizes the value of the Afema ML. In parallel, a comprehensive exploration program will begin on the prospective Afema Permits.

“Teranga won the joint venture rights to this highly sought-after land package following a competitive auction process,” said Richard Young, President and Chief Executive Officer. “The addition of the Afema JV assets to our growth pipeline is an important step towards delivering organically on our vision of becoming a multi-asset, mid-tier West African gold producer. We are excited to partner with Sodim to advance this highly prospective land package.”

Afema ML Historical Resource Estimate

A number of economic and technical studies have been prepared on the Afema project prior to Teranga’s entry into the Afema JV with Sodim. The most recent study, which included a mineral resource estimate for the Afema ML, was issued by RockRidge Consulting Services Geologists for and on behalf of TGL and is dated as of June 27, 2016 (the “June 2016 Historical Estimate”). The June 2016 Historical Estimate includes an Indicated oxide resource estimate of 110Koz (comprised of 2.7Mt at an average grade of 1.26 g/t Au) and Inferred oxide resources of 122Koz (comprised of 3.0Mt at an average grade of 1.26 g/t Au). In addition, it includes an Indicated transitional resource estimate of 59Koz (comprised of 1.3Mt at an average grade of 1.39 g/t Au) and an Inferred transitional resource of 28Koz (comprised of 0.8Mt at an average grade of 1.11 g/t Au). Finally, the June 2016 Historical Estimate provides a sulphide resource estimate as follows: 865Koz Indicated ounces (comprised of 17.3Mt at an average grade of 1.55 g/t Au) and 806Koz Inferred ounces (comprised of 17.8Mt at an average grade of 1.40 g/t Au). This historical estimate is reported as using a cut-off grade of 0.5 g/t Au.

RockRidge further states that it reviewed the geological and grade continuity to supplement the review of data quality in order to confirm the CIM mineral resource classification categories used. As well, the June 2016 Historical Estimate states the following with respect to the basis of the mineral resource estimate:

mineralized volumes were received for oxide, transitional and sulphide modelled volumes;
gold grades were determined using Ordinary Kriging and Inverse distance squared interpolation (depending on data density) into a 3-Dimensional block model constrained by mineralization wireframes;
the block models comprised sub-celled block dimensions of 5m x 5m x 1m and 5m x 5m x 2m (depending on data sampling interval);
mineralized wireframes were truncated to the topographic surface reflecting the mining that had previously occurred on the property;
gold values were investigated for outlier values and put though two statistical capping/cutting routines;
Datamine Studio 3 was the modelling package; and
relationship between geology and preliminary mining and economic factors was taken into account at all times.
Teranga considers the June 2016 Historical Estimate to be a “historical estimate” as defined under NI 43-101 and relevant as the most recent resource estimate on the Afema project. Further drilling, resource modelling and updates to key economic assumptions would be required to upgrade or verify these historical estimates as current mineral resources and accordingly they should be relied upon only as a historical resource estimate. A Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves and Teranga is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves.

the "Company") is pleased to announce that advanced drilling continues to yield new discoveries and high-grade, near surface and deeper gold mineralization at the Ma prospect on its Golden Hill property in Burkina Faso, West Africa. Teranga has an earn-in agreement on the Golden Hill property with Boss Resources Limited pursuant to which Teranga, as the operator, can earn an 80% interest in the joint venture upon delivery of a feasibility study and the payment of AUD2.5 million.

“Golden Hill is shaping up to be a very important component of our growth plan,” stated Richard Young, President and Chief Executive Officer. “With these positive results at Ma together with the recent addition of Jackhammer Hill, as well as, Peksou and Nahiri, we now have four centrally-located, advanced exploration prospects and we are rapidly advancing this project to evaluate the potential scale and grades leading towards an initial resource in 2018.”

Each of Golden Hill’s four prospects are located approximately 5 kilometres from a central point (Figure 1 in Appendix 1), which aligns well with Teranga’s expertise of mining multiple deposits utilizing a centralized plant facility.

Advanced drilling at the Ma prospect, one of four drilled to date at Golden Hill, continues to return excellent grades and widths of gold mineralization near surface and to depth. Recent drilling highlights at Ma include:

16 m @ 3.20 g/t Au including 1 m @ 15.7 g/t Au, and 3 m @ 6.14 g/t Au (GHDD-078)

The program has also identified a parallel structure to Ma known as Ma North. This new extension returned good grades and widths from a limited initial step-out drill program, including 3 metres @ 4.42 g/t Au and 7 metres @ 1.75 g/t Au. The Ma area appears to be developing into a broad regional structural complex of mineralized zones.

“The recent results from Ma continue to demonstrate excellent continuity and correlation for both the BZ-1 and BZ-2 mineralized zones along the entire extent along strike drilled to date at the Ma prospect,” stated David Mallo, Vice President, Exploration. “The positive drill results at Ma serve to confirm the along trend and down-dip continuity of grade and width from surface exposure to down-dip depths now approaching 125 metres at this quickly advancing prospect. Our initial step-out drilling at Ma North has successfully intersected similar Ma style alteration, brecciation and mineralization, further expanding the overall Ma target across a broader structural complex.”

Added Mr. Mallo, “We will continue to test the Ma structural complex and the Jackhammer Hill prospect, as well as, our Nahiri and Peksou prospects, through the remainder of the year and into next year.”

This demonstrates that multiple mineralized zones exist throughout Jackhammer Hill,” said David Mallo, Teranga’s Vice President, Exploration. “As well, Jackhammer Hill is where our highest grade interval drilled to date at Golden Hill occurs – 14 metres averaging 110.6 grams per tonne, including one-metre displaying abundant visible gold which grades 1,499 grams per tonne of gold in GHDD-111. In total, we have successfully drilled 600 metres of strike length of a surface anomaly of more than one kilometre extent.”

Continued Mr. Mallo, “Although we are still at an early stage, we recognize considerable upside for continued exploration success as we extend our drilling evaluation program at Jackhammer Hill both along trend beyond our initial target and to depth where the mineralized structures remain open to further expansion.”

The Golden Hill property is comprised of three adjacent exploration permits covering 470 km2 located in southwest Burkina Faso in the central part of the Houndé Greenstone Belt. This belt hosts a number of high-grade gold discoveries, including the Siou, Yaramoko and Houndé deposits, the latter property being contiguous with Golden Hill. To the south of Golden Hill is another large land position where active exploration programs are well underway.
