lol!!!!!!!!! this is an exact copy of a post I put on another stock board!!!get original material!!!
Oh I see. Small buy at the last minute to prop it up. Typical high jinks for a POS GRAY stock
My chart showed it down 25% but since its a POS GRAY stock who knows?
we have no idea what you are looking at......TSTC is up 3%. Maybe you confused it with another POS telecom scam.
sell, sell, sell. SELL TSTC!!!! its the prudent thing to do. if you put in $20,000(OUCH!!!!!) it's better to get $25 than zero. Right?
which is better TSTC up 17% or down 14% somewhere? "D'OH"!!!!!!!!!!!!
its up 17% I dont call that done at all!!!!!!!!! LMAO!!!!!
This POS is done. Its over. No More. The lies don't work. The scam is finished. Bail now and get what you can.
you can think what ever you want its America, but its wrong as in not correct. we shall see.
Still gray and I don't think they're working on anything but another con job
is anyone paying attention to the fact the stock has doubled since the turn to the grays for a lack of 10-k that TELESTONE is working on? just might want to ask the guy who bought the 200,000 at .32 how he feels!!!!!!!!!!!!LMAO its like a see-saw. one goes up the other goes down!!!!!!
When making my previous post on this forum, I noticed that ADVFN was still relying on a data feed from NASDAQ for trading data which showed no trades even though TSTC was delisted and trading data would come from OTC Link after TSTC became a grey market stock.
ADVFN's continued reliance on a NASDAQ data feed did not show the trades that were made on the grey market as shown in the following chart.
I notified ADVFN of this issue and just received confirmation that it has been resolved. Unfortunately the grey market trading data prior to today is not included, but data from today onward should be included.
Again, the recent trading data is shown in the chart.
Curious if anybody has seen an actual invoice that TSTC has submitted for services rendered . I know they claim all manner of accounts receivable that somehow never get paid.
TSTC is a grey market stock after having been delisted from NASDAQ. Although it's making a steady recovery on low volume after its initial drastic drop, it's unlikely a suitable stock for technical traders.

Does this trade anymore? Wan Hung Lo has been awfully quiet lately.
Yes PPS shortly could be $1. But then again, it could be .00001 just as easily. Or shut down permanently.
At least similar companies have not crashed and burned like this one.
LMAO !!!!!!

Company has not even announced if they plan to find an MM to trade on pink sheets. At least there would be a bid and an ask. The company silence tells all. If this was a pink sheet, maybe it would be a good "play stock" with the current low(er) s/s. As a grey, it's pretty worthless
TSTC is a grey sheet disgrace.
I can see this going back to no bid again.
Like I said before get out of this stock before you lose the lot.

TSTC is a grey sheet disgrace. Inept management caused shareholders to lose the bulk of their money invested in this proven scam. Investors should avoid Chinese stock scams like this one
COMMENTING ON TSTC
No I'm merely pointing out that TSTC is a scam and always has been. Nothing more.
Isn't that what I'm doing???
INSTEAD OF COMMENTING ON TSTC WHY NOT DEFEND SCAM?
Maybe chong is arranging for ANOTHER fictitious company to buyout TSTC. it'll be worth TRILLIONS! LMAO!!
GREY MARKET and never to return.
This POS is toxic.

THE GREY MARKET!!! This stock is now selling for .27 cents per share on the GREY market! HHHHHAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHHHHHAAAAAA!
WoW,it's Trading Again
Wonder What Happens Now ?
Tstc is a train wreck. It opened as a grey sheet stock today at hit a .21 low of the day with a .30 close. Hardly a celebration. When I previously said that TSTC was teetering with being a penny stock, I never realized that it would be a slaughtered at .21. Compare that to any telecom stock that you want. TSTC fell 75% when it hit its low today. The close wasn't much better than the low. I cannot find another telecom that had a day's loss like that today. What does tomorrow bring? 10 cents? Horrible scam outfit this TSTC is
TSTC trades and is selling at 50,000 times another telecom
TSTC trades and is selling at 50,000 times another telecom!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH LMAO!!!!!!!!!!
YES! .22 just went off. The TSTC ship has sunk
No
Tstc resumed trading on GREY SHEETS today! .38 traded (-54.22%) at 11:04:00 EST. Today's grey trades a/o 11:04 am:
$0.3800 3,000 OTO 11:04:37
$0.5100 912 OTO 10:30:01
$0.5000 5,000 OTO 10:29:03
$0.5000 2,000 OTO 10:24:43
$0.3800 551 OTO 10:21:52
IMO we will be able to buy shares of TSTC for around a quarter (.25)
what I cannot fathom is how people end up owning a POS scam like tstc. What attracted people to this Chinese stock scam? The money lost is huge. Tstc is like burning money - with these scammer criminals like Daqing. How can one trust a chairman (like Daqing) when there is not even a "U" after the "Q" in his name? LOL
NOW ON THE TSTC CHINA WEBSITE
Common perception is financial irregularities happen mostly to companies being traded on Pinks. But it is shocking to see happen to NASDAQ companies. Hype versus reality?
TSTC DELISTED from Nasdaq a/o Monday 6/3/2013. Will be an OTC Pink (if approved):
... The Company has determined not to appeal NASDAQ's determination. As previously disclosed, the Company has not obtained records from its Sichuan Ruideng subsidiary (the "Subsidiary") that are necessary for the completion of the audit of the Company's financials for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012. Also, as disclosed in the Company's Form 12b-25 filed May 16, 2013, to date, the prior owners of the Subsidiary, who are also tasked with its management, have refused to deliver the records to the Company headquarters. The Company doubts that the potential remedial measures necessary to obtain such financial records can be completed within 180 days, and, as such, the Company feels the success of an appeal of the delisting determination would be unlikely. Therefore, the Company will not appeal NASDAQ's determination.
After the Company's common stock is delisted by NASDAQ, it may trade on the OTC Markets Group Inc. (the "Pink Sheets") but only if at least one market maker decides to quote the Company's common stock. There can be no assurance that any market maker will decide to quote the Company's common stock immediately following such delisting or at all, and thus there can be no assurance that the Company's common stock would be eligible to trade on the Pink Sheets http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=57783997
Not sure if they put this on their site so in case you haven't seen this: Not pretty for the holders.
BEIJING, May 30, 2013 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/-- Telestone Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: TSTC) (the "Company"), a leading supplier of local access network solutions for communications networks in China, today announced that it received a Staff Determination Letter (the "Notice") from The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC ("NASDAQ") on May 23, 2013, indicating that NASDAQ has determined to suspend from trading and delist the Company's common stock from the NASDAQ Stock Market, effective the open of business on June 3, 2013.
As previously disclosed, the Company is not in compliance with the continued listing requirements under NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) due to the Company's inability to timely file its annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2012. On May 1, 2013, the Company filed a plan with NASDAQ to regain compliance with continued listing requirements, however NASDAQ did not approve the plan. In addition, the Company also failed to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended March 31, 2013, which constitutes a separate basis for delisting under NASDAQ Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). In the Notice, NASDAQ also cited NASDAQ Listing Rule 5101, which affords NASDAQ "broad discretionary authority over the initial and continued listing of securities in NASDAQ." Specifically, the Notice stated that the Staff of NASDAQ believes that the reasons underlying the Company's filing delinquencies raise significant public interest concerns under Listing Rule 5101. Based on these factors, the Staff made the determination to delist the Company's securities from The NASDAQ Stock Market.

Telestone Technologies Corporation Receives Delisting Notice from NASDAQ

""opening the way to probes of bungled audits"" (Wonder why they will not turn over financials?)
""accounting scandals at dozens of Chinese companies listed on U.S. stock exchanges"" (TSTC is one, imo)
""the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission should consider de-registering Chinese firms"" (Already accomplished)
""Investors have lost billions of dollars on Chinese companies selling shares on U.S. exchanges in accounting scandals since 2010. Many of those companies have been booted from U.S. exchanges"" (Self-explanatory)
""That in turn could have triggered massive stock exchange delistings of China-based companies, which have to file audited financial statements to meet exchange requirements."" (TSTC does not and cannot meet exchange requirements)
TSTC will not go "pink", as they cannot furnish any financial documents.
Grey markets, if anything.
Sorry for those that listened to the hype of $10 or more a share...
Over and out.
It is looking like TSTC will be delisted. If it ever trades, it will probably be a .0001 grey sheet stock. Does not appear that the "company" cares too much about the lack of trading over the past 6 weeks. Time was a factor and the "company" already exercised a complete disregard for both its future and its shareholders.
I don't see how any of these events will impact TSTC. The world is moving on to newer technologies and TSTC is stuck in the past/present. IMO we will be able to buy shares of TSTC for around a quarter (.25) by the end of the year. That is if it ever becomes trade able again
