No doubt! $TPCS is actually MAKING MONEY! Last 3 qtrs showed a net PROFIT! Yet we see all these idiots throwing their money at worthless otc stocks that are nothing but a scam! The only reason TPCS got delisted and moved down to the otc market was due to GTATQ declaring bankruptcy and stiffing them big time. However, it has made TPCS much stronger and better prepared for the future with a whole new work development plan that concentrates on business that makes sense for them, DOLLARS & CENTS! No more getting locked into a customer like GTATQ that just pulled them. Now they are better equipped to attract new business that is profitable for them.

If they are a profitable, why hasn't more investors bought up shares? Because it isn't a company that is hyped by penny stock promoters. Their business isn't anything glamorous, but as long as they keep turning profits, who cares! Frankly, I am sick and tired of these over hyped otc stocks that are pumped daily who will never come close to turning a profit EVER! Hell I bought a slew around the 8 cent range and I have all the time in the world to watch this grow back above $1.00 per share again, which could still happen this year if they would report a HUGE quarter! All it would take is one big customer and BANG, they shoot up to dollarland!

BUY & HOLD THIS STOCK and you will be far better off than flipping all those other otc stocks that reap to high heaven! LOAD'EM & HOLD'EM I say! Cheers!

Trading at 23 cents is a real joke and maybe now people will start realizing what a deal this is. I mean I have been telling folks to buy when it was $.08 & now look at it! Dollarland here we come! 1)Revere agreed to loan an aggregate of $2.25 million to Ranor. In connection with the Amendment, Ranor entered into an Amended and Restated Term Loan Note in the aggregate principal amount of $1.5 million (the "Note A") and an Amended and Restated Term Loan Note in the aggregate principal amount of $750,000 (the "Note B" and together with the Note A, the "Notes"), each in favor of Revere and each dated January 22, 2016.

That's sounds right since one of their biggest customer Mevion has filed for an IPO that would bring focus on TPCS. As per IPO documents Mevion has signed purchase contracts worth 257million. So better times are ahead for TPCS.

My take is that the pps will recover as they continue to grow the business thru the right customers. This is the big change here, they took a hit due to how they were operating and with whom they were selling to. That has been resolved and per the last CC & qrtly rpt, they are making progress and better positioned for additional contracts that are a better fit and more profitable, who can also pay up. I see this leading to a gradual upward movement for their stock for each and every quarter from here. I don't know if the low share price will affect them in any way, other than the financing end. For me it is clear this is way oversold and undervalued and one big announcement of a new big customer or contract would send the pps soaring. Cheers!

Ya I loaded up on them, this was unfairly sold off due to the $GTAT debacle, which isn't going to play any big role for TPCS. Those were rose colored pie in the sky hopes only. The fact is TPCS is getting more contracts and Mevion is the big player for them, not GTAT. Cheers!

CENTER VALLEY, Pa., Nov. 14, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- TechPrecision Corporation (TPCS) (OTC Bulletin Board: TPCS) ("TechPrecision" or "the Company"), an industry leading global manufacturer of precision, large-scale fabricated and machined metal components and tested systems with customers in the alternative energy, medical, nuclear, defense, aerospace and other commercial industries, today announced that it has executed a purchase agreement with an existing customer, to produce sapphire chambers at its Ranor facility in Massachusetts.

The $8.1 million agreement calls for a fixed number of Sapphire chambers to be delivered by the end of May, 2014. These chambers are expected to be used in a new manufacturing facility TechPrecision's customer is opening as part of a collaboration with Apple, Inc. That plant, located in the Phoenix (Ariz.) suburb of Mesa, will provide material for iPhone components, including cameras and fingerprint reading sensors.

"This purchase agreement provides us the opportunity to produce chambers we have experience manufacturing, for a customer we know well," commented Bob Francis, President and General Manager of TechPrecision's Ranor Division. "TechPrecision has already produced more than 1,100 high temperature vacuum chambers for the solar and sapphire markets.
