Tether acting really wierd, 5 billion sold / bought / sold / bought and then sold again… Are they simply printing to cover someone bailing ?.
Old 2010 coins also moved.. BTC and BCH… BSV untouched… ( Is this Craig ? )
Market going nuts
And now Tether selling off like crazy… someone bailed ?
Could be a rough few days for Tether / BTC
On the trial, only half a day, as a juror had a bit of a fevor, Long weekend, so it all starts up again next Monday.
Plaintiffs obviously trying to get Craig to say something, but he is very good at keeping the conversation to his terms. So no major mistakes. It is however extremely complex stuff, so I doubt any of the Jury are really following the detail, and for the most part will be board stiff.
Next week at some point the Plaintiffs will be done and the defence will start to make its case. I think thats when the real entertainment starts.
Tether Printing going trough the roof.
https://www.tradingview.com/symbols/CRYPTOCAP-USDT/
This Is backing up BTC in a Ponzi spiral. Hopefully CW will get most of his funds out before Tether/BTC both crash and the fraud investigations begin.
One interesting response ( which came out in the trial ) was the back dating of Emails.
This is based on Craig using an Encryption tool called BitMessage which was released in 2012 ( guessed from memory ) .. some messages using this tool dated back to 2010, so obviously backdated right ?
Well the public release was 2012 ( again I am using memory for the exact dates ) , however to tool was available on the DARK WEB 2 years earlier, something Craig was obviously using and aware of.
All these messages prove is Craig used the Dark Web…mystery solved
I admit I am biased towards Craig been Satoshi , and also Iras claim been frivolous. I try to maintain a balanced view, but I am not a journalist… I fully accept I mostly fail to give a balanced view.
This is a CoinDesk article ( small blockers version of CoinGeek ) it’s worth a read
https://www.coindesk.com/business/2021/11/05/craig-wrights-latest-funhouse-mirror-legal-adventure/
Regardless of which side you support, this article and many others are a travesty on what should be responsible journalism. These guys are supposed to be professional. I get a publication can ‘tilt’ towards a perceived view, they are after all supplying articles to those that support the basic premise. However, a complete loss of balance does not help make the case.
Thank you for the updates
Craig took the stand, and I think came across well. Spoke directly to the Jury a couple of times making what I think will prove to be a meaningful connection
In questioning the lawyers were getting visibly frustrated as Craig first explains why the question is wrong, rewords it so it’s a better question, and then answers it… They were throwing their arms in the air.
Craig v calm throughout.
One takeaway is Craig didn’t know Dave had no money, so when he told him to mine BTC, It appears Dave didn’t do so, as he had no money to buy equipment ( a real shame ) he did mine on the Testnet probably using his laptops, so he absolutely knew how to mine.
Craig of course mined his own coins which I think total 850 thousand ( not 1.1 mil ) this wasn’t part of the trial, just my take from other stuff Craig has posted.
He will remain on the stand today, and probably tomorrow as well. So far no real major worries, I think the best piece of evidence that Ira has is an Email from Craig to Daves Father that they partnered on BItcoin together. The word PARTNERED is troublesome as it implies a legal and formal arrangement.
He will also be back when the defence makes its case.
You can gets Kurts take on this ( who is attending the trial ) from the CoinGeek YouTube channel.
Craig supporting Gorilla Pool.
As do I
May be needed soon. I hope im wrong
Ok day 5 - continuation
Main take, lots of Emails… each day personally i think who won..
I need to re-watch a few bits
Day 1 Craig
Day 2_3 sort of equal
Day 4 Craig
Day 5, from day 4 we know Ira is a shady character, now his case is looking paper thin ( bordering desperate ) - easy Craig win
Unless something changes .. this is Craigs.
My point we are watching Iras side… he should be winning, He simply isnt
Difficulty stabilised, I think we are sweet… 130G..
From this morning Ira did not go down well.
Difficulty up-to 140G now, this would need the BSV price to be around $450 to make mining profitable.
As long as this isn’t the prelude to an attempt to force a fork, we are going to see a massive jump in price.
Another explanation to the increase in difficulty ( without pushing up the price ), We may be about to get into another hash war.. Hopefully not, but I would not put it past them to attempt dirty tricks.
And now we know the answer.
The article is interesting now we know more of the truth. Ira gave the info to Wired….
https://splinternews.com/who-is-the-hacker-that-outed-craig-wright-as-the-creato-1793853449
Day 4… Heating up
100% Ira Cross examination. And some key Discoveries
Although Ira took Daves electronic equipment ( and effectively wiped it ). He missed the thumb drives in the safe. These were picked up by Patrick Paige, another of Daves close friends. Before Ira started the case against Craig, Ira tried to sue Patrick, possibly he has Daves coins.. its an unknown, but Ira didn’t know about these thumb drives until today…
Ira went behind Craigs back going to the Australian Tax Office which had recently closed the case against Craig, getting them to reopen it. It resulted in 50+ employees of Craigs company all loosing their jobs. I assume the company collapsed. This is one of the reasons Craig hates Ira
With the Info he got from the ATO, Knowing Craig was Satoshi, he either gave or sold that info to Wired who in turn ran the story forcing Craig to reveal his identity. He effectively started the whole anti Craig movement. It is another reason Craig hates Ira. (Kurt called it Doxing)
Ira has over 30 Email addresses with various names, some identifying himself as Dave ( how weird is that ). He seems to run various identities but unclear for what purpose. The obvious implication is that he is a fraud, but i guess thats for the Jury to decide.
Craig should be up tomorrow assuming Ira wraps up.
Looking good for Craig ATM… Ira looks like a sleaze bag.
BSV difficulty has doubled over the last couple of days. Miners operating at a loss ATM. Huge numbers have abandoned the other chains to try and stockpile at least some BSV.
The price is going to explode ( my guess to well over $1000 ) probably by Thanksgiving or shortly after.
TAAL of course will also rise in line.
When Craig moves the coins… sells the first few BTC… its over for BTC / BCH.
I predict BCH will crash first as miners abandon the chain and holders panic sell.
BTC may take longer, but as is continues to drop Tether will also collapse.
If this turns out to be anything close to correct, we are in for a wild ride.
Day 3.. not the fireworks i expected…
Jimmy on video basically saying he wasnt involved in the early days. Interesting that in the trial mediation his disposition tried to be removed by Craigs team, ( which was odd as he is on our side ) , no idea why the opposition went with him beyond Jimmy saying that Craig knew Dave.. A point accepted on both sides.
Ira up, boring first half, led by the lawyers, do you accept you need to do xyz.. treating him as an old man. My take is that they wanted Craigs side to destroy him ( as I wanted too ) .. they didnt.. he is back tomorrow.
If you picked 1 day to be in court, today wasnt it.
Interesting that the short position is very slowly decreasing while the price of BSV rises.
This hasn’t happened before, normally any rise is suppressed by the shorts. Its very slow, and I could be reading too much into what is very slight activity. This however could change very quickly as more information comes out over the course of the trial.
Tether printing machine is also back in action propping up the Ponzi BTC. That isn’t going to end well. When Craig moves his coins after the trial, all hell will break loose.
Day two,, few more witnesses for the Plaintiffs ( Iras side )
Antonopoulos was taken apart in cross examination. Was put forward as an authority in Bitcoin, came away practically admitting he is a mouth piece… I don't know if this is true, but apparently at the end of the day Craig spoke to him, shook his hand and said ‘Im sorry you lost your way’.. I think they were friends / colleagues pre BSV. If thats true.. very stylist.
Few others also up including a business partner of Daves who reportedly came across really well. Although he was a witness for Iras side, there was little to disagree with. He let Craig know when Dave died, and Craig responded that he was upset at his passing. Also that as the rest of the family were not into IT, he should help them secure Daves computer equipment as they could contain Bitcoin. ( I assume in that he failed )
Ira is on the stand tomorrow. For some reason was not in court today. I suspect it will be messy. He apparently did not care for his brother, Craigs team will want to paint him as a desperate money grabber. Someone who didnt help his own brother in his hour of need…..
Also, the progress is ahead of schedule.. was supposed to be 3 weeks ( down from 4-5 )… could now be 2 if this pace keeps up.
Very thorough review. Thanks
This is a good read. Unbounded Capital has taken a significant position on BSV based on the trial. Huge amount of DD, and specific mention of TAAL as well.
https://unboundedcapital.com/blog/how-we-are-trading-the-seventy-billion-dollar-lawsuit-over-satoshis-bitcoins
We think that a meaningful BSV price increase could generate both a short squeeze and a gamma squeeze. The gamma squeeze would be in part due to Unbounded Capital’s large OTM call options position with major OTC market makers in the crypto space. It is also important to note that BSV is not as liquid as other cryptoassets, in part due to delistings of BSV by major exchanges like Binance which were triggered by defamation lawsuits initiated by Dr. Wright. Controversy around Dr. Wright has kept BSV off of popular exchanges like Coinbase, although importantly, the asset is available on Robinhood. This restricted liquidity could exacerbate a significant price increase due to difficulties obtaining BSV compared to other similar assets.
Interesting first day
Jury selection done
Opening statements done
1st witness also up ( for Ira )
Judge also stated she believes this will be done by Thanksgiving.
If anyone wants to follow Kurt is doing daily updates ( and is at the trial )
I can provide links.
Go Craig.
I hope the link works..
Good Luck Craig….

Craig v Ira begins… 1st day in court. Monday 1st Nov
From memory scheduled to take 5-6 weeks, so should be done by year end.
“In the next 5 to 10 years all global money will migrate ultimately to blockchain, and the best way to bet on it is to go back to Satoshi and adopt BSV."
Author and investor George Gilder on why blockchain is the foundation of the new world economy:
I have changed my view on the Craig v Ira case. I’m beginning to think it dosnt matter who wins as long as the judge makes a certain court order. The case is not about if Ira is the rightful beneficiary of the Company Craig setup which later became the Tulip Trust.
Well it is in part, but it’s not the main reason
I don’t think Craig has the private keys anymore to unlock the coins.
He needs a court order from the US Judge ordering developers / miners to unlock the assets and pass back control.
Ira wiped Daves laptops, these held Daves coins ( not Craig’s ) but those too could be unlocked despite the keys been lost.
All the info required as to who owns what is in the blockchain. This can be resolved
My prediction
Two court orders
Craigs coins are unlocked and they are all his
Daves coins are also unlocked and they go to Iras lawyers.
This is what I found ( Written by Craig ) that changed my mind
https://i.redd.it/q8bnlzip59t71.jpg
Good question,
There are issues, Craig for one, or at least the negative press. BSV as well is talked down in the community.
These however should be resolved in time.
You should be their IR person
So far there is very little interest in this stock nor it's particular niche or mission. One has to wonder if they are so dominant and with such inherent advantages, why this is not $10 or above?
None taken, but I obviously see this differently. I bought in at $1.5, and see a good future for the company.
I am also following what is going on in the wider BSV community, all of which should have a huge impact for TAAL.
No personal offense, But you keep posting the same bullish BS and this stock is still in the shitter??
Crypto Fights offline for a few days while they make some changes.
This will explode the transactions when off Open Beta. ATM its pretty much the in crowd / BSV fans… soon General Public will be aware… millions of players..
FYX Gaming is very thankful for all of our CryptoFights players during our open beta period. It’s incredible to think that we only launched four months ago and have massive interest thus far from players worldwide. At one time, we were doing more blockchain transactions than all of ethereum and other chains combined. This is without using sidechains like most other blockchain games.
We are dedicated to making Cryptofights even better, and we have heard all your suggestions to improve our game. In keeping with this rapid pace of development, we have tried to keep up the game while improving but must rework a few things to make the game better internally and externally.
We have chosen to focus on building out more infrastructure by developing more in-house solutions.
What this means:
CryptoFights will be placed into maintenance mode while we work on this new infrastructure.
We estimate the downtime at a week but could be longer, we will keep you updated.
The portal will remain open for trading your NFT’s, and your wallet will remain open.
To make up for these inconveniences, we are starting an initiative to create special unique characters for our early players that will be limited and tradable. More details will be forthcoming as we reach out to the community directly for feedback.
Nice action on BSV, hopefully not just a conference bounce.
Maybe hedging on trial.
This is interesting
At the September 14, 2021, hearing, Dr. Wright requested permission from the Court to introduce at trial physical evidence in the form of the electronic devices that were found in Dave Kleiman’s possession at the time of his death1 (the “Electronic Devices”). The Electronic Devices are direct physical evidence that Dr Wright believes should exonerate him from the claims of theft of bitcoin and intellectual property that Ira Kleiman has lodged against him. It is undisputed that at least three of those devices were encrypted by Dave Kleiman beyond the possibility of decryption. It is also undisputed that Ira Kleiman, as to the other devices, wiped data that was on those devices at the time of Dave Kleiman’s death. It is essential for Dr. Wright’s defense that he be permitted to show the jury the direct physical evidence that comes from Dave Kleiman.
Essentially the court is currently allowing ‘pictures’ of the devices, not the actual devices. Craigs team feel that photos dont have the same impact…
Its on these small points that trials turn.
Interesting take on the BSV shorting
https://coingeek.com/withdraw-your-bsv-now/
Mining fee reward vs Block reward subsidy at nearly 10%
https://bsvdata.com/blockchain
Still a long way to go, but it’s all moving in the right direction. This is the metric that will move the miners over to BSV, and make TAAL more and more profitable.
You can now actually bet on the Klienman v Craig Wright case
Kleiman vs. Wright Odds
Ira Kleiman vs. Craig Wright Trial Outcome
Craig Wright wins -130
Ira Kleiman wins and is awarded less than $1 billion +140
Ira Kleiman wins and is awarded more than $1 billion +350
Will the Kleiman vs. Wright case end in a mistrial?
No -1000
Yes +550
So if I read that right, Craig odds on to win, and no mistrial.
Ira to win but get smaller payout also a decent possibility.
Ira to win significant award is unlikely.
This is funny.. Do they really not know ?

Everything set for 1st Nov. Ira v Craig trial
https://coingeek.com/kleiman-v-wright-2021-november-trial-is-on-as-parties-discuss-outstanding-evidentiary-issues/
The case should be completed no later that the 25th Nov
However this pans out, regardless of who wins. Everything changes once complete.
Did a quick compare with RIOT. Revs for Q2 were 33 Mill about 3 times that of TAAL ( Q3 guide )
RIOT MC just under 3 bill
TAAL MC only 127 Mill
It shows how undervalued TAAL is ATM. It could rise 500% and still be cheaper by comparison.
I know Revs are not the best number to compare against ( Gross Profit would be better ) and I’m also comparing Riots Q2 to TAALs Q3, but It does at least give a clue as to the overall size of the companies and their values.
PR out today
Q3 update
Driven by strong transaction processing performance and as capacity increases, TAAL's consolidated revenue for Q3 2021 is expected to be in the range of $11.5 to 12 Million, compared to $6.7 million in Q2 2021, an approximately 70% increase quarter on quarter.
Interesting action on BTC with this latest dump. Micro Strategy is looking for an exit, certainly behind most of the initial selling. They have also moved a huge number of BTC ( nearly 100k BTC ) into a trading account where they can be sold.
On the reverse of that ( last couple of weeks ) Tether balance was looking low as BTC price was down, once their immediate issues with the SEC Audit was out of the way they turned back on the printing press and pumped BTC back over 50k.
This could get ugly. Tether ( Ponzi ) buying vs Micro Strategy panic selling.
If Micro Strategy sell all 100k BTC ( ish ). Tether would need to print at least another 5 billion Tether to balance. The SEC would of course notice that.
Old days, I took a hold after the RS. But its nice to look back
Chart looking strong, can we get above $4 today. Fundamentals certainly justify $20+ ( I would be happy with $10 for now)
Load more court docs submitted over the last few days on the Ira v Craig case
Great TAAL Blog on CryptoFights, the last paragraph threw me. Not sure I fully understand the implications here. They obviously see this as a positive. Maybe they are thinking fan based content…
https://www.taal.com/blog/2021/cryptofights-levels-up-using-bsv-woc/#
If CryptoFights ever goes down, the game we’ve built can be resurrected by someone else in the community because all of the data we’ve used is stored on Java script and is all on chain.
One thing I did pick up on in a previous article, say you buy a legendary sword in CryptoFights, That same sword is digitally owned by you. It’s yours to sell if you wish, or maybe you want to use it in different games. Think on this… the Mobile profitability is all about either you watching endless ads or IAP. Imagine instead it been players selling assets ( and buying ) to other players. The game makers taking a cut.
FYX gaming the creator of CryptoFights strategic partner Unikrn has been bought by Entain ( a huge company worth around $11bn. It owns many names ( like Ladbrokes). Apart from the immediate increase in exposure for CryptoFights, the greater interest is that these big firms are now showing in BSV is becoming more obvious. Keep a lookout for announcements from Unikrn / Entain on the adoption of BSV in the iGaming space.
