Here is why... This gem is being pumped in a promotion. Even the company's news release is completely devoted to why their company stock is in play.

I avoided this one this time. If you are invested it is, by my opinion from years of watching this happen to company shares, that you get out of this pump n dump, hopefully at a profit, asap.
