You’re not alone, we are here. Hopefully we’ll get some good news soon.
fat pieces left right
Well, they have already earned their good reputation back then because of the delisting and the improvement of their financial situation! We are allowed to do this in advance of the upcoming hype, just not dilute your shares. I was surprised because of the name change. You also have to consider that the Chart technology is reassessed. What brings the breakthrough or not is the market share. That must be the responsibility of the company
but manage
I'm sure they see a benefit in the name change, probably mostly because those dispensaries are established and more on the way. A good reputation follows a name. As far as it being on credit, it doesn't bother me because they see the huge growth potential and major revenue increase. I think they are setting themselves up for the long haul as the cannabis industry is going nowhere but up. Just my 2 cents.
I don't think anyone knows their way around here anymore !! is it true:):)
and that's good news can't do anything with that!?
but why is the name changed!? and everything bought on credit :(
General Cannabis to Create Retail Footprint by Acquiring Trees Dispensaries
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/general-cannabis-create-retail-footprint-203000354.html
yes but when does the course have a profit that we all want !?
You are 100% correct. I also agree that passing the SAFE act through senate should kick some life into MJ stocks. Its a huge positive for legit, licensed cannabis companies. It will help pave the way for future legalization efforts as well IMO.
It's not even a small majority either. Upwards of 60% of Americans across all political lines believe it should be legalized, and upwards of 90% of those same Americans believe Medical MJ should be fully legalized and researched. This continued backward thinking on just a few dipshits in DC is completely at odds with what actual voters want. I've mentioned it before, but MJ issues bring out more voters than other issues like minimum wage increases and what not. I think the market will finally wake up a bit if this thing passes the Senate, and I expect that it will.
The SAFE banking act is a move in the right direction. Legalization at the federal level is a much bigger task, but If the SAFE act can get passed, it at least lets legit businesses use banks, credit, financing etc to operate like any other business. Im ok with baby steps as long as progress continues in the direction that the majority of " the people" want. The government works for us, they need to remember this.
we have waited long enough for it!!
hope it will be our year
There is a lot of support and push to get it passed in Senate. Banking institutions across the board are pushing for it and at this point 21 Governors have signed a letter in support. Hopefully the Senate sees the need for this and vote in favor. Time to embrace the inevitable.
SAFE banking act passed the house 321-101. Let's see what happens in the senate now.
Is there any particular reason for the pop today? I don't see any news about the company
Been waiting for this a while now, great buy opp today.
Cann $$$$$$
but how long!?
This has been years of talk and half a$$ attempts. It's time for them to start moving forward and passing laws that give these legit companies the ability to bank like every other industry is allowed. Many states have already legalized to a certain level. The train is already moving, it's time for the federal government to get on board. We need progress and the SAFE ACT would definitely be progress.
I've mentioned before that Biden himself is a doofus when it comes to MJ. The main thing is now legislation can happen now that Mitch McConnell can no longer block bills from being voted on. But, it seems like traders are waiting for that to actually happen this time, rather than have another hype rush. The SAFE act was reintroduced in the house just a couple weeks ago. That could be the first step of many.
Cannabis is getting more legal and all stocks are falling! someone understands or has an explanation for it! ??
Yawn. Keep posting those scary buzz words.
Ahhhh, in pennyland, there lies the difference between traders and investors. Try harder to scare investors while the traders simply laugh at you, lolololol!!!!!!!

Im quite certain that those investors that paid over $2.00 for the shares this garbage ticker CANN just this last mid February dont share that same opinion.
One more thing, ‘accumulated debt’ is a mere historical data point and has absolutely no bearing on current fundamentals or trading technical data. Try harder, lolololol!!!
Cann$$$$$$$$
Again, your BS nonsense should be directed elsewhere. Try harder and find someone who cares which certainly won’t be traders. You can do it!!!

You are correct there is nothing new here at CANN at all. Same old same old racking up the loses month after month year after year.
The managemnt of this scam must think investors just fell off a turnip truck somewhere.
You're trying too hard. The whole sector has been in a slump. And we've actually talked about that in here too. So again, you can stop pretending you're bringing anything new here
Maybe the shysters operating this scam garbage ticker CANN would like to ENLIGHTEN their T.A. about the share structure of CANN.
The only people being thrown a curve here at CANN are investors that have seen the PPS drop 50% over the last year.
You're months behind the curve. DS and the rest of us regulars in here knew about the dilution last year, when share holders voted to approve more shares to help pay off legacy debts. If you do just a little reading in this board, you'd see we're all well aware of CANN's business side, and you can stop pretending like you're enlightening anyone. LOL.
The price swings are what make this ticker fun to flip and play. I barely bother to read their Financials, and instead keep track of what's happening politically, since that's really what drives the sector.
Im wondering if CANN are capable of selling off some or all of that 2.5 million dollars worth of new found GOODWILL that they have on the books to reduce their debt load.
Another thing they could do for a year or so is forgo those huge general and admin and so called professional fess and maybe they could show a bit of a profit just to change things up a little.
Thet next thing you know the accumulated deficit of CANN is going to reach the 100 million dollar level.
Any idea when exactly the managers of CANN increased the authorized shares from 100 million to 200 million?
Haha, why would I care about that or any trader for that matter, although the float is still low. Preach to someone who cares about the Co and I’ll preach about interested in making money with it.

Yesterday they posted the 10k would be late. Can you post a link to their 10k? I can't imagine a 10k would be out one day after they said it would be late.
Well the 10K is out for CANN today. READ EM AND WEEP. It appears the management of trash ticker is in the SHARE PRINTING and POCKET LINING business instead of the MJ b usiness.
Fingers crossed. It's time to finally get some laws passed so these businesses can start using banks. The Cannabis industry isn't doing anything but growing and gaining more support in legalization throughout the country. It's time for some Federal action. They've postponed this long enough.
SAFE Banking, the last time it was introduced in the house, passed 321 to 103, with just over 90 Republicans voting in favor of it. Mitch McConnell made sure it never came up in the Senate. So now, with ol Dinosaur Mitch FINALLY out of the way, it can come up in the Senate too, after the House votes on it (I have no idea when it might come up for a vote, I couldn't find a firm answer). Since that last vote, a couple more red states have legalized, and I suspect the Senate won't have a major issue passing this particular legislation.
Lol. Sure. They have issues with their auditors. Bad management and BOD leads to this.
Of course there is and they have filed the nt forms. Only 90.% of the OTC files late Q and Ks. The reason is they take second seat to larger Cos who pay auditing firms much more in the other indices.
Cann$$ good adds this week!!
I could be wrong, but isn't there some leniency due to covid still?
Pathetic. They missed the 10k filing deadline. What’s the issue that kept them from getting this done on time?
