I really don't get this, how many pink sheets show no information? Most of them I check on pink sheets are like that and a lot of times you can't even get a hit on the sybol on the SEC site? What gives? They didn't bribe the right person or what?
This is new to me what a bummer looks like we are all screwed. Thanks for the update..
I just saw this on Business Week. If it has already been posted I apologize. It looks to me like it could be 120 days before we even know anything. I really hope I am wrong but I have a hard time believing this will come back. If you own it though you can only hope it will.
Securities And Exchange Commission Orders Hearing On Registration Revocation Against TrackBets International
09/12/2008
On September 11, the Commission instituted public administrative proceedings to determine whether to revoke or suspend for a period not exceeding twelve months the registration of each class of the securities of TrackBets International, Inc. for failure to make required periodic filings with the Commission. In this Order, the Division of Enforcement (Division) alleges that the issuer is delinquent in its required periodic filings with the Commission. In this proceeding, instituted pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12(j), a hearing will be scheduled before an Administrative Law Judge. At the hearing, the judge will hear evidence from the Division and the respondent to determine whether the allegations of the Division contained in the Order, which the Division alleges constitute failures to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 there under, are true. The judge in the proceeding will then determine whether the registration pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12 of each class of the securities of the respondent should be revoked or suspended for a period not exceeding twelve months. The Commission ordered that the Administrative Law Judge in this proceeding issue an initial decision not later than 120 days from the date of service of the order instituting proceedings.
I heard they halted to get the paperwork in order to corner the market on OJ Simpson sports memorabilia. After his latest court battle that stuff should sell like hot cakes.
If it does come back, then we can all get our fill at the .0001 level if you missed it the first time.
It would be nice if we had a update dam CEO not a very friendly guy..wouldn't take much a little im working on it...
I am clueless, it's a pink and I didn't know they had to file anything. The SEC halted it? LEH becomes a penny stock over night, a multi billion dollar company turns into worthless paper and the they decide to halt TRKB?
No problem. I've given up on them as most have. We just keep it in our ports to joke about, and as a reminder of what can happen in the land of pinkies. Glty on this one, hopefully you all have a different experience than I
Thanks for the reply learning.... Guess we'll just have to sit tight and wait to see what happens. Fun, Fun...:( And good luck on that KGLJ; hopefully you can get out soon. Take it easy EOM
asiatraveler - I don't think the TRKB is on the Grey's yet or pinksheets.com would say it. Check out this quote of a stock on the Grey Sheets.
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=prol#getQuote
Now look at the TRKB quote.
http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=trkb#getQuote
Take Care,
Greg
Toy,
No expert, but was, am , going thru the same thing with KGLJ.
Got halted months ago, and now are on the grays, cant get any info or contact from the company. This has been going on for probably a year now. In their case, dont know if the same here, but they needed to file a new 15G with the SEC, and never did. After a halt, they need atleast one MM to take them on and agree to trade them, or else they stay on the grays.
Is there no way to come back once a stock has hit the grey? Does anybody else agree with asiatraveler on what will happen to TRKB? Thanks in advance...
Edit: Does anybody know any other stocks that have been halted and returned strong ? Once a stock is halted does it immediately go onto the grey amrket or does the company have to be really bad news to go there?
I wish also, but it is not going to happen. Parden the pun, but this is a dead horse that never got out of the gate. As of Sept. 16th, the stock is now listed on the grey market. Next step is deletion, sorry to say. For all the people putting hopes and words that the stock will trade again, STOP IT.
lets cross our fingers that after the 10 day period we can trade again
Ask Dr. Patrick Bryne and Deep Capture! I'm betting that short of some seriuos fraud, there is little reason to have halted this stock. And if there was fraud, there would have been indictments (or will be shortly) associated with the company directors.
what was the reason for this stock to stop trading?
But it's a pink, what is there to file??
are they applying to the sec or what?
It is. If they apply to have it overturned because of some error. Which the CEO said he was going to do. all the information is at pinksheets.com on trade halts causes etc..
Could this possibly start trading before the ten day halt is over?
Should be back up and running sooon at least the halt was not for a fraud investigation. But just a oversite call it a technocality..would be nice to hear from the CEO if someone could give him a email. I can't he said he was going to block my address last time I emailed him with a question..toodalooraleery...
Yes that is correct, hold is all we have for now. We shall see how it plays out, if we can get the 10 days reduced or have something instore for after the 10 days.
Rock on.
I didn't know we had any other choice but to hold.
Semipro11 where have you been, any comments with LTDI, you still holding or you flipped and moved on, because you can't trust anyone these days...Why dont you make comment over at LTDI Board.

I don't expect this one back, A real company would have prevented this in the first place, besides they haven't updated the press releases on their website since June
All those in at .0001 and out by .0006 BRAVO
All others T.S.
I was just about to post that here....Oh well....
I am reminded of Patrick Byrne again here....
In case you haven't heard of the conspiracy theory with naked short selling and how the SEC is involved, peruse this site. It's a really interesting (albeit long) place to catch up on NSS:
http://www.deepcapture.com/
we should see some sort of a press release this week to the effect of the company trying to resolve the issues asap imo. this is not a dead play.
John, It's good to see that you're making every effort to get the word out that the company is serious about resolving this issue. I appreciate your email response also. Please continue to keep us informed of any developments.
Thx,
BC
Still see a profit in the making on this one. D you really think the ceo posted on this board or is it some sort of fluffer.
i agree we will be great here when they can continue trading. big news should be on the way imo!
Thanks azco. Lets look on the bright side when TRKB trades again they will have so much news built up they can do a PR blitz:)
Greg
Very good information azco,
thank you for your input....JG.
FYI about SEC Trading Suspensions.
Let's hope it was just a filing issue and paperwork is completed and the stock starts trading again soon.
It may be a long shot, but I have not written it off yet.
Trading Suspensions!
When the SEC Suspends Trading in a Stock
The federal securities laws allow the SEC to suspend trading in any stock for up to ten trading days. This document answers some of the typical questions we receive from investors about trading suspensions.
When can the SEC suspend a stock from trading?
When it serves the public interest and will protect investors, the SEC may suspend trading. For instance, the SEC may act when public information about a company is not current, accurate, or adequate. The SEC has acted when serious questions arose about a company's assets, operations, or other financial information.
Why couldn't the SEC forewarn me that it was about to suspend trading before I bought the security in the first place?
The SEC cannot announce that it's working on a suspension. We conduct this work confidentially to maintain our effectiveness and to guard against the destruction of evidence if our work becomes widely known. Confidentiality also protects a company and its shareholders if the SEC ultimately decides not to issue a trading suspension. Mindful of the seriousness of suspensions, the SEC moves as quickly as possible when it considers a trading suspension.
What happens when the ten-day suspension period ends? Will the SEC issue a statement about the status of the company after the suspension has ended?
No. The SEC will not comment publicly on the status of a company when the ten-day suspension ends because the company may still have serious legal problems. For instance, the SEC may continue to investigate a company to determine whether it has defrauded investors. The public will not know if the SEC is continuing its investigation until the SEC publicly announces an enforcement action against the company.
Will trading automatically resume after ten days?
It depends on the market where the stock trades. Different rules apply in different markets.
For stocks that trade in the OTC or the over-the-counter market, trading does not automatically resume when a suspension ends. (The OTC market includes the Bulletin Board and the Pink Sheets.) Before trading can resume for OTC stocks, SEC regulations require a broker-dealer to review information about a company before publishing a quote. If a broker-dealer does not have confidence that a company's financial statements are current and accurate, especially in light of the questions raised by the SEC, then a broker-dealer may not publish a quote for the company's stock.
In contrast to OTC stocks, stocks that trade on an exchange or Nasdaq resume trading as soon as an SEC suspension ends.
If the suspended stock resumes trading, why is it trading at a much lower price?
The trading suspension may raise serious questions and cast doubts about the company in the minds of investors. While some investors may be willing to buy the company's stock, they will do so only at significantly lower prices.
Why would the SEC take such action when it knows it will hurt current shareholders?
Because a suspension often causes a dramatic decline in the price of the security, the SEC suspends trading only when it believes the public may be making investment decisions based on false or misleading information. Suspensions give notice to current and potential investors that we have serious concerns about a company. A suspension may prevent potential investors from being victimized by a fraud.
How can I find out if the stock will trade again after a suspension?
You can contact the broker-dealer who sold you the stock or a broker-dealer who quoted the stock before the suspension. Ask the broker-dealer if it intends to resume publishing a quote in the company's stock.
If there is no market to sell my security, what can I do with my shares?
If there is no market to trade the shares, they may be worthless. You may want to contact your financial or tax adviser to determine how to treat such a loss on your tax return.
usually you can sell down the road but it will open on the grey markets unless they update their filings
I dont thin youll be able to sell your shares again--IMO Unless a R/S Happens
This is as Ugly as it gets before getting booted off the eschange all together. How are my .0004's Looking now?
Thanks for the reassuring the other day---LOL
I think were all Screwed here...
Just glad I didnt bet the Farm here
No kidding if the CEO pulls this one out of hot water it would be saweett indeed.
If this truely is John D Samuel (the CEO of Trackbets), it would be very unusual for a CEO to post on a bulletin board, however I do recall asking your permission to post some non-insider information on this board a few weeks ago. So, maybe that is how/why you are posting on this board?
I sure hope you can restore investor confidence in the near future and that this halt really is just temporary.
Few pink stocks that get halted come back, so if you are successful, that will be a real boost for the stock and be seen very, very postive. Best of luck. Keep us posted.
Thanks
1. We were not aware of any potential SEC action, nor received a warning of any kind.
2. We are investigating the suspension order and expect to have a solution (necessary filings to reverse suspension) in the next few days.
3. We were identified by the original public trading entity American Environmental, which became Carnegie Cooke in 1999, which became TrackBets in 2001.
4. We will take every possible action to resume trading as soon as possible.
I am with you on that semipro
that in itself would be good news coming out of the gate. JG
i think we we will back to trading and all this will be resolved sometime in the near future imo. holding lots of shares here.

I just spoke to John Samuel CEO.
Very postive call imo.
They have increased the AS from 120m LY to currently at 2b.
O/S approx 1.2b
About 450m held by board members. Another 450m held in escrow and another 50m with a few individual private investors, so the float should be around 250m.
