TPT PR Frank has stated TPT has fulfilled it's obligation in this deal.

RNVAs silence seems to back that up. Unfortunate situ none the less.

Hmmm But yet RNVA execs offered up a Million extra shares for TPT to get the deal done by Jan 31st 2021. Back in December 9th Lagan stated that the company had applications submitted to financial assistance for RNVA operations, still haven't seen anything from Him since that statement was made public

I actually assume Execs are still working behind the scenes and for some positive news to come out shortly but are simply not ready unfortunately.

Concerning to read RNVA is the cause of the delays out of the TPT camp none the less.

September was suppose to be exciting too.

Unless the OS has been shorted on RNVA it appears that our divi has been reduced by some 200x per share with massive dilution from 1 million to 200 million and a stock price from $3 to .015

We shall see. A surprise would be only a 20x dilution but we are way beyond that IMO.

With INOQ at $2 a share, distribution will not be worth much to a Dividend play. most likely will sell down to .05 a share within 2 days after the dividend gets announced

There is no price or confirmed funds raised. We do not know what the prospectus was is or has been. I would suspect they raised a significant amount of capital. I'm just cant figure out who would give it to them based on Rennovas performance.

Well 3rd Q gone dilution was 120% 4th Q gone dilution a staggering 20x to 30x.

With each passing day the amount of INOQ diminishes.

The separation of 20 million spent by RNVA they now have diluted RNVAs shareholders by at least 20x and we are at the end of Q4.

So special. Down from $3 to 1.6 cents.
