I agree many MJ companies are over valued and a lot will fail. But after watching interview after interview with the CEO, he just keeps impressing me with his knowledge and business sense. I am a big believer in him and his ability to lead this company into prosperity. If he leaves, all bets are off. Watch some of his interviews to see what I mean. You too will come away feeling like this guy gets it in a way not many other CEO's leave you feeling.

At some point almost everyone agrees that the market is over valued, and long overdue for a correction. I prefer to save the remaining dry powder for if/when that happens.

TILT Holdings Enters Into New $10 Million Revolving Credit Facility

PHOENIX, July 23, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TILT Holdings Inc. (“TILT" or the “Company”) (CSE: TILT) (OTCQX: TLLTF), a global provider of cannabis business solutions that include inhalation technologies, cultivation, manufacturing, processing, brand development and retail, announced today that its subsidiary, Jupiter Research, LLC ("Jupiter"), has entered into a new two-year, $10 million asset-based revolving credit facility with Entrepreneur Growth Capital, LLC.

Borrowings under the new credit facility will bear interest at Prime plus 3.5% and will be secured by Jupiter’s inventory, accounts receivable and related property.

“Signing this new credit facility marks a first step in establishing a more normalized capital structure, and also reflects our ability to attain non-dilutive capital as a result of our improved profitability and cash flow generation,” said TILT CEO Gary Santo. “The facility comes with favorable terms for the cannabis industry and provides us with additional working capital to execute our growth initiatives. The timing is also key as our new cultivation capacity comes online and we take additional brand partners to market across Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Ohio.”

Jupiter’s existing senior and junior note creditors will subordinate their security interests in Jupiter’s inventory, accounts receivable and related property when the new facility closes; the existing note creditors will maintain the priority of their security interests in other Jupiter collateral. The new credit facility has a two-year initial term and will continue for successive one-year terms unless terminated by either party effective at the end of the then-current term. The loan terms provide for minimum monthly interest charges, and for borrowing base eligibility requirements, advance rates, fees, events of default and default interest rates that are common features in such facil

ities.

I only sold about 35%/40% of my TILT position in feb/march/april. I'll ride the rest of my shares thru the summer drawdowns.

I wasn't gonna ride thru another summer w/o raising cash levels. I finally smartened up:) Took me a couple of years to finally take advantage the re-occurring summer trend.

I'm hoping to buy a few back later this summer if I can get em cheap .30-.35 or lower. Still think we'll see $1.00++ here in the back half of the year or in 2022.

Otherwise I'll try to pick off other top holdings in the MSOS etf...GTI, TRUL, CURA, TER, CL at summer discounts.

I'm flexible & there's a ton of opportunity throughout the space. Plenty of horses to ride w/ 10X+ opportunities, imo.

Pretty darn close, unless there's a "MAJOR" catalyst one way or another(rare)...otherwise they're ALL higly correlated on a daily basis, regardless of individual fundamentals.

No Volume / No Liquidity thru the summer.

I don't make the rules or create the seasonal trends.

Just take what's given and do the best I can to navigate the space.

I'm happy to hold my position here, especially into the back half of 2021 & into 2022.

That assumes that every single stock in this sector will trade in lock-step regardless of whether the financials are worse or superior. I monitor all of the MJ ETFs and follow the trend, which currently sucks. Nevertheless, TILT should be trading higher than $0.50, but it is not, and I will not stick around to find out why.
