I THINK WE NEED TO GET THIS BOARD GOING ON A REGULAR BASIS-AFTER HOURS AND WEEKEND- I'M NOT "ALLOWED" TP POST LINKS TO IT, SO LET YOUR FRIENDS KNOW AND LET'S SEE IF WE CAN GET SOME CRITICAL MASS HERE
THERE'S NO JAIL IN THE LAW'S PART OF TIME- WE SETTLE THINGS THE OLD FASHIONED WAY- WITH 2X4S
I just wanted to come here for the sole purpose of letting you "The Law" know that it is indeed a fact that somewhere in the above statement there appears to be an unintentional, but perhaps meaningful, accumulation of letters that correctly includes several characters of the English alphabet attempting to form a concise term; however, it incorrectly includes a letter that is commonly mistaken for a number, or integer, digit, or concept of nothing.
The letters in question, henceforth referred to as the word (The Word) are comprised of a string of eleven characters which happen to begin and end with the correct character for the accurate, or intended spelling of the term that is typically used to describe something significant, or relevant, important, or consequential.
The proper composition of characters, or letters for the conventional spelling of The Word typically contains a string of letters divisible by two, when counted on a one for one basis with each character representing a singular unit.
It is my duty to present to you this meaningful collection of words that represent a written red-line for the statement mentioned earlier.
Cheers,
P.S. Congratulations on this wonderful board. It appears to be a nice reprieve from the abundance of whale poo on other boards (not to be specific or anything).
i appreciate all that you post and look forward to your facts to bad it goes on ears that do not want to hear that
I was put in ihub restriction"jail" for responding to posters that were just being obnoxious. So was down to one post a day. Not real jail. Lol. But no biggy thought I was restricted from every board but guess it's just the one. After a lot of lies I just started posting rebuttal and links. Nothing mean or crazy. But guess I did something wrong. Anywho I'll be out soon.
simba
how did you get to jail or is that not the right ? to ask

In 1976, a professor of economic history at the University of California, Berkeley published an essay outlining the fundamental laws of a force he perceived as humanity’s greatest existential threat: Stupidity.
Stupid people, Carlo M. Cipolla explained, share several identifying traits: they are abundant, they are irrational, and they cause problems for others without apparent benefit to themselves, thereby lowering society’s total well-being. There are no defenses against stupidity, argued the Italian-born professor, who died in 2000. The only way a society can avoid being crushed by the burden of its idiots is if the non-stupid work even harder to offset the losses of their stupid brethren.
Let’s take a look at Cipolla’s five basic laws of human stupidity:
Law 1: Always and inevitably everyone underestimates the number of stupid individuals in circulation.
No matter how many idiots you suspect yourself surrounded by, Cipolla wrote, you are invariably lowballing the total. This problem is compounded by biased assumptions that certain people are intelligent based on superficial factors like their job, education level, or other traits we believe to be exclusive of stupidity. They aren’t. Which takes us to:
Law 2: The probability that a certain person be stupid is independent of any other characteristic of that person.
Cipolla posits stupidity is a variable that remains constant across all populations. Every category one can imagine—gender, race, nationality, education level, income—possesses a fixed percentage of stupid people. There are stupid college professors. There are stupid people at Davos and at the UN General Assembly. There are stupid people in every nation on earth. How numerous are the stupid amongst us? It’s impossible to say. And any guess would almost certainly violate the first law, anyway.
Law 3. A stupid person is a person who causes losses to another person or to a group of persons while himself deriving no gain and even possibly incurring losses.
Cipolla called this one the Golden Law of stupidity. A stupid person, according to the economist, is one who causes problems for others without any clear benefit to himself.
The uncle unable to stop himself from posting fake news articles to Facebook? Stupid. The customer service representative who keeps you on the phone for an hour, hangs up on you twice, and somehow still manages to screw up your account? Stupid.
This law also introduces three other phenotypes that Cipolla says co-exist alongside stupidity. First there is the intelligent person, whose actions benefit both himself and others. Then there is the bandit, who benefits himself at others’ expense. And lastly there is the helpless person, whose actions enrich others at his own expense. Cipolla imagined the four types along a graph, like this:
a chart of ineffectual people from helpless people to bandits
Stupidity, graphed. Photo by Vincedevries on Wikimedia, licensed under CC-BY-SA 4.0
The non-stupid are a flawed and inconsistent bunch. Sometimes we act intelligently, sometimes we are selfish bandits, sometimes we act helplessly and are taken advantage of by others, and sometimes we’re a bit of both. The stupid, in comparison, are paragons of consistency, acting at all times with unyielding idiocy.
However, consistent stupidity is the only consistent thing about the stupid. This is what makes stupid people so dangerous. Cipolla explains:
Essentially stupid people are dangerous and damaging because reasonable people find it difficult to imagine and understand unreasonable behavior. An intelligent person may understand the logic of a bandit. The bandit’s actions follow a pattern of rationality: nasty rationality, if you like, but still rationality. The bandit wants a plus on his account. Since he is not intelligent enough to devise ways of obtaining the plus as well as providing you with a plus, he will produce his plus by causing a minus to appear on your account. All this is bad, but it is rational and if you are rational you can predict it. You can foresee a bandit’s actions, his nasty maneuvres and ugly aspirations and often can build up your defenses.
With a stupid person all this is absolutely impossible as explained by the Third Basic Law. A stupid creature will harass you for no reason, for no advantage, without any plan or scheme and at the most improbable times and places. You have no rational way of telling if and when and how and why the stupid creature attacks. When confronted with a stupid individual you are completely at his mercy.
All of which leads us to:
Law 4: Non-stupid people always underestimate the damaging power of stupid individuals. In particular non-stupid people constantly forget that at all times and places and under any circumstances to deal and/or associate with stupid people always turns out to be a costly mistake.
We underestimate the stupid, and we do so at our own peril. This brings us to the fifth and final law:
Law 5: A stupid person is the most dangerous type of person.
And its corollary:
A stupid person is more dangerous than a bandit.
We can do nothing about the stupid. The difference between societies that collapse under the weight of their stupid citizens and those who transcend them are the makeup of the non-stupid. Those progressing in spite of their stupid possess a high proportion of people acting intelligently, those who counterbalance the stupid’s losses by bringing about gains for themselves and their fellows.
Declining societies have the same percentage of stupid people as successful ones. But they also have high percentages of helpless people and, Cipolla writes, “an alarming proliferation of the bandits with overtones of stupidity.”
“Such change in the composition of the non-stupid population inevitably strengthens the destructive power of the [stupid] fraction and makes decline a certainty,” Cipolla concludes. “And the country goes to Hell.”
Corinne Purtill writes about culture, behavioral science, and management. Based at various times in Washington, D.C., Phnom Penh, New York, and London, she has written about everything from terrorism to the search for the Loch Ness Monster.

How did I miss the date 1/4? Didn't remember ever reading or seeing it. Look forward to the update!
Needs to be updated/a few clarifications- Hopefully will find some time over next week or two
Awesome read Law, thanks for giving us a glimpse inside your mind, crazy or not is for each to decide.
OUR Azuca TiME Infusion technology just hit Canada in its first product! https://okanaganz.com/oz/reviews/quick-gummies-by-wana/
Not a bad strategy- pretty choppy waters out there these days. I've cut down my positions to 5 or 6 and built a nice little cash reserve so that I can be Like Jack (nimble, that is)
Since I'm a better follower than a trader, been pulling back my principal lately, so I don't hate myself in the morning. yo ho!
LOL- was actually a fairly GREEN Friday across pennyland - no major carnage that I saw
Gentlemen....cover your bets ;-]]

Thank you Friend- mamma EMZ needs a new pair of shoes!
I Truly wish you great success with this play Law!!
$10.01, but it was just a starter ad since it's going to be a long term hold, I expect to average UP over time
Very nice. Depending on when you got in, looks like you're already doing well. Sometimes boring is GOOD.
Those who see the shift and are AGILE/willing to go with the flow will survive and THRIVE when it (the OTC BB) comes back into Choo-Choo Mode- which it will- we just don't know if that's weeks' or months' away. In the meantime, we shift and shuffle/float like a butterfly- for me, that means taking a nice long term starter position in BOWX earlier this am. I bit "boring" by my regular standards, but since it involves WeWork, always a chance for FIREWORKS!
Great post as usual Law. I was lucky enough to get into the OTC late last Summer and experienced the parabolic craziness. Even as a newbie, I felt a shift happen in February and took appropriate action.
I've been watching since and feel the OTC has completely shifted and must be played accordingly moving forward. From what I can gather from Ihub and Twitter, sounds like this tough OTC is more like it used to be - The Norm. You'd be able to confirm whether that's true or not since you've been hanging out in the swamps for so long. LOL
I'll be playing differently than I have moving forward. I wish everyone good luck, except those Scummy bashers who have No Shame!
I just responded to a PM as follows:
Many of the Tickers that are now dipping will never recover. Newbie Traders are about to learn that it's not so easy to survive in Penny Land long term. The last 6 months on the OTCBB have been like when the Blackjack Table has a "Run", the dealer keeps busting, and when they don't you hit 21 every time you double down- but then the Tide and "Table Turns" and next thing you know your stacks are gone and you're reaching in your pocket.
Place all bets VERY CAEFULLY when you are betting into a turning Tide!
Ahoy matey!! Nice reality reminder , great for when I've been yo,ho,hoing and had too much koolaid. ;-]]
and that scenario has not changed in the stock world regardless of the time in history
HEY MC- PENNYLAND MEANS NEVER HAVING TO SAY YOU'RE SORRY!! PEOPLE FOGET THERE ARE REAL PEOPLE WITH REAL EMOTIONS BEHIND THESE POSTS- I DON'T- I ALWAYS KEP THAT IN MIND- THAT'S WHY THE BASHERS, TRUE "PUMPERS" AND GROUPS TRIGGER ME - THEY ARE ALL TRYING TO FUCK THE UNINFORMED/INEXPERIENCED, AND GIVEN ENOUGH TIME THEY WILL EVENTUALLY SUCCEED. I HAVE CNBC ON FROM 4:30 AM UNTIL 5:30 PM MOST DAYS- THEY GO "NUTS" OVER 1 YEAR 50%-75% RETURNS- WE SOMETIMES DO THAT IN 20 MINUTES HERE IN PENNYLAND, AND AS YOU KNOW, SOMETIMES TRIPLE AND MORE DIGIT RETURNS IN DAYS OR WEEKS- SUCH GREAT "REWARDS" COME WITH CORRESPONDING GREAT RISK- IGNORINGING THEM OR "PRETENDING" THEY DON;T EXIXT IS A SURE BET TO A ONE-WAT TICKET OUT OF PENNYLAND
Good morning Law I want to apologize if my post came across a little to much like a PUMP or if I touched on a subject that is taboo. With everything going on I get a little worked up like many of us from time to time. I do believe in ENZC and that it is something special But whether that is true is still to be seen. I have learned quite a lot from you and enjoy and respect your post. I have to say I enjoy the battle down here in Penny Land crazy as that may sound. I mean this in a kind way learning from others mistakes is a blessing that many miss and I try to capitalize on them. Anyway it's a new day let's see what's instore for us , why not I'm up anyway. GLTA
Yeppers- glad you survived- I know too many that have lost marriages, houses and even worse, their health because of greed and pipe dreams in the mean streets of Pennyland.
i learned the hard way back in 04 had a stock that made me a millionaire on paper and I drank the koolaid and had all my shares sent to me in paper so that I could hold on to them and by the time I got the paper about 4 months had past and the stock was diving and it went to the point no one would buy and there was no one trading it and I almost quit my job glad I did not.
However it took me 5 years to pay to recover my initial and I did that by getting two other jobs.
I dabbled in stock off and on for 10 years and changed my thinking to make sure I married no stock then after loosing about 250K I gave up on stock and just resided to retiring
It's a shame- I fully get how highly suspect anonymous forums are, and the motives of its posters/participants, but I really do try and "Educate, Enlighten and/or Entertain". I lost several hundred thousand dollars over a 3 or 4 year period "learning the hard way", by buying and holding every major scam/play that existed, and watched them all implode in due course at some point. It's human nature- folks need to see and learn for themselves. Once again, as a reminder, here's a VISUAL of $225K worth of losses:
$125K Loss:
$100K Loss
really enjoy your post and how fast we forget there is no rules set in stone on the OTC the concept of I have never sold one share may come back and bite one even if it is a great stock
I would also mention that "Long" in Pennyland can often be measured in hours or days, sometimes weeks/months, but certainly rarely "years", unless one is a stuck pig/bag holder!
FYI, my Response to Brian which I can't post on the other board due to 1 post restriction:
Sorry I can't respond publicly but I am limited to one post a day on ENZC. Find a post where I "cry about MM Manipulation"- If I mention it, I do so as a fact of life in Pennyland. Also, go back and read my posts on ENZC from day 1- I have made it clear that I always maintain a core position, and a trading position, and I have been in and out of my trading position 3 or 4 times so far- after 32 years in the swamps of pennyland, it'd the approach that works for me. Every OTCB Ticker has it's "too the moon" ,"life changer", "zip code change", "once in a lifetime", $1 coming hyper posters- again, just a fact of life in pennyland, and mostly noise, as are the bashers who are obviously not here for "altruistic" reasons to "save us from ourselves". The most important lesson one must learn is penny land is to NEVER DRINK THE COOL AIDE- look at my "the laws board"- I have posted 2 great examples there- my $125K TPWR Hat and my $100K OTOW Debit Card- I drank the cool aide on both of those, and although they didn't kill me, they certainly did a number n my stomach at the time, LOL. If you're "tired" already, maybe you should consider index funds- and I don't mean that in a dismissive way- I mean that his game is not for the weak of heart or stomach, and the last few months' of "everyone winning" has been a aberration- the reality of the brutality of pennyland is starting to settle in, and anyone who wants to play in this dirty sandbox long term has to learn the game and the rules (which are pretty much made up as we go along). I've "met" many a fine and upstanding persons on this forum over the last 11 year, and on Raging Bull before that. Alas, the great majority of them have faded away and out of the game. Beginner's luck runs thin on Pennyland very quickly.
As to ENZC, whether they have the "cure for all" that is being touted or not is yet to be seen. A brief review of some of the bigger/similar claims over the last decade on the OTCBB will reveal a very poor batting average for companies making such claims. That's why I always stress- "BET WITH YOUR HEAD, NOT OVER OT"- WE AR EGAMBLING HERE, NOT "INVESTNG".
AS ALWAYS, PEACE, BEST OF LUCK IN ENZC AND ALL THAT YOU DO, AND HAPPY TRADING!
MC
I have to agree but it is a crying shame that they can post all the negative to make sure the stock price goes down and then get the cheap shares and make money both ways. So if one was to own stock and knew that it was going to go down how would a person sell short on the stock there has to be a way to make $$$ either going up or going down I know that shorting your own shares is not naked shorting but I would think that many know how to do that and make bank either way
good I like to understand that I am not the only one that sees that some group/s are methodically taking down the price to buy as many as they can at a lower price and screw every one that is trying to make a coin
MC I can not believe how many people are into getting the SP on ENZC down and it is ugly I have a mind set that I will hold till I hit a double and hopefully there will still be people that want to buy my shares
Both and a whole lot more!!
is this board to complain about stocks we are in or to
find solace in our mistakes?
They do these articles every few years- I always think, "Oh, this will get someone's attention/change things"- 30 years later, nothing has really changed!
