LEH down A LOT. :)
Cha-Ching remember our WRLD and LEH shorts? Both looking primed again.
Link back.
Weasely good times.
Do your own DD. Everything I say is IN MY OPINION!
Lookin good BD! Chart Below:
BDSI 2.95 on radar for another dip.
CHDX 23.47 finishing a nice consolidation pattern, support at 23 has been tested. Watching today to see if it breaks support. Some of the indicators are bearish.
BRLC .76 fast stoch crossed back to the negative and it failed to break from support. I am painting this more as an undecided watching an oversold on a 4 day MA. I like a support of .74 for this and imo it should get tested again today, if it breaks will need to re-evaluate.
BIG 30.66 hell of a gapper yest. Still in the power zone but will fill the gap when it settles down imo. Discount stores are IN PLAY imo. (duh – no brainer there huh?)
DCGN 1.25 Catching support and looking to turn. 1.42 resistance for a flip point imo then keep some to see where it goes.
NURO 2.13 Can’t quite give it morning start status but went .01 under support of 2.10 with indicators looking bearish. Breaks 2.108 (lower BB) then it could be heading south, gets above 2.163 (my 4 day MA line) after the morning open then I will look for support to hold… this time.
NTN .44
IAR 3.90
AKRX 4.91
SVLF 2.17 looking for this to be a bottom bouncer again (2.05?)
Short week this week and today is Friday, could be a pretty dry day but we'll see.
Hey Ace...You still Alive man??? (:
Didn't keep it on my list. Missed out on it Weazel! Nice white candle though. Putting it back on my list. Cheers! Playin with NCC and a few others.

I just like the hammer on this one. Nothing major looking and far from being in the power zone. We'll see what happens into next week.
These are only posted from a TA stand point, I may see things VERY differently than the next crosseyed bandit so make sure you do your own DD. There are a few law suits here and there and everywhere also. Not much longer and the summer slowdown will begin but with so many bargains out there it will be a hot summer imo.
Good luck.
Nice call on FMD boodog. (: up 31% today!

Looking to see just how much of a dip this gets. I expect it to drop but picking the bottom on these can be very tricky. I look for this to recover short term. July 31st is the deadline.
Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standa
Item 3.01. Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On May 15, 2008, we received a Nasdaq Staff Determination Letter stating that we are not in compliance with Nasdaq Marketplace Rule 4310(c)(14) because we did not timely file our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
As previously disclosed in our Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 filed on February 12, 2008, we failed to timely file our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended December 31, 2007 in order to, among other things, evaluate our accounting treatment related to our tooling deposits and to evaluate the repurchase of a large number of our LCD TVs already sold through our distributors in China. Our ongoing evaluation of these transactions is the primary reason for our failure to timely file our March Form 10-Q, and we are unable to estimate the amounts at issue.
On May 6, 2008, the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel granted our request for continued listing on The Nasdaq Stock Market, notwithstanding the delay in the filing of our December Form 10-Q. In accordance with the Panel's decision, among other things, we are required to file the December Form 10-Q by July 31, 2008 and during this period, our securities will remain listed on The Nasdaq Global Market.
The Nasdaq letter invited us to present additional information to the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel regarding the March Form 10-Q filing delay no later than May 22, 2008. We are preparing additional information pursuant to this request and expect that our shares will continue to be listed on The Nasdaq Global Market during this process. However, there can be no assurance that the Listing Qualifications Panel will grant our request for continued listing.
A copy of the press release disclosing our receipt of the Nasdaq Staff Determination Letter is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

Nexicon, Inc. is going after internet pirates, people who download movies, music, and software online illegally, with their http://www.GetAmnesty.com program. GetAmnesty.com Helps Copyright Holders to Recoup Lost Revenues Due to Piracy
Nexicon Inc. has launched its new Anti-Piracy initiative: GetAmnesty.com.
GetAmnesty.com uses Nexicon's advance peer to peer file sharing intelligence to bill illegal down loaders for titles they hold on their computers. The system allows the pirates the chance to come clean for a marginal price to avoid prosecution in the future from the specific rights holders.
Nexicon's GetAmnesty(TM) Anti-Piracy Enforcement Program is the most comprehensive solution to digital piracy available today. The Program arms copyright owners with specific, accurate and extremely useful information about infringers and their content preferences, and equips copyright owners to convert infringers into paying customers. The GetAmnesty(TM) Program enables copyright owners to identify violators with precision, document specific copyright infringements perpetrated by the same infringer, and obtain compensation efficiently and cost effectively. GetAmnesty(TM) is the next generation of anti-piracy technology because it not only provides much more information for enforcement purposes, but also enables content owners to derive significant incremental revenue from their anti-piracy programs, recasting anti-piracy as a revenue enhancer, rather than as an expense.
Nexicon developed the GetAmnesty(TM) Program at the suggestion of a major copyright owner trade association. The program is the result of an evolution of enforcement techniques in the field of digital copyright protection. It combines unprecedented intelligence gathering and data manipulation tools using the most flexible and highly evolved search and data mining functionality available today. The entire Program provides an unrivalled means for identifying and documenting copyright violations. The Program offers significant and distinct advantages over existing anti-piracy methods. It identifies many more of an infringer's activity. It also has an extremely low rate of "false positives" -- avoiding potentially embarrassing situations in which a user is incorrectly identified as having violated copyright laws. The Program thereby reduces copyright owners' costs in targeting digital pirates, as fewer resources are wasted on mistakenly prosecuting legitimate users.
Nexicon Inc. delivers next-generation products and services for intellectual property security, business intelligence, network monitoring, unified threat management, and billing support systems (BSS). All of these enhance our client's capabilities to provide information services, content delivery and transaction management, which use streamlined and secure solutions. Nexicon is empowered to deliver global impact with localized customization. To do this we combine development efforts between our engineers located at our facility in Bergen, Norway, as well as the facilities located in the United States.
The Charon Billing System serves as the adaptable, available, and scalable nexus of Nexicon's powerful core technology platform, and it delivers efficient and effective solutions to customers worldwide. Nexicon constantly strives to be a market leader who drives innovation, delivers value and forges strategic partnerships. Currently Nexicon's solutions are successfully meeting their missions within the operations of various anti-piracy organizations, telecommunication service providers and the US Government.

Thornburg shares fall as shareholders urged to vote in favor of stock dilution plan
NEW YORK (AP) -- Shares of Thornburg Mortgage Inc. fell Tuesday, a day after the jumbo mortgage lender and investor urged its shareholders to pass a plan to increase the number of shares it can sell in an effort to remain in business.
Thornburg shares fell 6 cents, or 5.3 percent, to $1.07. Shares have traded between 69 cents and $28.23 during the past year.
Thornburg's board of directors is asking its shareholders to approve a plan that would increase the number of shares of stock in the company to 4 billion from 500 million and modify the terms of preferred stock outstanding, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The approval of those two amendments would complete requirements Thornburg needs to complete a financing deal with private equity firm MatlinPatterson.
Completing the financing deal is essential to Thornburg remaining in business.
Both votes require a two-thirds majority to pass.
MatlinPatterson would receive $1.35 billion in senior subordinated secured notes and an option to purchase common stock for 1 cent per share as part of the financing arrangement.
Current shareholders holdings would be diluted by 90 percent under the terms of the deal.
Deterioration in the mortgage and credit markets has significantly hindered Thornburg's ability to operate since August.
In August, Thornburg was faced with margin calls -- demands by lenders that required Thornburg to provide more collateral for financing lines -- in the wake of sharp declines in the value of mortgage holdings. Thornburg was able to meet those margin calls, but faced additional calls throughout the first quarter of 2008.
By March 6, Thornburg had faced $1.8 billion in margin calls in 2008, but was only able to meet about $1.2 billion of the requests. That has led it to try and negotiate new terms on its financing lines, as it looks to raise new capital to pay off the calls and have enough cash to continue operating.

FMD
Should You Hold First Marblehead?
By Katrina Chan April 28, 2008
20
Recommendations
If you have a weak stomach, you may not want to look at First Marblehead's (NYSE: FMD) stock chart -- the company's stock is down about 90% from a year ago. The private student loan company has not fared well amid the credit crisis, and its loan guarantor filed for bankruptcy a few weeks ago.
Yet not all investors are jumping ship from this company. Earlier this month on our Inside Value First Marblehead discussion board (free trial or subscription required), aitraders listed seven reasons to hold this company:
There is still value in the residuals. Changing, debatable, perhaps eventually even worthless, but until 'eventually' becomes 'is', I am committed to this investment as long as the FMD officers still have a job.
FMD has 35% insider ownership.
Goldman Sachs (NYSE: GS) has committed to investing a bunch of money centered around the theory of an $11-$15 per share value. Stupid? maybe. But a done deal just the same.
Despite all of the news, we have heard practically nothing from the FMD officers about the current situation. They are playing their cards close to the vest. IMO, trying to prevent irrational overreaction to their next moves while they themselves decide what those may be.
The market is thinning out. If FMD should survive, there will be fewer players. I like their solitary commitment to student lending in contrast to University Systems, other Investors, that move on to find better value elsewhere. They, like SLM (NYSE: SLM), have a solitary objective, and that is to succeed in the student lending market. And one thing is very clear to me-private lending for student loans will continue to be necessary, whether FMD does it or a new structure emerges.
It still doesn't appear that banks want to keep these types of loans on their balance sheets and it appears that the business, or art, of securitisations in general is not dead, it is just going through a structural reevaluation and readjustment.
Lastly, but most importantly, I am well diversified thanks to other TMF Inside Value recommendations and this is not the biggest position in my portfolio. I do not need this money in the next 36 months and can afford to be patient, even take the loss as much as it may hurt. ...
FMD is an opportunity to deepen one's understanding of the student loan market (due diligence) and come to one's own conclusion if there is still value in this play. No one else can recommend or [dissuade] from this investment now -- as mentioned above, almost all are now on the sidelines waiting for the next conference call.
Or one can simply move on to greener pastures.
But until the next FMD conference call, and without another guarantor for the securities, all values are exercises in theoretical evaluations and not practical for further investing purposes.
Welcome to the twilight zone. That's my proverbial 2 cents and is only one investor's opinion. I hope this has helped you get a better picture.

Law Offices of Howard G. Smith Announces Investigation on Behalf of Current and Former Employees of The First Marblehead Corporation Who Invested in The First Marblehead Corporation Retirement Savings Plan.
Law Offices of Howard G. Smith announces that it is investigating claims against The First Marblehead Corporation ("First Marblehead" or the "Company") (NYSE: FMD) concerning whether the Company's retirement savings plan (the "Plan") imprudently invested in First Marblehead stock and whether the Plan's administrators breached their fiduciary duties to the Plan's participants in violation of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974.
The investigation concerns whether First Marblehead and other administrators of the Plan failed to prudently and loyally manage the Plan's investments in First Marblehead stock by continuing to offer Company stock when the stock was no longer a prudent investment for participants' retirement savings.

LOL...Ace. Sounds crazy.
Have a good weekend bro...I'm going to sleep now.
Good night!
Some luck...Some not.
That was the point I stopped believing everything I read. The day they got approval I was at the dentist so I got out at .085 instead of higher. I had about a $750 worth in the begging...to this day...I still have not had as much trouble filling orders. That was a crazy day.
Yeah..Someone recently told me trading was a lot different back in the 90's up to 2003ish.....a lot more penny stocks going crazy..Big board stocks traded a lot differently. I guess you just have to change your strategys with the market...If you can't do that then you will not survive...
How much did you have in XKEM? What was it beginners luck? LOL
