Email story | Discuss on ZenoBank | View more ads LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/18/10 -- Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) -- In an effort to move into the new year and toward the 2011 beverage season, Hall of Fame Beverages announces several corporate moves that shareholders can expect to see in the coming weeks and months. The company has started the paperwork and procedures with its securities attorney and accounting firm to move HFBG up from the Pink Sheets to the OTCQX.
With this move, the company will have in place an extremely qualified and highly experienced list of officers for 2011 to be announced.
As the company prepares itself for the new year, CEO Steve Hendricks would like to announce to all of the company's shareholders there will not be a reverse split in 2011. Hendricks says, "Many shareholders have expressed concern that the company made it clear there would be no such move in 2010, but felt the New Year would bring an immediate reverse split. This is not true and we expressed that not only was there no reverse split planned for 2010, but such a move was not even in the plans, and we'll honor the latter by stating there will be no reverse split in 2011."
As per legal advice, Hall of Fame Beverages has filed for dissolution with the Secretary of State in Nevada and has made a domicile move to the state of Delaware.
The company is continuing a theme of everything being new in 2011, and in that direction, Hall of Fame will be working with The Stock House Group to improve its current website. A new design will be implemented to go along with the new product, Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea, the new distributors, the new OTCQX platform, the new Grand Ma Ma's animated television advertising campaign, and many other new changes to be reported soon.
Hall of Fame's Distribution is progressing and announcements will be made as they are completed.
Please direct all questions to the company's investment relations firm, The Stock House Group. The email is investors@thestockhousegroup.com; please include HFBG in the subject line.

Hall of Fame Beverages Expands Distribution and Animates Grand Ma Ma
9:45a ET August 31, 2010 (Market Wire)
Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) CEO Steve Hendricks announces the shipment of Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea is on its way to New York. Elmira Distribution in Elmira, New York will soon be receiving two container trucks of the company's product. Each container carries 2100 cases of tea.
In addition, Hendricks announces Specialty Foods Group in Long Island, New York, will be responsible for servicing all of Hall of Fame's products in 7-Eleven stores, King Kullen Supermarkets, Waldbaums Supermarkets, Safeway Stores, and Key Foods stores among other accounts on Long Island. Specialty Foods Group will be receiving more than 2100 cases of the company's product.
Steve Hendricks and Louis Restivo are feverishly placing the product in the distribution network between Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, including the Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Altoona, and Erie markets. The company will be using L A May Distributing in Central Pennsylvania and Larry Myers will be receiving more than 2100 cases of the product to put on shelves immediately upon arrival.
Hendricks and Restivo are developing the entire New England area, New Jersey and the Mid-Atlantic states. Hendricks says he's ready to get products on the shelves immediately: "We are working hard to put this product in every state, and I am structuring this company to go national." Restivo added, "I will be there every step of the way, and we will brand this product nationally."
Both Hendricks and Restivo said the demand for Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea has pushed the company to make the decision that the tea will be the company's main focus in the months to come. A new flavor of tea, Sweet Summer Peach, is already being readied for production. More than 300,000 bottles of the Sweet Summer Peach, an all natural, black tea, have been ordered and are ready for production in the company's second production run of the tea brands.
Atomic Dogg Super Soda will be produced when the company meets the demand for the tea. Former NBA player, and the man behind the character Grand Ma Ma, Larry Johnson said, "The tea is in demand right now and it's a ready-made marketing campaign, so it makes sense to focus on our strength right now."
Johnson and company executives are currently meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada, to finalize a deal with a major casino chain that has casinos in Las Vegas and many other areas around the country to carry the sweet tea products. Pricing and a marketing campaign are being negotiated before the casino takes the product. Johnson said, "Grand Ma Ma's Sweet Southern Tea is a natural fit in Las Vegas. This is where I got my start, and I came back here to get my degree and stayed, so I would love to make this work in Vegas."
The company also announces that it has paid Slappy Studios to put together an animated television commercial campaign featuring Grand Ma Ma. Slappy Studios worked on the Transformer films, and will be animating Grand Ma Ma in a 30-second television commercial that will air on ESPN, MTV, and BET, among other major networks. The studio has developed the animated commercial and is currently working to finish the project. Larry Johnson will be in Los Angeles, California, later this week to do the voice work for his Grand Ma Ma character. Johnson has done work with Coca-Cola, McDonald's, And1, Converse and many other brands and helped to generate hundreds of millions of dollars in sales revenue.

ULTIMATE HFBG DD:
COMPANY INFORMATION
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/HFBG/company-info
1) We saw from Megadeth, that is one person who is a SubDistributor that he has sold out of the 50 cases he had in one week! OF ONE PRODUCT!!! and getting more this week. So he pays about $24/case which goes to the company.
We have currently 9 products to sell on the market, we have heard that there are currently 5 selling now and the remainder in the next two weeks. (WAITING ON THE COMPANY TO PR AND CONFIRM WHAT WE HAVE HEARD).
a) A.N.D. (ORGANIC) Anti-Oxidant Nutritional Drinks in 4 Flavors.
b) A.N.D. Energy Drink (not sure how many flavors)
c) Atomic Dogg Energy Drink
d) Atomic Dogg Super Soda
e) Granmama's Iced Tea
So that is 50 cases x $24/case for one single subdistributor = $1,200 in one week, times 4 weeks = $4,800 income to the company from ONE SINGLE SUBDISTRIBUTOR! No read the following! It gets even more exciting!
In addition and even better, there is a guy in PA who is selling to 40 stores at about 65 cases per month per store is his best average guess. That equates to 2600 cases/month in the PA area alone!
$24 x 2600 = $62,400 by that one subdistributor per month!
Now factor in that according to what I have learned and we have between 10 to 20 SubDistributors signed up that are already selling! That is not the main distribution channels!!! So these numbers can't touch what will be selling through the main distribution channels.
Lets go low ball scenario - 10 Subdistributors selling 50 cases per month on average and they each have 10 locations each, that would be 5,000 cases per month for them which equates to $120,000. But we have more than that right now selling. This is great news, and once the CE comes off, the company will probably be giving us those updates as to their current operations.
So add the PA guy subditributor with the 10 other subdistributors and you have a nice train working here.
PA SubDistributor @ $64k, other subdistributors @ $120k equates to about $184k subdistributors per month. This is not the main channel distributors!
2) Megadeth also said he is getting the new product soon so he will get pictures of that as well in the bottles!
3) Megadeth and I are hooking up today (Sunday 6/13/2010) and I will give him two bottle of the A.N.D. prodcut so that he can take picks and show poeple this is real! And the A.N.D. product is already out there selling.
4) We have so many good things that have been happening that it is hard not to get excited.
A) ATOMIC DOGG already on the shelves and selling (confirmed)
B) A.N.D. products supposedly already selling (unconfirmed)

H) HFBG returned 426M shares to treasury
http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=32827
Current A/S 2.67B
Current O/S 1.292B
"On 3/1/2010, 426,850,125 shares were returned to Treasury upon the resignation of previous officers."
I) HFBG sold 296M shares back into the O/S to Protege for Capital for production
3/08/2010 Protégé-Debt Con. .00025 96,600,000
3/16/2010 Protégé-Debt Con. .00066 100,000,000
3/19/2010 Protégé-Debt Con .001 100,000,
Shares issued to Protégé-Debt Con were issued per debt purchase agreements, per the agreement the debt was converted and the above mentioned shares were issued.
J) HFBG new estimate of float is about 911.5M
The A/S at the time was 1.47B, the O/S 1,272,391,050, then they returned to the Treasury, 426M this past March reducing the O/S to 845,540,925.
The 100M to Roy Sahachaisere (Investor Relations) is restricted for one (1) year from date of receipt, which is this past February to next February, 2011.
They then sold 296M to Protégé-Debt Con. to sell on three different time in March which brought the O/S back up to 1,141,540,925.
The FLOAT becomes 1,141,540,925.
If we take out the 100M for Roy, and the difference between the returned shares 426-296 = 130M
We add Roy's (100M) and the balance of returned shares (130M) to reduce the O/S by 230M and the FLOAT becomes 911,540,925.
Estimated FLOAT is now 911.5M
K) HFBG has REPORTED SALES via the Quarterly Report already with a profit of $12k and has not even PRd that they had product on the shelves and selling. This is huge!
Gross Sales $14,582
Gross Profit $12,929
Cash, end of quarter $ 10,516
L) The 2 Year Monthly Chart shows a GAP Down from $0.25 to $0.002. So we have a good chance of getting into the .01 to .05 range quickly IMHO.
http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=HFBG&p=M&yr=2&mn=0&dy=0&id=p24926853385&a=202239633&listNum=1
M) The SEC website is showing Fails to Deliver (FTDs) as to the first two weeks in May, the second half of May has not been reported yet.
Current Data
20100505|406089201|HFBG|755642|Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. C|.
Download the Current Fails-to-Deliver Data
http://www.sec.gov/foia/docs/failsdata.htm
Report for the first half of May 2010
So we do not know if there are more shares short or if they have been covered. I suspect not, but you never know.
FTD's are required by the SEC Rules and Regulations to be covered.
"if the fail to deliver position is not closed out in the requisite time period, a participant of a registered clearing agency or any broker-dealer for which it clears transactions is prohibited from effecting further short sales in the particular specified security without borrowing, or entering into a bona-fide arrangement to borrow, the security until the fail to deliver position is closed out"
Sounds pretty straight forward to me on that note!
N) So let's take a look at LCRE.
LCRE has 10B A/S, and O/S of 9B. Their current pps=.0005, but they just did a run up to .0012 on 6/7.
That LCRE at either 8.5 times 7.1 times the number of HFBG shares A/S and 10 times the O/S. If they can hit .0012, what can we hit from .0009?
How high do you think this stock could get you based on that information? .01, .05. .10??? Good question.
N) Resistance Points going forward for HFBG
.0023, .0035, .004, .005, .007, .01, .011, .02, .03, .04, (bigger resistance at .05), then this is where the stock could move up quickly because of the huge gaps down, jump to .08, then .10, then .15, if it were to break the .15, then the next stop is the .25. Any questions? LOL!
O) This is the current LEVEL II as of Sunday 6/13/2010
[img]
http://investorshub.advfn.com/uimage/uploads/2010/6/13/rpdoeHFBG_Level_II_Sunday_6-13-10_2-07_PM.JPG[/img]
As you can see we have:
1 @ .0008
2 @ .0009
Then we jump to .002. That is a huge statement.
Come tomorrow this will all change and there will also be people selling between .001 and .002 for quick flips so expect it. But those who are lucky enough to get in at .0008 to .0011 will be the bread winners.
With the amount of information and the direction the company is working towards, there is a lot of upside potential.
I recommend that everyone do their own DD and be prepared to the negative postings of old news and old history to scare you new investors. Make your own decisions and do not get hasty in jumping in or out.
Thank you and Good Luck to everyone.

HFBG NEWS,
It's Full Steam Ahead for Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc.
LOS ANGELES, CA, May 05, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Hall of Fame Beverages (PINKSHEETS: HFBG) is excited to announce that the Company has secured funding necessary to commence production of its flagship products. The Company would like to emphasize that the funding was not secured from the sale of Hall of Fame Beverages stock. The Company expects to begin the production of Grandmama's Sweet Southern Tea(TM) as well as the repackaged Atomic Dogg Super Soda(TM) in mid-May. Although Atomic Dogg will have a new look, it will feature its established award winning flavor and formulation. The initial production will conclude just in time to capture the lucrative peak summer selling season allowing the Company to take advantage of the increased revenues. Upon completion of the production run, the products will immediately be shipped to the Company's established distribution channels.
"We are very excited about the accelerated progress for 2010. It has been a long road thus far, but all the hard work is beginning to pay off. Although our initial schedule was to produce only A.N.D. in May, because of increased demand, we feel it is necessary to facilitate the production of all the core brands including Grandmama's Sweet Southern Tea and Atomic Dogg Super Soda. We intend to complete the three production runs in the same month. Big things are ahead of us. This is only the first step in a long and rewarding journey," states Larry Twombly, Hall of Fame Beverages CEO.
The initial run of the A.N.D. products are on schedule to be produced mid-May and will be shipped to the North East region for immediate distribution. The Company is currently working to secure additional funding that would be utilized in additional productions that would allow for an earlier West Coast launch than was previously discussed. The Company will continue to keep the shareholders informed as it proceeds and progresses with many future developments.
It has come to the Company's attention that some confusion among the shareholders exists concerning the relationship between Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. and Party Dogg Llc. Party Dogg Llc is a broker and marketing company that was established to aid in the relationships between Hall of Fame Beverages and other distribution sources. Party Dogg Llc does not have ownership in any of the Hall of Fame Beverages products. They are purely a facilitator.
We welcome the relationship between Party Dogg Llc and Hall of Fame Beverages and feel this will enhance our business efforts with a long term association.
