Good observation, maybe that’s when the insiders need to pump and dump so they can go on there next vacation during their summer break. Guess we are due for the 2023 spike over the next few months.

That long time during bitcoin tank..they still own ttm Ethereum ! Now bitcoin start recovery ....They can come back any time.

Why would they not continue to mine ethereum? It's been on a bull run for a few months now.

They do own the equipment but they no longer own Ethereum. The company announced they will no longer mine any type of cryptocurrency and they are looking to sell their equipment or use the equipment for something other than crypto mining.

They still own TTM Digital Assets & Technologies! Ethereum

They sold all their Ethereum and no longer have plans to mine any type of cryptocurrency. However, they are looking to sell their GPUs or use them in other ways for revenue production.

Sysx has ostendo shares in hand....is the deal go through? I notice shares structure here around 2.4 billion in Nov 2022 and now April 15...no change! No dilution latley! Like what I see here

I see Wayne's name at the bottom of the signature page, this pretty much ensures it's a bad decision for the shareholders and a position one for Wayne's pocket imo. Shocking he's still allowed to do anything is SYSX except take the trash out. smh.

It's beyond comprehension that anyone would consider purchasing this stock when the company's indebtedness is blatantly evident in both the previous 10Q and the recent S-1 filing. Such glaring red flags would be obvious to anyone that could read. I mean, why buy millions of shares yet bash the stock. No cheapies for you.

Sure Ostendo and Veea are merging. It's two private companies coming together. Guess what, Veea's CEO Allen Salmasi was on the board of two SPACs. KINZ and ARK. KINZ is now INPX's former subsidiary CxApp. (which is Ostendo's partner) and... ARK is delisted.
So, no chance of this merged company to enter either SPACS.
Ostendo/Veea entering SYSX remains a possibility.

Hey Zlakr, I see they merged or atleast released news on Feb 26th, 2023. Also now see www.veea.com/partners have Inpixon listed there, so yes, this is really interesting and encouraging. Still like to know what exactly is the relationship is b/w inpixon and sysx (?) anyone knows? Chime in.
