Agree totally...also am thinking of the chart very carefully, and once .002 has been taken and consolidated, I'm thinking the sky is the limit. That 100 day moving average may have low to zero resistance...we shall see. Another thing that will be something to watch, is the rate of expansion in those Govt services. The infrastructure for a massssssssive amount of cash flow is in being tapped into at a very nice rate thus far. Last ,but not the least important factor and a great one in my mind is to have that happen in a possible period of recession considering the client involved. So recession or not, we are getting ready to ROCK !

....Well, one thing seems to be proving out that remains very interesting, and that is,...that while the charts are showing higher highs and higher lows slowly and steadily happening...the consolidation is bringing more tightly accumulated shares with lower volume on each move up. Don't know who it is, and frankly don't have to know... because the main thing is..."THAT"S DOWNRIGHT BULLISH"...Cheers!

IMO the implementation of the RS is necessary for the company to regain its QB status and to have sufficient shares to issue to the converted noteholders.

The ratio is set at 1000:1, and the reverse split is expected to take effect once FINRA approves it. However, FINRA is understaffed and swamped with work, which could lead to a delay in the reverse split being effective, potentially taking up to a year or more.

Despite this, I am not overly concerned about the reverse split. Every day that passes brings us closer to the reverse split and also indicates that there is one day less for the insiders to effect the catalyst they are counting on. It is my belief that they are hoping to effect the catalyst before the reverse split takes place, and time is running out for them.

I am not a financial advisor, these are simply my thoughts on the matter.

Actually from the S-1 filing we know that

A.Of the approximately 2,484,426,501 shares of our common stock outstanding as of November 16, 2022, approximately 1,933,270,220 shares are tradable without restriction.

B. Insiders including Bigger holds about 1,146,000,000 shares. (excluding Warrants 2's 500mil shares)

A(1,933,270,220 ) - B(1,146,000,000) = Float (787,279,220)

The float is 787,279,220. 1,697,147,281 shares are 'locked'

I have a couple of questions regarding the recent sale of more than 50% of the company's shares.

1. Why did management decide to sell 50% of the shares for $250k ($500k less fees)?
2. Are the remaining noteholders content with this decision, instead of the management honoring the note conversion?

Additionally, is the management currently in the process of onboarding another company, which could explain the sale of a significant portion of the shares?

What do you all think is the actual float? It does seem like there is some fundamentals that give this huge upside, namely the debt should be paid off from a few months back. Also I looked up the spot price of those 11,000 Nvidias they have as coming in at 20 mill vs 40-50 mill new. Some at the data center working are for the US Gov...if Uncle S. if pleased with the perfect location, security, and smoothness of operations...the entire center may end up being used for Govt services in the not so distant future due thru expansion, what are the chances to say that the Govt would buy out the company, employees and all. I have subcontracted for the Govt services in the past and personally watched them buy even the associated land property just to keep it as a long term asset and reduce lease payments. Would be in copper easily. The current uptrend started slowly but surely, exactly when the news of Govt services contracting came a few months back. Cheers

It depends on the quality of the news.
Imo there's reason to believe this stock is locked (please think why insiders have accumulated so much shares) and the unofficial float is under a billion shares. With the right news this stock can go for a good run.
But please, do not fall for the pumpers. When the pumpers such as herc1 enter the stock, that's a sign to exit.
Also remember i said your avg is too high.

I had similar price loss but I bought back when it hit trips which was a risk as everyone was shouting for trip 1's. My average then became .0010 and for a lot of the time since I have been green or there about's..

I will share a little fantasy in regards to a RS..

SYSX goes on a run and then out of nowhere an RS is announced.. = short squeeze..

Fantasy as I don't really know if there is any real shorting on OTC stocks..

Finally there was a guy on the board here that was 60 G's at .06 also..

He was hoping for a run to get some gains back.. but he wasn't moaning.
