Money to be made as long as you aint a sucker
Starting to run again. Maybe this shell might go current.
SWVI is severely delinquent in filing the company's Financials. The stock is at risk of an SEC Suspension and subsequent stock registration revocation.

wow i havent been here since october and my last post is at the top still
over 100 days since a post here.....yeah-it's a scam
I don't know. I own 5000 shares of this and just noticed that it moved but I don't know why. Just holding because fee is more than position.
PR should be soon !!! DO NOT RUN SCARED !!! SCARED MONEY DOESNT MAKE MONEY !!!
This stock here could be a scam I have had it for over 3 years and nothing only when it was being promoted ever since the plunge nothing has ever came about it
not sure if I will buy into this or not I like mining
but I like for them to be atleast mining, might sit and watch for a bit!
Of course, EVERYONE lost their shorts on this one. If you read their 10q's, they very clearly state they are not making any money and have never made any money. I paid .9 a share for this. Very sad that these guys are able to get away with this.
I would definitely be careful on this one. Not a good history I lost my shorts here.
Guys this stock seems to have a great futurity After all it is a mining of precious metal next to gold.
Its ok to dream BIG I do also
Whats your pps when you got in?
Something is out there. Activity picking up.

The SEC lists Phil Kueber as a main insider behind SWVI and GOFF. He was of course involved in several APS tickers before SWVI and GOFF.
Luis Carrillo is also listed as a main insider behind SWVI - again another long time APS insider involved in several tickers before SWVI. I think Carrillo was also an insider on NORX.
We see Scottsdale Advisors come up again like they have many many times now as the American broker involved in helping these promoters dump their shares into the market. How in the world Scottsdale has been allowed to continue to operate after getting busted for the same thing over and over again I have no clue. It is just like how they took away Joseph Padilla's brokers license but it didn't stop him from setting up brokerage/clearing firms in Panama just to continue his role in helping stock promoters dump unregistered stock into the market during paid promotions.
Matt Diehl was an obvious insider for SWVI since he was the original CEO.
I am expecting to see the names of two very close friends of Matt Diehl show up in litigation not too far down the road.
Those two names are Aaron Lamkin and Scott Gelbard. In my opinion, based on my research, Lamkin and Gelbard were major Awesome Penny Stock insiders who have somehow still avoided any mention in any APS related litigation.
It looks like besides Caledonian Bank, Verdmont Securities, Clear Water Securities, and Legacy Global Markets, BNY Mellon was also a common link between all four tickers. BNY Mellon was involved in holding stock for these secret insiders for all four tickers.
The whole scam worked exactly like I said over and over again in my reports. The Awesome Penny Stock cartel just used nominee shareholders to hold the seed shareholder shares in name only, but those shares were actually controlled by the Awesome Penny Stock cartel and dumped during the APS promotions.
It wasn't just APS making the SEC look bad by getting the SEC's approval on S-1 filings for shell companies with fake forward looking business plans and nominee CEOs and nominee shareholders. Dozens upon dozens of shell companies were taken public this way and given approval by the SEC to be used for money laundering and other illegal activities.
I don't know if pathetic or embarrassing better describes what a poor job the SEC did by not flagging these obvious shell companies being taken public for these scams. It would have taken such little effort to track these shells right from the start preventing the hundreds upon hundreds of millions of dollars from being sucked out of the pockets of American investors and laundered into offshore accounts.

SEC Goes After a Cayman Islands Bank linked to Nostra and others
MANHATTAN - Cayman Islands-based Caledonian Bank and four other companies took more than $75 million from unregistered sales of "virtually worthless" penny stocks, the SEC claims in court.
The SEC on Friday sued Caledonian Bank, Caledonian Securities, Clear Water Securities, Legacy Global Markets, and Verdmont Capital, in Federal Court.
The Caledonian defendants are based in the Cayman Islands. Clearwater and Legacy are based in Belize, Verdmont in Panama.
All of the scams were the same, the SEC says in its 39-page complaint. First, they filed "bogus registration statements" with the SEC, purporting to register securities to public shareholders, though there were no such sales and the securities stayed in the control of the issuers and their affiliates.
"In the sham offerings, the issuers pretended to sell securities to shareholders in such places as Serbia, Mexico, Ireland, Norway, Panama and Jamaica," the SEC says.
The restricted securities were then "passed off" as free-trading stocks in the United States and sold to the public, the SEC says in the lawsuit.
The agency claims the defendants operated as affiliates, dealers, sales outlets and underwriters, in connection with four shell companies: Swingplane Ventures, Goff Corp., Nostra Energy and Xuamnii Inc.
"(T)hese violations occurred simultaneously with aggressive and extensive promotion campaigns for the penny stocks of those shell companies," the SEC said. "The defendants' unregistered sales of securities generated more than $75 million in proceeds on penny stocks that were virtually worthless and whose prices fell to their former token levels within months of the defendants' sales."
The SEC seeks disgorgement, restitution, penalties and an injunction.
Yup.....Thin as Twiggy.....et z

What are you talking about, Superdow?
so I guess management gets away with this. and to think they still send kids to jail for smoking weed LOL
twas beautifully played...they even paid someone to write an article for Forbes magazine as I recall
the SEC must be very very busy to overlook this one
This was my first pump play and it cost me $5,000.00 immediately after I got into GOFF the next pump and KILLED it. Then ride lot 78 and many others to the heavens. SWVI was a great turning point for me and taught me a lot. I just ache for the ones who lost and still "believe" never moving on to make profits and take them on pump and dump schemes just like this POS you are holding. GLTY but I think you know, it's over and this just won't go anywhere period. This was a gold apparel company turned mining shell. Use losses as education in your future and it pays back IMO.
You sound like you lost a lot with this one. I'm still holding till they either get better or go out of business. I won't be selling unless it goes up ten fold.
Yeah, they took everyone's money and said fuxk you! It's over man way over
Hey there, did you finally get that 60k back ? Joke
I own 10,000 shares of this dog. It was probably a pump and dump, and still is. Since my shares are almost worthless, I am going to hang on to them forever, but don't expect to ever regain my initial investment of $5000.00.
IMO all the recent activity is most likely dilution.
Who could be buying this share? and why? I was fool enough to buy and am now stuck with wothless shares.
Currently I believe we are in Mexico hunting down gold and other precious metals
Does anybody have any idea what this company does, or what it is supposed to do??? What is its mission??
IMHO legally it would have to be a suit against APS, and they don't exist anymore as far as I know.
I'm in the same boat. I just used it as a learning experience. And I'm hoping for the just with this Mexico deal, I think it's Mexico not I don't know. I stopped really paying attention to it.
Allow me to ask everyone on the board a serious question. I lost quite a bit of money on this POS. Do you think there is any legal avenue for me to recover some of my losses? Has any started a Class Action against this company?
This will be my last post. I dumpted SWVI and am consolidating to Fracking and pot. Good by all
Has the SEC indicted any of the scum who ran this scam? ...not a chance in this country.
