Another counter in eyes of Short Sellers. Short Squeezers to Arms!

Short sellers have their signts set on Regencell (Nasdaq: RGC), a Hong Kong-based bioscience company that specializes in the research and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as an alternative treatment for neurocognitive disorders and infectious diseases. This company made headlines last year when its TTCM formula showed promising results for symptomatic relief against Covid-19.

After taking the company IPO last year on July 2021, RGC became a victim for short-sellers where intraday volume often as high as 40% - 90% are recorded on certain days. According to the SEC, this coordinated pattern could be an indication of a possible “naked short” which took place strategically.

In comparison of numbers, RGC’s total reported cumulative short volume is > 19 million shares while its total reported short volume to outstanding shares ratio (excluding CEO and Chairman ownership) is 7.63x. RGC is more heavily shorted than GME (infact almost double)

PHARMA STOCKS NOW
New to this board so apologies if the topic is over-discussed. Can't see how COVID just goes away... millions passing along virus daily and creating new mutations + many vaccinated assume they're fully immune. New pills will help treat positive cases but only real solution is vaccines to reduce spread & mutations. Ultimately, I think it becomes like the flu where we get vaccinated at least 1x/yr. So what are the possible plays?

Simple
- Buy MRNA (prob best vaccine)
- Buy PFE (prob 2nd-best + best pill)
- Buy MRK (2nd-best pill)

Some more complicated
- Long MRNA and Short MRK (better solution)
- Long PFE and Short MRK (better pill + vaccine)

Other thoughts out there???

SHMP will be producing farm raised shrimp soon. I just bought an additional major chunk and will be looking to add more in the next few weeks.

I tasted their shrimp this weekend at the Texas Restaurant Assn. show in San Antonio. They were sweet and buttery and that was just plain boiled shrimp.

AVXL still has a lot of upside coming in the next several months. The FDA and AU TGA will be giving "guidance" shortly on an unknown exact timeline. There is reason to believe that the guidance will include clearance to submit a New Drug Application or Accelerated Approval for Rett syndrome.

The FDA will also be providing guidance on the recent Parkinson's Dementia Disease trial and that could well be classified as a pivotal trial.

The Alzheimer's disease trial just reached 100% recruitment with 50% of the subjects already having moved on to the Open Label Extension of the trial. The trial is a 48 week long trial.

I have been telling this group to buy AVXL since it was at $4. It is still a good entry point at $25.

Present price is in the $25 range Analysts are giving AVXL a $50 price target. I think that is way low and $100 by EOY is more likely.

And yes I own one each boat load of Anavex.
