How many you got?
Thank you baby hippo for your detailed response. How much are you willing to pay for a sstp share. I might be interested in selling.
Baby hippo, for the record Did you sell your shares of Zeon for a profit or are you holding and calling it profit. I wonder what would happen to sp if you tried selling all those shares.
I have no predictions for timing...
But I'm sure glad I bought my shares before the window closed. When SSTP comes back I have a feeling the SP may be "a little" bit higher compared to when it left! :)
And for the record, I came out very nicely on ZEON since I purchased so many shares in the 1.25 range!
Opportunities are there for the taking...and together we will make America great again!
Sorry my friend.Be patient! it's not a all day sucker,,,here today-gone tomorrow. Even they were discontinued decades ago.. Things don't always change the way we want it to,,,Borneo Oil ain't no chump company and they are investing large investments to confirm the validity of the Vertrolysis process..Regardless of the past, there's no other way to see it....Delisting? Pfft!
it's been in the 'final stage' for over a year. It obviously didn't have good results.
Borneo oil
Renewable Energy
It was part of the division`s plan to focus on renewable energy and related activities as highlighted in the previous year’s review. The division had successfully completed the contract awarded by Shell Timur Sdn Bhd for the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of biodiesel storage tank facilities.
With regards to the Vertrolysis process which converts palm oil wastes and biomass by-products to biofuel, bio-char and bio-gas, the same is now in its final stage of evaluation which included the setting up of a pilot plant in Sabah by adapting the said American technology process to local manufacturing, environmental and regulatory requirements.
These will eventually determine the feasibility of the venture and its inclusion to the division’s future business plans
I am not losing sleep either, Baby Hippo. There is nothing to lose except patience and faith. When do you think we Will get our reward?
Makes sense. the stock has been delisted. Nothing to lose sleep over.
WOW! Zeons...I made a whoppin' $2.999 in profit...
No I don't know how many shares of sstp borneo owns.
The price of zeons seems irrelevant given the volume.
But I hope you are right
Closer than ever before!!
Have you read the recent postings from Borneo oil? Do you know how many shares they have of SSTP? (or at least how many shares?)
Are you watching what's been happening with the price of ZEON lately?
There are still many people who have a lot of vested interest in SSTP who are working "behind the scenes!"
I'm not losing one second of sleep over anything SSTP related ;) ;)
Is the reward still close for the sstp faithful baby hippo?
Wasn't Rivera wrote that. He'a gone...I think!!!!,, Possibly with Ken Lay on some beach sipping margarritas
heard all that from Rivera before the SEC busted him.
Patience my friend,I didn't write it. It's new, it's relevant and the potential is huge....
wasn't it in 'the final stage of evaluation' last July?

What happened? Did delisting put a wrench in the scam?
Most people don't think it means anything.
Some people would consider that a prophetic sign (the picture of a baby hippo being released in an article talking about the market going up)
Let's see what happens with Borneo by the end of the year! :)
...in English...?
Did you see my pic on marketwatch?

Keep an eye on Borneo Oil...
Looks like they've been up to something lately...
It looks like they may be raising some money -- I wonder what that may be for!! ;);)
just 'moments' before the SSTP gate swings wide open
did the door fall off the hinges?
wait I guess! their workin constantly and want to build in Maylasia..Six monyhs complete and running. After that your guess is as good as mine.Ask whisleblower vertrolysis process” or king iol. i sure their doing their DD's at this time.. Interestting!...Seens like more time is needed for conformation

Interesting indeed Mr. Joker...!
Interesting!!!,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Published: Friday July 24, 2015 MYT 12:00:00 AM
Updated: Friday July 24, 2015 MYT 2:44:16 PM According to Teo, Borneo Oil’s next new venture would be to process palm oil wastes and biomass by-products into bio-fuel, bio-char and bio-gas.
The company, in collaboration with US-based Frontier Bio-fraction LLC, has been carrying out an indepth research over the past several years on the latter’s “vertrolysis process” which converts palm oil wastes and biomass by-products into bio-fuel.bio-char and bio-gas. A pilot plant is now in operation in Holyoke, Massachusetts.
“The research findings are very promising. The study is now in its final stage of evaluation, which include the setting up of a pilot plant in Malaysia by adopting the same Amercian technology process to local manufacturing, environmental and regulatory requirements.
“A pilot plant is expected to be established either in Sabah or Johore in the next six months,” Teo told Sarawak Metro.
He expects the plant to start with producing bio-charcoal as burning fuel before going into production of other products.

Rivera represented that Vertroleum was of "high quality" and could be "used as biocrude, biodiesel, or as a biodiesel blending component for petroleum diesel," and that the production process created a residue that was a "high-quality fertilizer."
* Rivera represented that laboratory test results (which he presented) analyzed Vertroleum's chemical composition. Rivera did not mention that the testing company was closely related to SSTP; the company's president was a member of SSTP's Board. The test results showed that Vertroleum met the ATSM standards for biofuel. Borneo Energy alleges that Rivera and SSTP knew that Vertroleum did not meet these standards or recklessly represented Vertroleum's qualities despite the lack of proper testing.
* Rivera presented a "whitepaper" that purported to analyze SSTP's technology for generating biogas for use in electricity generation. The whitepaper projected an internal rate of return of 142.1% for SSTP, making a two-reactor Vertroleum production plant in the United States economically viable. Borneo Energy alleges, on information and belief, that Rivera and SSTP knew that this internal rate of return was not achievable.
That's B.S.!! It was settled over 5 years ago.
Sustainable Power Corp. Settles Litigation With Borneo Energy Sendirian Berhad
BAYTOWN, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/17/10 -- Sustainable Power Corp. (PINKSHEETS: SSTP) today announced that it has resolved all outstanding litigation with Borneo Energy Sendirian Berhad.
Michael Garjian, Chairman of Sustainable Power, advised, "One of my first objectives as Chairman of the Board of SSTP was to determine the facts which led to a lawsuit between Borneo Oil Sendirian Berhad and Sustainable Power Corp. In 2008, as a result of efforts by SSTP board member Scott Hoerr and Borneo's Mr. Edmond Soo, both parties set forth on a path to a mutually beneficial collaboration.
"With the involvement of the independent third party Texas A&M, additional corporate leadership, and a review of the facts, both parties sought to re-evaluate the past, extricate themselves from a time consuming and wasteful litigious situation, and look to the future. As a result, both SSTP and Borneo have agreed to drop their lawsuits, SSTP agreed to issue Borneo an agreed upon amount of stock in consideration for all proceeds previously remitted, and both parties agreed to mutual releases from past events while leaving the door open for future interactions with the possibility of extending the SSTP process at some point into Malaysia.
"I extend my sincere thanks to SSTP Board Member Scott Hoerr, Edmond Soo and Joseph Lee of Borneo, and SSTP counsel and CEO M. Richard Cutler for their help in resolving this situation and I look forward to further communications with the principals of Borneo."

no they haven't. lawsuit still pending.
Thanks for clearing things up for everyone. You must have missed the part in the annual report where it says they put up a pilot plant. I guess they must have changed there mind about it not working.
no explanation necessary because it's not happening.
glad I could clear that up for you.
Then explain why a multi-million dollar company is proceeding with this, by spending years of R&D and millions of $ ?
C'mon now ;)
Borneo already knows its a scam.
The plaintiff, Borneo Energy Sendirian Berhad, a Malaysian corporation, sued Sustainable Power Corp. ("SSTP"), a Nevada corporation with its principal place of business in Baytown, Texas, and its chairman and "Chief Visionary Officer," John H. Rivera, a Texas citizen. Borneo Energy alleged a scheme to defraud based on SSTP's and Rivera's representations that SSTP could produce a biofuel product from palm waste, a byproduct of Malaysia's palm-oil industry. Based on these representations, Borneo Energy agreed to invest $2 million for 50 million shares of SSTP stock. The parties signed a Term Sheet and a Stock Subscription Agreement. Borneo Energy paid a $100,000 initial installment and a $900,000 second installment on the Stock Subscription Agreement and the $100,000 fee under the Term Sheet. Borneo Energy alleges that it did not pay the remaining amount because SSTP failed to deliver any stock, failed to provide audited financials as required under the Stock Subscription Agreement, and failed to provide technical assistance as required under the Term Sheet. Borneo Energy also learned that the SEC had sued Rivera on July 18, 2008, for securities fraud arising from misrepresentations about the same biofuel product and from a "pump and dump scheme."
I'm sure they're aware. They filed a lawsuit alleging the process is a fraud.
Maybe you should warn Borneo Oil before its too late ;)
Sounds like the same old scam recycled for the 5th or 6th time. Will end up nowhere just like the last 5 times.
How do you like these apples!?

$ ;)
still can't trade it.
I take it you're unfamiliar with restricted stock.
Dino
LOL. How can it be an investment when its shares aren't allowed to trade?
I can only hope that what you say is true. I have been holding certs from John for years. When I was in bay town John and I had plenty of time to talk and look over his reactor. As a person with some good skill in mechanics I checked out his equipment very, very close. I still have many of the books and even some of his oil and the material he used to make it. Still got some of my old videos to.
I agree with you vonitsa . Have you or any one heard any thing about a commercial that talks about grinding up food waste for power generation? I think it was Emerson and they say consider it done.
Triple it
