Bingo. People in front are cashing in as they move into the shadows. Only people making money are those drawing a fat paycheck and selling stock. You will know when this is absolutely dead is when all the K's stock is sold.
Best of luck.

Well put. Ive owned Surna shares for 3 years now, since the .05 days. not afraid to hold. Big things coming for SRNA imho
A penny stock scam releases fluff and dilutes uncontrollably. Neither are traits this ticker possesses. SRNA is as legitimate as otc tickers get. It's called growing pains. Sell your shares if you really think that, savvy investors know where this company is heading long term and would be happy to take them off of your hands.
In the penny wild west, a lot can happen, I have no idea.

If they reach those numbers in 2018 and 2019 where will the stock price be in your opinion.
They want 18M/2018 & 25M/2019 in revenue.
The Board also granted Mr. Bechtel a total of 3,000,000 restricted stock units, which vest based on Mr. Bechtel’s continued service and subject to the following performance thresholds: (i) 1,500,000 restricted stock units will vest on March 31, 2019 if the Company achieves 2018 revenue of $18,000,000, and (iii) 1,500,000 restricted stock units will vest on March 31, 2020 if the Company achieves 2019 revenue of $25,000,000.

This is morally wrong to get paid themselves while common shareholders losing money. All the executives who have left or let go, made money in stock options except common share holders. This company becoming another penny stock scam.
It could be great, they've been firming up their books and brand for months, and now they need the talent and focus to push that brand. At least for most, Sessions in the first half of 2016 felt like a dagger to MJ market. Now... nothing is stopping the MJ train. We just need the company to grow, and to do that, they need a quality CEO.
CEO just approved $180k salary and millions of shares for himself. I see this as a terrible sign

Congressman Heck Introduces Marijuana Banking Amendments
by NORML
September 2, 2017
Comments
Marijuana ScienceCongressman Denny Heck (WA-10) with Representatives Perlmutter (CO-07), Lee (CA-13), and Titus (NV-01) have submitted two amendments to the financial services division to be included in the House appropriations bill. Both of these amendments focus on banking services for legal marijuana-related businesses and would be a temporary fix until the current legislation, the SAFE Banking Act, is passed into law.
The first amendment prohibits any funds in the bill from being used to punish banks for serving marijuana businesses that are legal under state law. The second amendment prohibits the Treasury from altering FinCEN’s guidance to financial institutions on providing banking services to legitimate marijuana businesses. These amendments, if included, would allow for legal marijuana-related business to operate according to state laws and enjoy access to the banking system.
Currently, hundreds of licensed and regulated businesses do not have access to the banking industry and are unable to accept credit cards, deposit revenues, or write checks to meet payroll or pay taxes. This situation is untenable. No industry can operate safely, transparently, or effectively without access to banks or other financial institutions.
Eight states and the District of Columbia have legalized adult use of marijuana and more than half the states have implemented medical marijuana laws, so it is both sensible and necessary to include these proposed amendments so that these growing number of state-compliant businesses, and their consumers, may operate in a manner that is similar to other legal commercial entities.
You can click here to send an email in support of the SAFE Banking Act to your federal elected officials now.

Thank you Congressman, for all that you’re trying to do! Whoever actually legalizes marijuana, will be a hero. Millions for states. Thousands of jobs, taxes for infrastructure and so many other things and of course jails will be freed up for real criminals. Opioids and booze are poison. Marijuana is a God given plant that helps millions of people. No addiction. No horrendous side effects, like pain Med’s.

I’m no fan of corporate America; it supports marijuana prohibition politically, and it personally abuses it’s employees with invasive and degrading urinalysis.
Marijuana legalization is a social justice issue. So, business banking practices are a non-issue to me, at best. We need to make a clear distinction between those who seek to make money, and those who seek to legalize marijuana for the good of the people of society.
Yet, I support the amendments; not for the sake of the dispensaries, but for the sake of the medical patients who depend on them. Many of these patients cannot navigate the black market, nor should they be expected to do so.
And, there is something to be said for basic fairness! Why not dispensaries? For as long a period as McDonald’s continues to be legal, dispensaries should have access to the same financial tools as any other business, if only from a public health perspective!
Signed and sent, thank you NORML…
Any suits they have will be reported in the quarterly
No comment. It's not in his or my best interests to discuss.
They could have multiple suits. I know of only one.

Update; This brand is spelled different (Nulief) by one letter.. mmh
I had a stock with the main product called Nuleaf .. The symbol was NRTI they made a lot of promises took in a lot of money to support the brand and then hit the road screwing us over.. not sure if it's the same people but it's the same name.. board below
https://investorshub.advfn.com/Inergetics-Inc-NRTI-11869/
If nuleaf can prove that surnas products induce toxicity we have a problem but on the other hand it can be a bullschidt excuse to back out of the deal and use trtc products since this alliance with trtc is done.On the other hand it seems like lies to me because no other company that surna sold products to ever mentioned any problems with toxicity.I hope details will emerge soon.

$SRNA Announcing Surna's new website and brand strategy
Posted by Celia Daly on Aug 31, 2017 3:54:54 PM
We know it has been a while since we published a blog post but it’s not without a good reason.
In the last several months we have been working diligently to launch a new Surna website and brand strategy to meet the changing cultivation industry.
In the last few years the cannabis industry has grown up quite a bit, moving from the basement to the boardroom.
And as the industry has grown, Surna has too.
We have moved from two dreamers in a garage to a publicly-traded agtech company with a team of experts and leading industry partners.
Our refreshed brand is simply the external reflection of our internal progress.
Beyond our own internal improvements, some of the major changes you will see is our general aesthetic has changed and our website has been re-configured to provide complete information to all our diverse clients.
Because Surna is the expert in precise cultivation environments, we serve a wide range of needs. Not only do cultivators come to us, but we also work in partnership with engineers, contractors, consultants and cultivation investors.
And, of course, each group we work with has varying needs, interests and questions. Therefore, we’ve designed a new website that can provide specific and relevant information to anyone considering setting up a cultivation facility, saving you time and allowing you to design and recommend systems with confidence.
Our new website is also easier to use than ever. Our new user-friendly interface makes it easy for anyone involved in (or interested in) indoor cultivation to quickly find relevant information on products, services and implementation strategies for optimizing heating, cooling and water.
Our re-design bridges the information gap for those in the cultivation business, and especially for those contractors and engineers who may be new to the industry.
At Surna, we have years of the technical experience and best practices needed for optimizing grow efficiencies and maximizing yields and profits and we will be there for you.
The other change you may notice is that we have updated all our resources, ensuring we’re providing you with the most up to date information available on our products and services.
On our resources page, you will now find all the information you need for designing, installing or maintaining a Surna system.
While this new branding process may be complete, it is far from over.
We will continue to grow and evolve with the industry.
Going forward, you can expect to see more valuable information as we continue to share our knowledge and best practices.
Subscribe to our newsletter and blog to keep up to date on all the new things coming our way or just drop us a note and tell us what you think of our new brand or to request a quote.
Let’s grow together!
$SRNA (Industry related) Report: Much of the Bay Area's cannabis is tainted with something http://m.sfgate.com/bayarea/article/Report-Much-of-the-Bay-Area-s-cannabis-is-12165172.php?cmpid=twitter-mobile
How about outlining and posting these lines ? Surna, a technology company that engineers equipment for controlled environment agriculture with expertise in cannabis cultivation that’s based in Colorado,
"SURNA" ((( initiated the lawsuit ))) in Denver claiming that NuLeaf failed to pay for its system.
When NuLeaf declined to accept Surna's proprietary reflectors and its dehumidifiers due to concerns they would adversely impact a successful operation
-------------------
NuLeaf, Inc., has launched a civil action lawsuit against Surna, Inc., to recover $401,000 paid to Surna for a climate control system that was never delivered.
In an evidence-based and fact-specific attack, NuLeaf has detailed claims for breach of contract, breach of the implied duty of good faith and fair dealing, unjust enrichment, promissory estoppel, conversion, negligent misrepresentation or concealment, and intentional misrepresentation.
The matter arises out of a contract to have Surna design and install a climate control system for NuLeaf's newly constructed grow facility in Sparks, Nev.
NuLeaf claims that Surna extracted $401,000 from it based upon promises Surna knew it could not keep. For additional information, visit http://www.nuleafnv.com/info.
Surna, a technology company that engineers equipment for controlled environment agriculture with expertise in cannabis cultivation that’s based in Colorado, initiated the lawsuit in Denver claiming that NuLeaf failed to pay for its system.
NuLeaf submitted counterclaims establishing that NuLeaf paid $401,000.00 when it was revealed that the Surna system leaked toxic chemicals and would not work for the NuLeaf location. When NuLeaf sought a refund, Surna sued.
The parties are in the initial stages of the lawsuit. Through its counterclaims, NuLeaf has established that Surna used tactics to extract $401,000 from NuLeaf, claiming that it could deliver.
Surna's secured capital raise was underway and was based in part on a representation that the NuLeaf contract would be successfully completed with the installation of the Surna reflectors and dehumidifiers.
When NuLeaf declined to accept Surna's proprietary reflectors and its dehumidifiers due to concerns they would adversely impact a successful operation in Sparks, Surna asked NuLeaf to take delivery of a few reflectors so that it would not have to revise its securities filings.
When NuLeaf demanded to see serial numbers for components that Surna claimed to have purchased for the Sparks location, Surna declined.
In the suit, NuLeaf asserts that Surna fraudulently extracted $401,000 on promises of delivery that could not be met, and has engaged in civil theft by refusing to return the funds when requested.
Surna has denied these allegations
Either way this is not good .
This is huge! Demand for Surna equipment about to explode!!

Im sure no one wants to succeed as much as the owners of srna does and to become a multi-million dollar operation but quality product and good fortune are the main ingredients for success and at this point (still early)surna seems to be lagging. For this company to turn to big profit seems at this point very difficult. But I still will give it time. good luck fellow longs.

Good point.. felt the same way.. "benefiting from that are the ever revolving management turnover team" they'll need to live up to their rep's.. I believe Green rush 2018 will help and MMJ growing regulations are beginning to hit here 'n there..
I been long $SRNA for a few years now. Had high hopes for this company. But, have slowly been giving up hope.
Not sure if it's the $SRNA management that is the problem, the new Trump/Sessions administration, or the whole sector.
Every Q report seems to be more and more depressing. Dilution and conversion seems to be the only thing moving the share price. And it appears that the only people that are benefiting from that are the ever revolving management turnover team.
I'm just patiently waiting for the share price to go up a few more cents. (If $SRNA does not go bankrupt first) I will be selling and moving on shortly.
Next 2 quarters. If no growth or hint of growth then i'm out.
