This stock is ready to take off High teens by end of month
Nomadix used a shot gun approach naming about a dozen companies as defendants so there would be plenty of pockets to settle out; although SPCK has indicated in its filings it does not believe it is liable for any material damages.
With the stock dropping below .10 I am starting to do a bit of DD. The lawsuit to me seems like it may be very plausible that Superclick loses and based on this PR from Nomadix the award and judgement could be substantial http://www.nomadix.com/company/pressroom/pressreleases/PressRoom.aspx?pr=/3/20/52/9086
Does anyone who follows Superclick more closely know what percent of their business would be covered by the patent claims? My guess is they would settle (perhaps at substantially less then what Second Rule paid I didn't DD how much revenue they made using the technology) but it could have a meaningful impact if they have to pay a significant amount of $$$ and a descent royalty going forward.
