SBFM should use the $30M they got from all the offerings to buy a biopharma company that is making more progress on their drug development! Just a thought to get SBFM back on the fast track.
TMSH has great volume and great share structure

This company and stock is a joke! I stop watching and bail out. Something wrong with it...cannot make a big move!

What hold pps this low?
Seems running 18% up
Seems big run coming 14% up
I agree. From a balance sheet perspective, this stock is incredibly undervalued. However, management have engaged in a TON of questionable transactions over the past year that have me really wondering if they are looking out for the best interest of shareholders.....I've sent many e-mails to management to inquire about these transactions with no response whatsoever multiple times recently, and about a year back with no response whatsoever. Very very very frustrating
I am holding I believe it is very undervalued. Pretty much No debt about 30 million dollars cash.. cash per share 29 cents
Not to be negative on your post … but when was the last time you had any communication with them ?? Since they done the nasty move up to nasdaq , (the way it was handled ) there has been absolutely no communication at all. If they actually had anything going for them, they would have no need to continue to do offerings and r/s’s .
At one time they had a good following of shareholders, but they burnt all the bridges … I hope this works out for you, cause they hurt a lot of good people here. They have yet to show anything proof positive that they are accomplishing since they got on the big boards . Good luck to you , I don’t wish anything bad for you just watch your back here.
Yes but management has decided that staying on Nasdaq is more important than their shareholders.200/1 RS will only be the beginning. They already made share offerings to enrich the insiders after the split. There will be massive dumping, tumbling the share price even further. When the dust settles there may be a chance too make some money.Good luck and good trading.
This company has about 30 million dollars cash and under 700k debt. Cash per share 29 cents share price about 5 cents..
It is not fare.. they have 51 generic drugs, 46 employees, .. their revenue increases every quarter.. they post gross profit..
They said they will post profit this year.. there many friggin short they must cover.
Yes,getting in early on some of these investments pays and most don't.Unfortunately this one didn't.The more established companies sometimes give you more opportunity to study financial statements. Thus, giving you a clearer window into future earnings.Good luck and good trading.
So many reverse splits in a short period of time
Terrible what happened here
Your getting a 200/1 RS in the next couple of weeks,or any day.The CEO himself raised it to 200/1 because he can.Only people that will make money on this one ,are the insiders. They are increasing the share count,so more dilution. They line their pockets, while common shareholders get the shaft.Good luck and good trading.
These guys sold a bunch of stock from the offering and a couple following shortly after, built up a nice pile of cash to pay themselves for a few years without having to do anything.
Also, something fishing when you have an Aegis Analyst saying a target of $3/share all the while it sank to $.05/share, and while Aegis is the "sole-book-running manager" for the recent offering:
From SBFM Press Release: "Aegis Capital Corp. acted as the sole book-running manager for the offering. Sichenzia Ross Ference Carmel LLP acted as counsel to the Company. Kaufman & Canoles, P.C. acted asU.S. counsel to Aegis Capital Corp."

@jaxxm - ive got similar bullish views as you on the stock and the balance sheet strength of the company. And even posted on yahoo that they should have about 18million in cash (0.73/share of cash) prior to the recent offering and 0.26/share of cash after. That nora pharm alone coild be worth 4x the market cap of SBFM. However ive emailed management a few times (to inquire about the strange timing of the offering (when they have cash and shares at an all time low) but have frustratingly received no reply. I also dont understand the warrants and why they would pay money to retire warrants that when they were way out of the money. Or why they would drastically drop the exeecise price of warrants. Warrants are liabilities of the company so they are essentially giving value to debt that would otherwise be valuelesss. Lastly, one minute management is buying shares in the open market and next minute they are issuing units for way less than the prixe of shres aacquired. Any idea what management was/is thinking? Im starting to wonder if they either dont understand finance, or they dont care about shareholders.
Hard to see that happening in the next month since SBFM management has had many months of notice (from Nasdaq) and failed to keep the price above $1.00. Whatever they have done (or have not done) in the past year just keeps driving the price down. Hope I'm wrong and you are right!
