$SRRE Next 10k will have 35 million in cash on balance sheet. 2 of the companies subsidarys (that srre own 100% of) got a HUGE cash payout from shdew. The following is on the last 10q....

In October 2018, the Company’s subsidiaries, SHSY and LYRL, received cash dividends from SHDEW in an aggregate amount of 248,952,000RMB (approximately $35,741,235 US)

The SRRE secret hasn't gotten out to the masses yet. I'm accumulating all I can below $1 and hoping this play allows me to retire an extra year or two earlier than otherwise planned.

im surprised $SRRE didnt get more attention. Had highest dividend yield on the market and the company is constantly growing eps. .89 earnings per share so far this year compared to .72 earnings per share this time last year.

trailing eps for last 4 quarters is 1.08$ per share. so eps will def show over 1$ per share on the 10k.

it blows my mind that it is still trading this low. this company should probably uplist to nyse because otc traders obviously dont like real company's with real profits.

Ex divi date is december 27th on etrade. So today should be last day to get in on time for dividend

Today and Monday (which is half day) are last days to buy to get dividend since market is closed Tuesday. ex divi date is Wednesday. If you buy on or after an ex dividend date, the seller gets the dividend.

I’m surprised no one is jumping on this one. Everyone is wishing they bought .2’s and are holding out for it to go lower. In a few weeks they will be wishing they bought .7’s when it’s above $1.

I'm seeing it on Ameritrade now as well. So pay date is late January huh? For some reason I was thinking that the pay date was before the end of December but I must have confused the record and pay dates. Just as well...I have enough taxes to pay this year already!
