That’s kind of crazy. When you look at these companies they seem pretty solid and they’re making money. And then the investments in some of these almost bankrupt companies like Air Canada and blackberry go off the charts. Makes no sense.

There is a giant hate on for all things oil. SU's low divi doesn't help. I'm hoping the next 1 or 2 earnings reports change that.

80% of my shares are in a retirement trading fund...... I can wait on them.

I wonder if it’ll drop more yet. Doesn’t seem like there’s much upside at the moment. I’d like to get in around 27 again.

I sold some yesterday, but not near enough.

Now I sit looking for a buying opp.

I sold out at 28.10. I might try re enter if it dips. Went a bit higher into enbridge and a new position on cn rail. I think I might miss a good rally next few days in suncor.

I don't know what to think now. Even with a slow bleed in oil prices, this is still printing money.

It is still a better play than Tech .

Shareholders were not please with zero increase in the divi, but selling at this level seems nuts.

250k in Suncor yields about 2 grand a quarter.

250k in Enbridge is more than double that.


Suncor does not have a very attractive divi for those who count on them for income.

Yep.... patience is needed.

On the bright side, I made a nickel a share on the shares I picked up after lunch and I'll collect another 420.00 in dividends.

I guess there will be some that don't like the divi not being increased back to old levels, but they had stated they wouldn't increase it this year. Buybacks should offset that.
