it's unfortunate for the pumpers, losing their @sses for years, looking to capitalize off the uninformed newbies, there are always those that choose to keep a company/ceo honest when things don't look right after years of promotions, quarterly revenue down to zero and hundreds of thousand being spent on mystery wages and professional fees with only one employee on record. No sales means zero sales commissions, nothing being built means no contractors expense, nothing being ordered and/or recorded in the company's name. hopefully, the method to some madness, associated with current and PAST website partner agreements and website links, will be investigated due ZERO project ever happening following coordinated heavy press releases, twitter and message board PROMOTIONS.
Time has always flushed out the facts and truth, about this miserably failing company, on all fronts. So, time is like the "truth train" coming down the tracks as we approach the 2023 10-K filing in about 3 weeks. Then there will be a more important "face the music train" 2024 Q1 10-Q right behind the 2023 10-K train.
Please don't lose sight of the ceo signing off on both sides of that CaC Realty (ceo side company) and Sun Pacific Power promissory note that required SPP to make good on the promissory note (supposedly for sales training) within 12 months begininng April 2023. We don't know if SPP will end going by the waste side, into the ceo's back pocket, like Medrecycler as of January 1, 2023. But, we do know, CaC realty was supposed to get 30% of SPP sales profits (indefinite period), which is most likely ZERO, after the 12 month promissory note term (see 2023 Q2 10-Q) expiring within the next 2 weeks based on filing language.
So, will anyone be surprised if SPP was set up to fail like Medrecycler after its Ri Dem denial? It's incredible to know the same ceo can actually control the success and failure of subsidiaries while knowing he is first in line to takeover these subsidiaries if they do not perform on personal private loans or notes. Don't be surprised to see ZERO revenue, for Q4 2023, followed by ZERO revenue for Q1 2024.
Nothing but one disaster after another for years. Don't worry, we'll continue to hear as long as the deep pocketed Tsingham/Foxess lists SPP as a global partner, on its website, all is fine. That is most ridiculous case one could make for pumping this stock. Pending filings will show why it is so ridiculous, and absurd, at the least.
It's obvious now, after the misery, this company has brought to shareholders, there are only a few koolade drinkers remaining in the ceo's corner. Please note he can no wrong even after he does wrong. Zero accountability, being applied, while shareholders' value gets absolutely destroyed. That is a clear sign of a muppet-puppet syndrome and very concerning to watch continuing to unfold.
kazi has been saying, since revenue contracts became toast, bankruptcy is a slow process, until it happens fast.
this company is not transforming neighborhoods, nor any conglomerate, as advertised for over 6 years. the company is complete joke and 99.99%, of anyone that follows the company, knows it.
fasten your seatbelts if any of the clown car is still in tact after that shareholder loyalty 4000:1 reverse split by the ceo. pretty sure the pace of things will be picking up after that infamous supposed site visit promo from 10 weeks ago.
closing thought.....the "D" in the stock symbol lasts for 90 days following a restructuring event. everyone has assumed the restructuring event was only the 4000:1 reverse split. Maybe consider restructuring could include other events nobody has mentioned yet?
it's pretty obvious, from this ceo's history, we can expect another familiar round of yearly enticing "so it is written" or "timing is everything" or "slow and steady wins the race" follow the yellow brick fantasy dreaming tweets getting out in front of next month's 2023 annual 10-K filing. then expect those same new PROMO tweets to be splattered all over the message boards to follow the playbook.
some post to keep the company (1-man train wreck) honest. if someone doesn't like that right to voice an opinion or fact, maybe one should block those good samaritans.
always keep in mind kazi's track record when chiming in here. there's a reason for kazi being right 99.99% of the time.
